  1. Please can you add functionality to give the option to bulk change the end dates of all tasks and events within a campaign. I changed the end date for a campaign, thinking this would then update the dates for each task/event, but found that I needed to adjust each one individually.

  2. Please give us the option to permanently hide the constant Opal AI Assistant pop-ups. We are experiencing bugs where these pop-ups keep occurring and we are closing them all day long. On mobile, these pop-ups seem impossible to close.

  3. As a CMP admin, I want to be able to create global form components which can be replicated into multiple workflows. For example this could be sets of briefing questions which can be treated as a modular component and then included multiple workflows, to save the same sets of questions having to be added manually 1 by 1 in every workflow. It also means that edits would only need to be updated once, and then would filter down into any workflow where that component is integrated.

  4. We need to ensure expiry dates in Pod workflows remain accurate and compliant by preventing unauthorised edits after review. Currently, users can change the expiry date field even after it has been reviewed, which risks compliance issues and undermines governance efforts.

    Please implement a lock on the expiry date field once a designated reviewer (e.g. Marketing Compliance) has completed their step in the workflow. This will:

    • Prevent accidental or unauthorised changes
    • Reduce manual monitoring
    • Support consistent asset governance

    If full lockdown isn’t feasible, a conditional lock or warning prompt would be a helpful interim solution.

Please can you add functionality to make it possible to add a drop down list of all campaigns in the Work Request forms so that a requestor can select a campaign that their WR relates to - if it already exists, as this can be the case whereby a WR is made for a specific task within a larger campaigns. It's the same principal as the 'parent campaign' drop down when you create a new campaign. You have the option to associate it with an existing campaign.

  6. A user received a work request for a campaign that already exists. They accepted the work request and linked it to the task that already exists within the campaign. Ideally, this would bring across the brief from the work request. However, it did not but we know that this works when you create a new task within an existing campaign. So can it also do this for existing tasks with a campaign?

    Please see example campaign below.
    Steps are:

    Go to Work request 239 which has a Brief in it and link that WRQ to Task-673.

    Now go to tsk-673…

  7. It would be extremely helpful to be able to turn off the time function for start and due dates, or at least to be able to default start times to the beginning of the day and default end times to the end of the day (when creating a task/applying a workflow).

  8. We've received feedback that the search functionality in Plan feels quite limited and does not return expected results. For instance, searching for 'news article creation' brings up anything containing 'creation' rather than prioritising the full phrase. While using quotation marks improves accuracy, users don’t expect to rely on such techniques in modern web searches. Given the advanced AI capabilities within the CMP, the current search experience feels surprisingly restrictive. Most users expect intuitive search that works with natural language inputs.

    Can you update me on whether this is on your roadmap please.

  9. In the task section, when another user comments, you can respond on the bottom of their comment with an emoji. The icon is a happy face, but when you click the icon there is no happy face. The happy face emoji is a staple of my daily operations. It is missed.

  10. Our team regularly proofed large (think 200 page) PDFs. We often use annotation features like the strikeout for other team members to make changes, but currently every single strikeout requires an associated comment. I understand the need to have comments with other types of annotations for guidance, but given the intent of a strikeout is pretty clear, could there be a setting to make comments not mandatory for a strikeout?

  11. It would be great for users to be able to customise their view to make Monday the first day of the working week by default (and or the option to hide weekends from the calendar). This would help to avoid accidentally scheduling work on Sundays.

  14. We often add design elements to a task that will result in a new piece of content being created. The design elements should be located in a separate folder in the DAM from the finished asset. For example, two headshots will be added to a final graphic. The headshots have a unique location in the DAM, and the final graphic has a unique location. Right now, it is a one size fits all strategy. Within a task, all content is saved to the same folder in the DAM. Can it be made possible to save content in the same task…

  15. API to update: GET /teams Or GET /teams/{id}
    Request: Include User information in the payload. Currently the APIs only return the team names but not the users in the team. There aren't any other APIs to find out the team members.

  17. When adding Content to the Content tab from Library, the fields/labels on the asset uploaded should be brought over from library items automatically. Right now, this only happens when "creating a task" from a Library asset, but that is not how our current workflow operates. When the new labels come in, flag any conflicts with existing fields and ask to choose the correct tag.

  19. When a new version of an asset is uploaded we feel the previous approvals should be invalidated? It would also be really helpful to link the comments and resolutions to a version of an asset for accuracy of the audit trail.

  20. I'm an admin and active CMP uploader - it would be very useful to be able to filter via who uploaded the asset (Owner). This is not a field I can choose for filtering which would really help me with my day to day work and with maintenance of our uploads.
