Duplicate a step (including substeps) in a Workflow
Duplicate a step (including substeps) in a Workflow. When I need to add another review, it would be nice to copy the previous review step with all of its substeps in the existing Workflow.

Read only taxonomy field
We need to, via API, create a bespoke unique identifier for each newly created asset and store that in the taxonomy. Once entered in the taxonomy the value should not be editable. This ensures that published assets, especially printed ones, can always be identified by this field.

Functionality to bulk edit dates of all activity within campaign
Please can you add functionality to give the option to bulk change the end dates of all tasks and events within a campaign. I changed the end date for a campaign, thinking this would then update the dates for each task/event, but found that I needed to adjust each one individually.

Ability to highlight the size and importance of a task
It would be helpful to have a default field in work request forms/briefs that encourage the user to highlight the size of a task (small, medium, large) and also express whether urgency is high, medium or low.
7 votesWe are currently exploring a solution that would allow team managers to provide qualitative estimates (e.g. Story Points, T-Shirt Sizes) to steps. TBD if we will also allow these estimates in Work Request forms.

Proposal to Update Default Watcher Assignment in Workflows
Current Challenge:
The current workflow automatically assigns all participants as watchers on every task. This approach results in excessive and often irrelevant notifications, creating unnecessary noise and reducing overall efficiency.
Proposed Change:
Update the default behavior so that no watchers are automatically assigned to tasks. Instead, individuals can opt in by adding themselves as watchers for tasks they wish to monitor.
Result:
Reduce notification overload for team members.
Improve focus by ensuring only relevant updates are received.
Empower users to control their level of engagement with specific tasks.5 votes -
Set an approval step in a task as Rejected
In a workflow, it would be useful to have the option to set the status of an approval step in a workflow as Rejected and be able to proceed with the task.
Right now, the only option is to mark the step as approved even when the content in the task would be rejected, which is very confusing.
7 votesWe already have a skip option at the task step level. That should function as a Rejected option to steps that were rejected. Happy to hear if there is more to the requirement.

Monday (not sunday) as first day of work week in Plan module
It would be great for users to be able to customise their view to make Monday the first day of the working week by default (and or the option to hide weekends from the calendar). This would help to avoid accidentally scheduling work on Sundays.

Lock Expiry Date Field in Pod Workflows Post-Review
We need to ensure expiry dates in Pod workflows remain accurate and compliant by preventing unauthorised edits after review. Currently, users can change the expiry date field even after it has been reviewed, which risks compliance issues and undermines governance efforts.
Please implement a lock on the expiry date field once a designated reviewer (e.g. Marketing Compliance) has completed their step in the workflow. This will:
- Prevent accidental or unauthorised changes
- Reduce manual monitoring
- Support consistent asset governance
If full lockdown isn’t feasible, a conditional lock or warning prompt would be a helpful interim solution.

Add a “Requests by Assignee” view to dashboards
Add a “Requests by Assignee” view to dashboards, showing who is assigned or approving each request, rather than who raised it. This helps track ownership and progress more effectively.

Enable editing of key fields directly within the Plan module, including fields such as Depends On, Status, and Cur
Currently, these fields cannot be edited inline and require opening each individual item. This slows down workflow management and makes bulk updates or quick adjustments inefficient. Allowing inline editing would improve usability, speed up resourcing and timeline changes, and reduce administrative effort when managing multiple tasks.

Ability to copy a work request as a template (regardless of status)
Its time consuming to have to complete the same fields in the same form from scratch everytime, for recurrent similar tasks.
I want to be able to copy pervious work requests (regardless of status) to be used as a template to avoid duplicating field completion. I can see a "copy" button on WR's until the point they are accepted, then it disappears. I want to be able to do this on any WR regardless of their status.

Global (repeatable) workflow components
As a CMP admin, I want to be able to create global form components which can be replicated into multiple workflows. For example this could be sets of briefing questions which can be treated as a modular component and then included multiple workflows, to save the same sets of questions having to be added manually 1 by 1 in every workflow. It also means that edits would only need to be updated once, and then would filter down into any workflow where that component is integrated.

Efficiency Dashboards: Include 'Teams' under the 'assignees' filter options
When using the ‘assignee’ filter, it would be nice if we could filter by team entities as well as individual users.
As an example, a lot of our steps are automatically assigned to the ‘Web Team’. This works by anyone in that team completing the step when free. As a result, this means they do not get pulled through into this data, as the team is assigned to the step and not the user.
Ideally, if filtering a team with 'assignee', it would be great if that pulled through the data of everyone in that team's completed steps and/or grouped…

Efficiency Dashboards: Ability to Filter by 'Steps'
Filtering workflow 'steps' on an efficiency dashboard so we can omit certain workflow steps from the efficiency dashboard chart.
For example, if I set up a 'step bottlenecks' chart, it would be great to be able to filter by Step (is, not, is one of, is not one of). There are certain steps when spread out among many assignees, they start to clutter the chart.

List View
I prefer the "list view" when i'm in "attachments" or viewing the content tab. would sure like a way for my "List view" preference to stick instead of changing to the the "tile view" every time i toggle in and out of the workflow.

Replies and tagging
When it comes to replies, we always have to tag users even if you are replying to a comment from that person. If you reply to someones comment and you dont tag them, they don't even get notified, which is odd as you're replying directly to their comment.
It would be great if this could be updated so that it recognizes the people that were previously tagged, or who you are replying to. It's a bit tedious to always have to tag the same group of people.
We do love the feature to reply to comments from your outlook inbox,…
