  1. Current Limitation:

    Routing rules only support AND logic. This significantly restricts flexibility because complex conditions require multiple separate rules instead of being combined into one.

    Impact:

    Increases setup time and complexity.
    Makes routing logic less efficient and harder to maintain.

    Proposed Enhancement:

    Introduce AND/OR logic within a single routing rule. This will allow more advanced conditional logic without creating multiple redundant rules, improving efficiency and scalability.

  2. Current Challenge:

    The current workflow automatically assigns all participants as watchers on every task. This approach results in excessive and often irrelevant notifications, creating unnecessary noise and reducing overall efficiency.

    Proposed Change:

    Update the default behavior so that no watchers are automatically assigned to tasks. Instead, individuals can opt in by adding themselves as watchers for tasks they wish to monitor.

    Result:

    Reduce notification overload for team members.
    Improve focus by ensuring only relevant updates are received.
    Empower users to control their level of engagement with specific tasks.

  3. Add a column (or option for a column) at the end of Plan and Library exports that is a direct link to that individual asset. If I export and share, I need my users to be able to go directly from the spreadsheet into that library item, task, campaign, etc. Long story short, add a column for the direct link in the export that goes into the Optimizely item.

  7. 'File formats' is a default filter within the CMP. for folders, collections, assets. However, the fact that it shows file formats that do not apply to our content is confusing and misleading for users.

    Is there any way this can only show our content formats, instead of all formats that do not apply to us? Or is there any way I can delete some of the formats that appear as default?

  8. It is currently not possible to filter or pivot by Template name in the Request card in the efficiency dashboard, which makes this card very difficult to use.

    As different teams are using different templates, or each template is for a specific use case, having the ability to filter and pivot by the template name would greatly improve the usability of this card.

  9. The helper text for fields in a work request form should be possible to place also directly below the field name and not only after the input field. You want to read the instructions first and then choose your option. E.g. if you have a radio button field with many options to choose from, the helper text is shown after all the options and you might not see it.

When using the Calendar view in CMP to look for upcoming activities in team meetings/status calls it would be useful to have the ability to show text fields or a 'description' field in the hover over preview that give a little bit more information around that task without having to click into it

  12. It would be incredibly helpful to allow admins to customize the default task statuses beyond the current fixed options: Not Started, In Progress, Completed, and On Hold.

    Many teams use more nuanced workflows that require additional stages (e.g., In Review, Approved, Blocked, Needs Revisions, Ready for Publishing, etc.). Without the ability to tailor default statuses:

    • Teams are limited in how accurately they can reflect their actual processes.

    • Reporting and dashboards become less precise because tasks often end up forced into statuses that don’t match reality.

    • Teams have to rely on workarounds (like creating separate fields to mimic status) which adds…

  13. It would be extremely helpful to have the ability to modify a field’s type after it has been created (e.g., switching a field from Text to Dropdown, Dropdown to Multi-select, etc.).

    Right now, if a field is initially set up with the wrong type or needs to evolve as workflows mature, the only option is to create a brand-new field. This creates several challenges:

    • Existing tasks and content items lose continuity because the new field doesn’t retain historical data.

    • Reporting becomes fragmented across multiple versions of essentially the same field.

    • It increases admin overhead, especially when managing large or complex…

  14. A scroll bar at the top of all pages in the UI would be extremely helpful. We recently submitted a ticket, 1803945, because columns were hidden but it was not clearly noticeable. To view the restore button in the recycle bin, it required scrolling 5x to the bottom of the page, then scrolling right. An example for the DAM is when needing multiple columns to view metadata. When viewing a large volume of assets, you have to scroll to the bottom of the page and then scroll to the right, then scroll back up to view metadata. It is time…

  15. We have A LOT of Workflows set up on our instance. We need to be able to find workflows in huge long lists of workflows with similar names, which can be hard to do if they have the same prefix/similar names.

    Ideally we would be able to:

    • Restrict access/visibility of some workflows by User/Team so they don't appear in drop-downs
    • Filter/sort workflows when they are presented in the UI
    • Display the whole name of the workflow in the UI (or on mouseover) as opposed to truncating it so they all look the same after the first "x" characters

  17. All of the assets in our Asset Library are added via Task. As such, the new Dashboard widget for showing uploaded assets doesn't give us any information, as it only reports on assets uploaded directly.

    Can this widget be updated (fixed!) to include assets added via a task, or enhanced so the option to filter by how the asset was added is available?

  19. It would be great if we could find a way to lock down content while it's a WIP (work in progress) for download. Once content has been approved and is final, it would be nice to be able to "release" for download and assign to project/task people once an asset is approved and uploaded to the library.
