Consistent Display of Asset File Format Across All CMP DAM Views
As a content editor working daily in CMP DAM, I need to quickly identify and select the correct asset based on file format, since some file format uses lossy compression.
Currently, the file format is only visible in Grid View and is missing in List, Category, and Detail Views, which makes asset selection unreliable and inefficient.
My goal is to have the file format clearly and consistently displayed in all views, so assets can be confidently selected.

My work - campaigns I own
For my role it would be very useful to have all campaigns, I'm the owner of, appear in the 'My work' section.
At the moment, it mainly shows tasks assigned to me, but it would be much easier to navigate if all of my campaigns were listed there as well. I still need to keep track of overall activity, add assets and content, and monitor progress etc. even for campaigns where I don’t currently have a task due.
Right now, when I need to find those campaigns, I have to search for them or rely on 'recently viewed' which isn’t…

Enable planned hours to refresh when reapplying workflow templates
When a workflow template is updated and then reapplied to an existing task within a campaign template, the planned hours do not refresh. Other components, such as steps, assignees, and dates, update correctly. It would be useful if planned hours updated in the same way when a workflow is reapplied, removing the need for manual adjustments or for creating new tasks in existing campaign templates.

Ability to make repetitive form submissions more efficient
We have a large volume of similar requests being entered into the system. We want ways to make the amount of data entry for each form simpler. Could you prefill from a previous form or copy an existing form as a template for small edits? Can opal anticipate likely form answers based on a users previous submissions? Open to your ideas.

Past Date Selections
In the date selection within the Plan and Request modules as well as Dashboards, we currently have options like this week / month / year and next week / month, etc., but what’s missing is last week / month / year, which would be very useful for reporting without having to go to the reporting section.

Automatic notification when a new asset appears in a saved view
Is there any way for users to receive automatic notifications when new assets appear in a Saved View or under specific filters?
For example, if new assets are added that match certain criteria, could Optimizely notify subscribed users automatically?

Add Undo Button & Add Warning Messages for Large Changes
Within the CMP, a colleague moved a task from one campaign to another. When she did that, with absolutely no warning and no way to "undo", it changed ALL of the workflow step due dates. She is now is left with approx 80 steps to manually adjust.
Our requested solution is two fold.
1. There needs to be an "undo" button in the CMP, period, for most actions.
2. There needs to be a warning message when massive changes are going to happen because of an action performed.1 vote -
Requirement to select more than 100 assets at a time in the DAM
It would be great if you can select more than 100 assets at a time in order to be able to edit in bulk.

Ability to Edit and Reorganize Tasks in Campaign Templates
Client requests the ability to edit existing campaign templates directly, including moving tasks into subcampaigns and reordering tasks within both active campaigns and templates. Currently, this functionality is not available, and users must work around it by editing a campaign and saving it as a new template.

Logic in Content Brief/Form Brief
At this time, it appears that the behavior that the client is trying to achieve is not currently supported. Specifically, the logic options for multi-select fields do not include conditions such as “contains” or “does not contain.” Because of this limitation, the workflow jump logic may not trigger as expected when users select multiple publishing locations in different orders.

Building block style workflows
We have different processes that often have multiple steps that are common among them. We would like the ability to create "blocks" of multiple steps that can be mixed and matched to create new workflows or that can be added to a workflow ad hoc.

Ability to create task from the workflow in an existing task
We would like the ability to create a new task from a workflow. Sometimes, a review sparks the needs for a new, separate task to be created.

Please separate form fields and metaproperty fields
Since Custom Fields and Labels were combined, it is very difficult to manage these two different types of input fields. We would like to have labels/metaproperties separate so that it is easier to determine which fields we can parse data by. We don't want to parse data by form fields/custom fields.

Ability to Create Campaign Template in Templates Section of Admin panel
I would like the ability to create campaign templates from the same place we create Work Request Templates. Creating a live campaign, making it into a template, then archiving it in the Plan view is a pain. I would also like to be able to edit Campaign Templates

Review and approval via email
We would like the ability for our leaders to view content and approve it via email. They would get an email with a copy of the content and be able to approve (not make edits) by clicking a button the email that signifies their completion of their step.

Ability to post PDF to Linkedin
While posting to Linkedin, current format avaliable for posting is text of png/jpg. Our organization frequently posts other doumentation in PDF format, but Publishing expirience does not allow it now. this is the full list of media that LinkedIn allows:

Add AND/OR Logic to Routing Rules
Current limitation: routing rules only support AND logic, restricting flexibility. Proposed enhancement: introduce AND/OR logic within a single rule to allow advanced conditional logic without redundant rules.

Ability to bring in assets created in Canva directly into a Task in CMP, eliminating the need for manual uploads.

Set up recurring tasks once that creates separate tasks based on the frequency
We have weekly, monthly, annual and bi-weekly tasks that need set up. Currently, I have to set up 52 tasks per weekly task, etc. It would be nice to set up one weekly task with a start date/end date and frequency so that Optimizely creates separate tasks for said frequency instead of manually creating separate tasks.
