  1. When reports are generated from free format fields collected from Work Requests the text includes the HTML formatting code.
    This is unnecessary and should be stripped out before the report is displayed to the user.

  2. I prefer the "list view" when i'm in "attachments" or viewing the content tab. would sure like a way for my "List view" preference to stick instead of changing to the the "tile view" every time i toggle in and out of the workflow.

  3. We want to be able to set minimum character requirements on certain fields (or have the system reject certain field inputs we consider to be unsuitable). For example, not being descriptive enough, incorrect form type etc.

  4. I want to assign related assets to the images and videos I upload. These assets are already in the Library, but they are important to be linked to the new files as they concern the legal agreements which relate to the usage of the images and videos.

    Currently the Related Tab only includes Milestones, Tasks, Activities or Campaigns.

  5. This appears to be a bug, more than a feature request - but have been requested to add it here.

    After I edit a Group in the Admin Center, the group panel stays open in the right hand panel but if I try to make a subsequent edit of anything to do with the group and hit Save, it says that the group already exists. I need to close the panel and reopen the group to make a change ... it is a bit annoying because if I just forgot a small thing , I have to go and redo…

Tasks are currently sorted into "Overdue," "Today, "Next Week," and "Future."  All of the tasks under "Future" are not sorted by due date, so with almost 400 tasks in the category, it takes a very long time to review the list to determine which tasks needed to be assigned immediately.  I figured out a way to sort by date range, so that reduced the number of tasks that I was seeing under "Future" significantly.  BUT it would still be nice if we could see tasks in chronological order by due date to better manage task management, resource assignment, and schedule…

  7. When loading assets via a task, the ai tagging should be applied to those assets. Currently we need to click a button to apply ai tags to each asset individually.

  10. Could request-specific fields be added to the dashboard creator?

    For example, being able to group/pivot/filter:
    - 'Template' - by work request template submitted
    - 'Requestor' - by individual(s) submitting the WRQ
    - 'Submitted date' - by date of WRQ submission.

  12. Duplicate a step (including substeps) in a Workflow. When I need to add another review, it would be nice to copy the previous review step with all of its substeps in the existing Workflow.

  13. We use a number of agencies and have local user logins created for their employees. They often come and go and it would be helpful to have a Note field on users record so information can be recorded like - who within our company is responsible for the user, what job function they serve, etc.

    Would also be good to have an expiry field so that the users would expire - with a notification warning that the expiry is coming up to avoid having old users hanging around with access to our system,

  14. Current Limitation:

    Routing rules only support AND logic. This significantly restricts flexibility because complex conditions require multiple separate rules instead of being combined into one.

    Impact:

    Increases setup time and complexity.
    Makes routing logic less efficient and harder to maintain.

    Proposed Enhancement:

    Introduce AND/OR logic within a single routing rule. This will allow more advanced conditional logic without creating multiple redundant rules, improving efficiency and scalability.

  15. Current Challenge:

    The current workflow automatically assigns all participants as watchers on every task. This approach results in excessive and often irrelevant notifications, creating unnecessary noise and reducing overall efficiency.

    Proposed Change:

    Update the default behavior so that no watchers are automatically assigned to tasks. Instead, individuals can opt in by adding themselves as watchers for tasks they wish to monitor.

    Result:

    Reduce notification overload for team members.
    Improve focus by ensuring only relevant updates are received.
    Empower users to control their level of engagement with specific tasks.

  16. Add a column (or option for a column) at the end of Plan and Library exports that is a direct link to that individual asset. If I export and share, I need my users to be able to go directly from the spreadsheet into that library item, task, campaign, etc. Long story short, add a column for the direct link in the export that goes into the Optimizely item.

  20. 'File formats' is a default filter within the CMP. for folders, collections, assets. However, the fact that it shows file formats that do not apply to our content is confusing and misleading for users.

    Is there any way this can only show our content formats, instead of all formats that do not apply to us? Or is there any way I can delete some of the formats that appear as default?
