  2. Marketing Manager with workflows that have a lot of steps and sometimes new ones needed to be added. If the task has 40 steps and I need to add a new step I have to currently add to the bottom of the workflow and drag it to where I want it. It would be better if we could insert where we wanted it or change the # of the step so the system can automatically insert the step in proper order.

  3. For internal marketing teams, it would be really powerful if we could add internal team documentation, brand portal, and other files to a wiki-like portal.

    Ideally this sits within the Optimizely ecosystem. CMP already has 'collections' and this would just add the option to add rich-text style pages, extending that existing functionality.

  4. I'm a CMP admin and would like for request forms to have functionality added so that our stakeholders/requestors are able to request multiple items across 1 request form submission. I've already discussed this with Natalia and Shadab however am adding this for others to provide additional thoughts or upvotes so we're able to prioritize as soon as possible.

    Currently when submitting a Creative request, our stakeholders are able to request multiple items as long as it falls under the same multi-select field option - so for example if they're requesting multiple digital asset items. However, if they would like to…

  5. A user wants to be able to use Shared Blocks in the CMP in the same way as one can in the CMP so that the CMP/CMS publishing integration can benefit them effectively.

    'In terms of actually using the publishing integration feature on CMP, it may not be entirely useful for us when using shared blocks (which we use on almost every page we create or edit).

    When editing these shared blocks on a page, you have to publish the individual block, not the whole page, for any changes to appear on the page.

  9. We need to ensure expiry dates in Pod workflows remain accurate and compliant by preventing unauthorised edits after review. Currently, users can change the expiry date field even after it has been reviewed, which risks compliance issues and undermines governance efforts.

    Please implement a lock on the expiry date field once a designated reviewer (e.g. Marketing Compliance) has completed their step in the workflow. This will:

    • Prevent accidental or unauthorised changes
    • Reduce manual monitoring
    • Support consistent asset governance

    If full lockdown isn’t feasible, a conditional lock or warning prompt would be a helpful interim solution.

  12. When adding Content to the Content tab from Library, the fields/labels on the asset uploaded should be brought over from library items automatically. Right now, this only happens when "creating a task" from a Library asset, but that is not how our current workflow operates. When the new labels come in, flag any conflicts with existing fields and ask to choose the correct tag.

  14. Allow users to customize the "Starts in" dates in a large campaign template.

    I need to update the start times for each sub-campaign and task based on the main campaign's start and end dates. Currently, these are set randomly. Tasks could be set up more quickly if the system already knew their start and end dates, which should be determined by the main campaign's schedule and the specific requirements of each task type.

  15. The ability to be in multiple instances simultaneously. Right now, if we have multi tabs opened for different content/task/view in a single instance, when we change instance in a tab (new or existing), all the other tabs are forced to change to that instance as well. This makes us lose all the other tabs we had previously opened.

    For example, we are in instance 1, with tabs opened for a board view, list view, a campaign, several tasks opened, and a powerpoint opened. When we switch to a instance 2 in another tab, all these tabs are forced to switch…

  16. In the board view within planning, the cards (tasks) does not have the option to show their current status (Not Started, In Progress, etc). This does not allow the team to quickly see what status the tasks have.

  18. It would be extremely helpful to be able to turn off the time function for start and due dates, or at least to be able to default start times to the beginning of the day and default end times to the end of the day (when creating a task/applying a workflow).

  19. In the task section, when another user comments, you can respond on the bottom of their comment with an emoji. The icon is a happy face, but when you click the icon there is no happy face. The happy face emoji is a staple of my daily operations. It is missed.

  20. OOB fields are unavailable to update content that has been uploaded to a task in the planning section of a campaign. Would like to be able to add/edit description, alt text and attribution on the asset.
