  1. We're looking for a CSV export that contains the following information:
    campaign name, task name, step name, step assignee, step due date.

    In Plan > Board view, each card shows you all that information, but the CSV export of that view doesn't contain step assignee or step due date.

    We'd like the CSV functionality to be enhanced to include step assignee and step due date which will help us with content ops reporting.

  2. We can edit, comment (plain text), and track changes in Word docs and other file types in the CMP...but we can't tag other users. This seems like an odd deficiency and it would really help us to be able to call out other users who specifically need to address certain sections of each file. Otherwise, it's very difficult to utilize the functionality of having these files in the first place. The idea is collaboration, and not being able to use tagging to essentially "assign" feedback to the correct user limits the use of this feature.

  3. We need to configure a centralized Post-Campaign Results section within our campaign workflows to standardize how we report on performance. More specifically, we require custom fields or a dedicated analytical format that allows team members to input final data points such as overall social engagement metrics, webinar attendee/conversion stats, paid digital performance, and total leads generated. The goal is to move away from spreadsheets and move into Optimizely to ensure that every completed campaign has a structured, searchable record of its impact directly within the platform for future benchmarking.

  4. When converting a WRQ into a TSK, the system believes the TSK creator uploaded the file and assigns that person as the asset owner, instead of the creator of the WRQ. This ownership carries through to the library, making notifications and reporting difficult. Please have the TSK inherit the WRQ uploader as the asset owner.

  5. Currently, we can link a task to multiple campaigns, but we cannot do the same for an event. Multiple teams coordinate on a single event, and need to track against the date of the event and show it in reporting for their specific programs. Request is to add "linking" to the related feature for Events like have been done for Tasks.

  6. Add reference to the WRQ number if a task was created from it:

    Customer reports the lack of visibility between Tasks and Work Requests, as well as the inability to see who completed each Task in the reports.
    This is a critical requirement for DHL Group and DHL Express.

  7. On the form upload, some customers need a file size that is large enough to be meaningful for their design requirements (headshot for organization page)

    Often users upload low resolution images and that causes more back and forth. If we can have a size requirement on the upload that would help resolve that.

  8. Integrations and Automations have alway had to be advanced in filtering unwanted events, having to make many requests to get data that confirms it the event is not relevant.

    Now Opal has to do the same, causing many credits to be spent just to get to the outcome the event is not relevant to the task.

    The solution would be to add filters to webhooks, like only fire work request modified for specific templates, etc. Could configurable filters be added to Webhooks?

  9. We are receiving frequent feedback from reviewers that the end/due date currently shown reflects the overall workflow or project completion, not the deadline for their individual review task.

    For reviewers, the most effective way to prioritize work is by clearly seeing their own task due date, rather than the final project deadline. Because this distinction isn’t visible today, reviewers often don’t realize that their specific task is overdue, even though the workflow is still active.

    Adding a dedicated column that easily displays each reviewer’s task-level due date, with the ability to sort by that date, would significantly improve clarity, prioritization,…

  10. Hi There, when I add a user to the CMP DAM, I need to look up the user add product and group access and then go look up the team and add the user there also.
    It would be ideal if there was a button on the user screen to be able to add the user directly to the team. Currently one needs to open the team and edit it to add the user.
    What would be even better would be to assign Teams to a group so that I could assign a Group access which also gave access to…

  11. Being able to recover campaigns, not just tasks, from the recycle bin is a must-have for a work management system. We had an experience that showed how risky it is when that option isn’t available, especially when important campaigns are at stake and can be deleted by mistake. We hope that this a supported feature is on the product roadmap.

  14. The system prompts for confirmation every time a date or time is changed, adding unnecessary clicks and time to the process. This may seem small, but it adds up significantly when you have 80+ steps in a workflow AND times are required for every task. Our teams are being delayed daily by this requirement.

  15. Adding a subtask for the same day requires being careful that its due time is not earlier than the preceding task's time, or the system will reject it and cause more manual work to fix. 
    This would be solved if time wasn't required. But we're open to other solutions.

  17. As a content editor working daily in CMP DAM, I need to quickly identify and select the correct asset based on file format, since some file format uses lossy compression.

    Currently, the file format is only visible in Grid View and is missing in List, Category, and Detail Views, which makes asset selection unreliable and inefficient.

    My goal is to have the file format clearly and consistently displayed in all views, so assets can be confidently selected.

  18. For my role it would be very useful to have all campaigns, I'm the owner of, appear in the 'My work' section.

    At the moment, it mainly shows tasks assigned to me, but it would be much easier to navigate if all of my campaigns were listed there as well. I still need to keep track of overall activity, add assets and content, and monitor progress etc. even for campaigns where I don’t currently have a task due.

    Right now, when I need to find those campaigns, I have to search for them or rely on 'recently viewed' which isn’t…

  19. When a workflow template is updated and then reapplied to an existing task within a campaign template, the planned hours do not refresh. Other components, such as steps, assignees, and dates, update correctly. It would be useful if planned hours updated in the same way when a workflow is reapplied, removing the need for manual adjustments or for creating new tasks in existing campaign templates.

  20. We have a large volume of similar requests being entered into the system. We want ways to make the amount of data entry for each form simpler. Could you prefill from a previous form or copy an existing form as a template for small edits? Can opal anticipate likely form answers based on a users previous submissions? Open to your ideas.
