  1. In a hybrid workflow where only certain steps are locked in place, we need the ability to configure the workflow in such a way that it limits the ability to publish an asset to the library until certain criteria have been met (e.g. particular steps are complete and/or brand compliance tool has been set to approved.)

  2. To fulfil our regulatory compliance obligations, we need to be able to see what changes have been made to assets before they're published back to the library.

That includes where expiry dates have been changed.

We want to see when the change was made, who made the change, what the date was changed from and what the date was changed to.

  3. Once under a parent campaign, when you hit the plus to start a campaign it just creates a blank campaign line item. Instead it should pull up the window you get when you start a campaign from the green button where you have options to add template, fields, set dates, etc.
(When you start a task from this way, it pulls up the full window)

  4. Organizations using SCIM provisioning to automate user management in Optimizely CMP need the ability to automatically assign newly provisioned users to a default Team. Without this, user provisioning is only partially automated and requires ongoing manual administration to ensure new users can access the Tasks and Campaigns they need.

    Background

Following our migration to OptiID, management of CMP Teams moved from CMP to the Optimizely Admin Center, where Teams were initially managed within the Groups section.

Newly provisioned users (e.g. Creators and Admins) could be automatically assigned to a Team providing access to all relevant Tasks and Campaigns (as before…

  5. We would greatly appreciate to be able to customise the notifications
    Examples:

    • Define content and details of the notification per Work Request Template. For example, we use some Work Request template only to capture e.g. Event data (not triggering any action) into our event master list in CMP. The notification "Your Request has been accepted" makes user believe that the event is accepted and will be supported (which is not true - we only accept it to create record of the event - Task).

    • Define custom message based on values provided in WRQ - e.g. custom message for ACCEPT of…

  6. It would be really helpful to allow users to filter campaigns using text-based operators such as Contains, Does not contain, Starts with, and Ends with when creating saved views. For example, a user may want to exclude all campaigns that do not contain a specific keyword (e.g. "rs-ai") or filter campaigns based on naming conventions. At the moment, search only supports exact matches and doesn't allow this level of filtering. This enhancement would make it much easier to manage large numbers of campaigns and create more meaningful saved views.

  7. Summary: Enable the Duplicate Finder to respect folder context so users can scan for duplicates within a specific folder rather than across the entire CMP Library.

Problem / Current Behavior: When a user navigates to a specific folder (e.g., Product Images) and clicks Duplicate Finder, folder-level filtering options disappear. The tool scans the entire library, returning duplicates library-wide rather than scoped to the selected folder. The vendor has confirmed this is working as designed.

Requested Enhancement: Add the ability to scope duplicate detection to a selected folder, so results are limited to that folder's contents.
    Business Value:

    • Faster, more

  8. Category: CMP – Content Marketing Platform / DAM Reporting & Exports

Problem Statement:Asset reporting and exports from the Library/DAM currently cap the selectable date range at a maximum of 6 months. Users who need a complete view of their asset inventory cannot pull a single, full-history report. Instead, they are forced to run multiple time-boxed exports and manually merge them, which is time-consuming, error-prone, and does not scale as an organization accumulates more years of assets.

    Current Behavior:
Reporting/export requires selecting a date range no wider than 6 months.
To capture a full year, users must run two separate reports…

  11. We want to provide our internal IT Support team that manages provisioning of new user account and access setups with just enough access to create and manage user accounts in CMP, but the only current role that would meet this requirement is Super Admin, which provides way too much additional access.

  12. When a user inserts a hyperlink in the CMP rich-text editor (within task briefs, content tabs, hypotheses, or campaign descriptions), each link defaults to opening in the current window, and any override must be applied manually on a link-by-link basis.

    This creates several pain points:

    • Users navigating CMP tasks or campaigns can lose their place when a link opens in the same tab, interrupting their workflow.
    • Teams must individually remember and configure the "open in new window" option every time a link is added

We'd like to request the addition of a global default setting — configurable at the instance…

  14. Currently, the Related tab allows us to link tasks that the current task depends on (upstream dependencies). However, there is no way to link or view tasks that are dependent on the current task (downstream dependencies).

We would like to see an additional relationship type, such as "Blocks" (or similar naming), that allows users to designate tasks that cannot begin until the current task is completed.

This enhancement would provide a complete view of task dependencies by enabling users to see at a glance:

Depends On: Tasks that block the current task from starting.
Blocks: Tasks that are blocked by…

  15. Introduce a native Cross-Instance Asset Sharing & Synchronization capability that allows users to securely share, reference, or synchronize assets between DAM/CMP instances without requiring manual downloads and uploads.

    • Share assets across instances through a secure "Share to Instance" action.
    • Option to synchronize assets automatically, ensuring updates and new versions are reflected across connected instances.
    • Preserve metadata, taxonomy mappings, permissions, renditions, and usage rights during transfer.
    • Allow users to reference a source asset without duplicating files, creating a "single source of truth" across instances.
    • Support sharing assets directly within CMP workflows, work requests, campaigns, and approvals.
    • Provide administrator controls to define…

  17. For the across organization consistency, alignment and accuracy maintaining fields is a must have. To make it possible I should be able to pull the report with the information:
    - field name
    - field values / entries
    - field status (active/not active)
    - creation date
    - last modified (date)
    - last used (date)
    - no of usage
    - used in templates (templates' names)
    - used in records (records IDs)
I should be able to pull this report for at leas 6 months date range.

  18. When a user completes a step on a Task made using a template, the Step Due Date is updating to a past date. This is causing the cascading update to Smart Duration. The original issue was thought to be that the Smart Duration is working as expected. But its really the first date being on a wrong date that is causing the whole problem. On the screenshot attached, notice how an action taken on June 12 is making the Due Date shift to June 9th automatically. Which should not happen.

    • Due Dates should not update just because of completion of…

  19. Structured Content Formatting. This is for the integration we have to Sprout Social. We need the Structured Content text field where we enter the text for the social post to be Rich Text format. We need to add line breaks in the text. And to add special characters so we can use #hashtags and @mentions.
