Ability to turn off time function for start and due dates
It would be extremely helpful to be able to turn off the time function for start and due dates, or at least to be able to default start times to the beginning of the day and default end times to the end of the day (when creating a task/applying a workflow).

Just piping in here since this was reported many months ago and the same issue remains.
The system requires a specific time for every due date, which is unnecessary for many teams. This creates extra work and errors. We would like to be able to CHOOSE whether or not we enter a time for each task.Â
