  1. Please can you add functionality to give the option to bulk change the end dates of all tasks and events within a campaign. I changed the end date for a campaign, thinking this would then update the dates for each task/event, but found that I needed to adjust each one individually.

  2. As a CMP admin, I want to be able to create global form components which can be replicated into multiple workflows. For example this could be sets of briefing questions which can be treated as a modular component and then included multiple workflows, to save the same sets of questions having to be added manually 1 by 1 in every workflow. It also means that edits would only need to be updated once, and then would filter down into any workflow where that component is integrated.

  3. It would be great for users to be able to customise their view to make Monday the first day of the working week by default (and or the option to hide weekends from the calendar). This would help to avoid accidentally scheduling work on Sundays.

  4. It would be extremely helpful to be able to turn off the time function for start and due dates, or at least to be able to default start times to the beginning of the day and default end times to the end of the day (when creating a task/applying a workflow).

  5. When CMP user is set up there should be ability to send notifications to more than one email address. In our case we have set up login for third party vendor using OptiID but they want to receive the notifications on their company email address which is not possible now.

  6. I'd like the ability to add a task to multiple milestones. Currently, if you try and add a task to a second milestone it's removed from the first milestone. But there are times when one task applies to two different milestones and it would be beneficial to track them that way. Even if it's just as a 'related to' option.

  7. Hello to the great Optimizely Product team,
    We truly appreciate the new Task Templates feature and we are now setting up the Task Templates for the communications activity types which have a dedicated workflow (Social posts, Paid search, Webpage, .... So users only need to select the template and then the Task comes with the preloaded Brief, Workflow or files in Content tab.
    However, if there are some mandatory Fields in a Brief template, these must be filled in in the "master" Task serving as a template. Hence, then the new tasks come with Brief with some values (e.g. Business…

  8. Could the team add a hyperlink to the completion message or directly on the saved asset when it's automatically saved to the library? This would make it more convenient to move assets to the collections folder, as you could click directly from the task to the asset in the library.

  9. Currently the maximum amount of assets you can download at once from the DAM is 100. We have an instance where we need to download 1800 assets and would like a way to bulk download all assets that are in a folder or relate to a specific filter.

  10. Hello - recently you introduced the idea of field groups. Conceptually I like this feature. BUT, it is currently only available to add to an asset. With all the field inheritance, it would be really great if I could add a group of fields on a task, and then all those fields would trickle down to any assets on the task.

  12. We would like to add labels to the bars in timeline view similar to how Microsoft Projects does it. The labels would include owners or the title of the campaign/task. This would help the team see a quick overview of what everyone is working on without having to scroll all the time. Attached is an example from Microsoft Project.

  13. I would like to see how often a field is used and see all of the templates a field is used in to make it easier to deactivate fields we no longer need or know which forms will update when I edit a field. This is a repeat of another request.

  14. Sometimes the content we create isn't an entire page, but just a block of content that is consumed later by our content team. Examples include promotional content, banners, and content for lead generation.
    We'd like to be able to create a block similar to how we create a page today, schedule the publishing of the block, and use it later on a page. If we select an existing block, we need to be able to publish the block and have it updated on all pages it was previously included on.

  15. Within the Library, please provide the Image Resolution (e.g., 300 PPI. The Image Information section already provides Image Dimensions (e.g., 1920 px by 1280 px but to find higher quality images for Print we have to download the image to find the Resolution.

  17. If you have a parent campaign with 5 sub-campaigns that are all in progress, the parent campaign will show as 'not started'. This is a design flaw since the parent campaign doesnt inherit the campaign status from the sub-campaigns. The parent campaign should reflect at least 'in progress'.

  18. We use many workflow templates in the CMP. It would be very helpful to be able to edit the number of days assigned to a step on the fly in the task workflow, rather than the number of days strictly locked to the templated workflow.

  19. When reviewing content in a task, digital marketing teams regularly use the Content Proofing feature to leave comments directly on the asset being reviewed. This isn't available for CMS pages and the comments on tasks aren't linked to the page being reviewed/approved.
    Much like reviewing a URL, we'd like to be able to review a version of a CMS page, iterate on it, and approve it for publishing to CMS.

  20. We often have "post-production" steps that we want to include on our workflow AFTER the created asset is going to be made available to end-users via the Library. These are steps like social promotion, checking on analytics, etc.
