Title: Always Display Asset Restriction Labels Across All DAM Views
Assets marked with restriction labels such as "Use Only for Exclusive" should be clearly visible regardless of how users browse content in the DAM.
Today, these labels are not consistently displayed in all views, particularly in list view. This increases the risk of users unintentionally selecting or using restricted assets because important usage limitations may not be immediately visible.
Requested enhancement:
-Ensure that asset restriction labels are displayed consistently across all DAM views, including grid/thumbnail view, list view, search results, and collections.Business value:
-Reduces the risk of misuse of restricted assets.
-Supports compliance with licensing and usage restrictions.

I want to select assets in the DAM from the CMS using the Asset Picker using the folder structure defined in the DAM.
I want to select assets in the DAM from the CMS using the Asset Picker using the folder structure defined in the DAM.
I don’t want to change the global folder by default. I want to be able to select the folder which is right for the assists for a specific need, on a case by case basis.
Eg: Sometimes I may want general Images, which are in a certain folder. Other times I will want branded assets which are stored in another folder. Other time I might want to find campaign specific assets which are in another folder.

Search functionality
When we copy and paste a campaign name (exact match) in the search bar, the campaign doesn't appear unless we add " " - it seems counterproductive as we are searching for 100% sentence match to start with… is this behavior expected or is a functionality improvement needed? Thanks

add a start date to steps
Be able to add a START DATE to sub-step and steps. We need to be notified of a project sometimes a month in advance to start working and when there are 80 tasks assigned to you it it not efficient to have to look through all future tasks

Dynamic naming of sub-campaigns and tasks from templates
We would like that the name of tasks and sub-campaigns in a campaign that are created from a template automatically would be Campaign (from the new campaign) + task name (from template), e.g. if the template is called "Newsletter" and I create a new campaign for e.g. April, called Newsletter April the tasks in the campaign would be called "Email content - Newsletter April", "Email list - Newsletter April" etc. This would make it easier to get an overview of multiple tasks in a calendar.

cmp team
One of the key challenges identified with the current CMP dashboard functionality is the inability to filter dashboard data by team. This limitation reduces the effectiveness of reporting and restricts users from easily viewing team-specific dashboards.
As a result, stakeholders are required to manually interpret broader datasets or create alternative reporting workarounds to derive team-level insights. This impacts both reporting efficiency and the ability of managers and content owners to monitor performance within their respective teams.
It is recommended that team-based filtering be considered as a future enhancement to improve dashboard usability, reporting accuracy, and self-service analytics capabilities for business…

Visual licence type indicator when assigning users to workflow steps
Description:
When assigning a user to a workflow step or sharing a task in CMP, there is currently no visual cue to indicate what licence type that user holds (guest, collaborator, creator or admin). This means an assignee can unknowingly be added to a step they do not have the permissions to action — receiving the notification, opening the task, and only then being told by the system they cannot proceed.
This creates a closed loop with no feedback to the person who made the assignment, and no prompt to correct it.
Proposed solution:

We want the option to make publish to the library from a task dependent on approval.
In a hybrid workflow where only certain steps are locked in place, we need the ability to configure the workflow in such a way that it limits the ability to publish an asset to the library until certain criteria have been met (e.g. particular steps are complete and/or brand compliance tool has been set to approved.)

Asset expiry date changes should appear in the event history for a task
To fulfil our regulatory compliance obligations, we need to be able to see what changes have been made to assets before they're published back to the library.
That includes where expiry dates have been changed.
We want to see when the change was made, who made the change, what the date was changed from and what the date was changed to.

start campaign from within plan view
Once under a parent campaign, when you hit the plus to start a campaign it just creates a blank campaign line item. Instead it should pull up the window you get when you start a campaign from the green button where you have options to add template, fields, set dates, etc.
(When you start a task from this way, it pulls up the full window)1 vote -
Enable automatic Team assignment for new CMP users (provisioned via SCIM)
Organizations using SCIM provisioning to automate user management in Optimizely CMP need the ability to automatically assign newly provisioned users to a default Team. Without this, user provisioning is only partially automated and requires ongoing manual administration to ensure new users can access the Tasks and Campaigns they need.
Background
Following our migration to OptiID, management of CMP Teams moved from CMP to the Optimizely Admin Center, where Teams were initially managed within the Groups section.
Newly provisioned users (e.g. Creators and Admins) could be automatically assigned to a Team providing access to all relevant Tasks and Campaigns (as before…

Custom notifications based on WRQ values
We would greatly appreciate to be able to customise the notifications
Examples:Define content and details of the notification per Work Request Template. For example, we use some Work Request template only to capture e.g. Event data (not triggering any action) into our event master list in CMP. The notification "Your Request has been accepted" makes user believe that the event is accepted and will be supported (which is not true - we only accept it to create record of the event - Task).
Define custom message based on values provided in WRQ - e.g. custom message for ACCEPT of…

Add text-based campaign filtering for saved views
It would be really helpful to allow users to filter campaigns using text-based operators such as Contains, Does not contain, Starts with, and Ends with when creating saved views. For example, a user may want to exclude all campaigns that do not contain a specific keyword (e.g. "rs-ai") or filter campaigns based on naming conventions. At the moment, search only supports exact matches and doesn't allow this level of filtering. This enhancement would make it much easier to manage large numbers of campaigns and create more meaningful saved views.

Add folder-level filtering to Duplicate Finder in CMP Library
Summary: Enable the Duplicate Finder to respect folder context so users can scan for duplicates within a specific folder rather than across the entire CMP Library.
Problem / Current Behavior: When a user navigates to a specific folder (e.g., Product Images) and clicks Duplicate Finder, folder-level filtering options disappear. The tool scans the entire library, returning duplicates library-wide rather than scoped to the selected folder. The vendor has confirmed this is working as designed.
Requested Enhancement: Add the ability to scope duplicate detection to a selected folder, so results are limited to that folder's contents.

Remove (or Significantly Extend) the 6-Month Maximum Date Range on DAM/Library Asset Reporting & Exports
Category: CMP – Content Marketing Platform / DAM Reporting & Exports
Problem Statement:Asset reporting and exports from the Library/DAM currently cap the selectable date range at a maximum of 6 months. Users who need a complete view of their asset inventory cannot pull a single, full-history report. Instead, they are forced to run multiple time-boxed exports and manually merge them, which is time-consuming, error-prone, and does not scale as an organization accumulates more years of assets.
Current Behavior:
Reporting/export requires selecting a date range no wider than 6 months.
To capture a full year, users must run two separate reports…2 votes -

Need a new role with less access than Super Admin to provision new users
We want to provide our internal IT Support team that manages provisioning of new user account and access setups with just enough access to create and manage user accounts in CMP, but the only current role that would meet this requirement is Super Admin, which provides way too much additional access.

Default Link Behavior – Open in New Window
When a user inserts a hyperlink in the CMP rich-text editor (within task briefs, content tabs, hypotheses, or campaign descriptions), each link defaults to opening in the current window, and any override must be applied manually on a link-by-link basis.
This creates several pain points:
- Users navigating CMP tasks or campaigns can lose their place when a link opens in the same tab, interrupting their workflow.
- Teams must individually remember and configure the "open in new window" option every time a link is added
We'd like to request the addition of a global default setting — configurable at the instance…
