  1. We would like the ability to create recurring tasks, as we have a variety of work types that happen on a set cadence. For example - a blog post every Friday, quarterly reports, and yearly analyst reviews. Currently, we have to copy an existing task for every occurrence. Being able to set up recurring tasks would take the admin work out of it and also ensure we don't miss an occurance!

  2. We would like the ability to set out-of-office, PTO, holidays, and company-wide meetings in the platform. This would be used any time someone is unavailable for task assignment, @mentioning, etc. We would like to block assignment of work and/or send an alert to the person trying to assign work if someone is on vacation, doesn't work certain days (part-time, it's a company holiday, etc.

As a developer, I want to be able to select the quality of the image using the Feed API v2 (https://docs.developers.optimizely.com/content-marketing-platform/docs/feed-api#dynamically-resize-images-from-the-optimizely-cmp-api . This quality option should reduce the number of bytes sent through the Network to help with client-side performance.
    This feature should be similar to the quality feature of CDNs. Please see example here (https://developers.cloudflare.com/images/transform-images/transform-via-url/#quality .

  4. Please can you add functionality to give the option to bulk change the end dates of all tasks and events within a campaign. I changed the end date for a campaign, thinking this would then update the dates for each task/event, but found that I needed to adjust each one individually.

  5. Please give us the option to permanently hide the constant Opal AI Assistant pop-ups. We are experiencing bugs where these pop-ups keep occurring and we are closing them all day long. On mobile, these pop-ups seem impossible to close.

  6. As a CMP admin, I want to be able to create global form components which can be replicated into multiple workflows. For example this could be sets of briefing questions which can be treated as a modular component and then included multiple workflows, to save the same sets of questions having to be added manually 1 by 1 in every workflow. It also means that edits would only need to be updated once, and then would filter down into any workflow where that component is integrated.

  7. We'd love a dashboard to view the operationa analytics, very similar to the analytics on page views and such that are in the Analytics module today. Ideally, we'd be able to set filters to see things like average task duration, overdue workflow steps, etc. just as you can at the campaign level.
    Doing this across campaigns is importnat because we need to be able to see these data points by teams, regions, etc., and those often span campaigns.
    These data points would help us make better decisions about how to plan our work, where we can optimize our process, etc.

  8. Our taxonomy is very big - some labels could have thousands of options. We'd like a better way to organize it, as there is a hierarchy to the way things fit into verticals, product lines, products, etc.
    We want to ensure users only see relevant values. For example:
    If the top level label has values of "pets/wild animals" a user picks "pets", then we want to show them "cats/dogs" (and not allow them to pick from the list "elephant/lion". Next, if they pick "dogs", then we want to show them "husky/pug" (and not show them "ragdoll/shorthair".

  9. We would like the ability to show or hide different fields in a Work Request form based on a user selected drop down.
    For example, if a user selects Website Update from the Request Type dropdown, only fields in section Website Update would display and all others would be hidden.
    In current state, you can choose to jump to a certain section, but other sections remain visible so the jump logic doesn't provide much value as users still have to scroll past irrelevant sections of the form to submit it. I did confirm with one of the IT engineers there…

As a Creative Director and Project Manager, I need the ability to see all of my organization's upcoming projects based on a single universal workflow step from a task before that step is being worked on. This will help me get an editorial calendar-like view of all of the work that is going out in a given time period based on something like an in-home date for a print campaign, an in-inbox date for an email campaign, etc.

  12. We need to ensure expiry dates in Pod workflows remain accurate and compliant by preventing unauthorised edits after review. Currently, users can change the expiry date field even after it has been reviewed, which risks compliance issues and undermines governance efforts.

    Please implement a lock on the expiry date field once a designated reviewer (e.g. Marketing Compliance) has completed their step in the workflow. This will:

    • Prevent accidental or unauthorised changes
    • Reduce manual monitoring
    • Support consistent asset governance

    If full lockdown isn’t feasible, a conditional lock or warning prompt would be a helpful interim solution.

Please can you add functionality to make it possible to add a drop down list of all campaigns in the Work Request forms so that a requestor can select a campaign that their WR relates to - if it already exists, as this can be the case whereby a WR is made for a specific task within a larger campaigns. It's the same principal as the 'parent campaign' drop down when you create a new campaign. You have the option to associate it with an existing campaign.

  14. All of our task steps are due EOD. It is very time consuming to have to set each step in each task to that time. We would like to be able to either turn off all times due, and only have a date, or set all times to a default time.

  15. We use many workflow templates in the CMP. It would be very helpful to be able to edit the number of days assigned to a step on the fly in the task workflow, rather than the number of days strictly locked to the templated workflow.

  18. We would like to add labels to the bars in timeline view similar to how Microsoft Projects does it. The labels would include owners or the title of the campaign/task. This would help the team see a quick overview of what everyone is working on without having to scroll all the time. Attached is an example from Microsoft Project.
