Hello! We do have this on our roadmap to be able to export a list of users with access details, as well as the ability to bulk upload new users with their access. Right now, the only place in Admin Center to export a list of users is from the Usage & Billing tab using the 3-dot menu from the Opti ID User Activity Log which will export all users and their last login data.

Related to this, we can't tag users in Word docs (or any Microsoft files) in the CMP. We can with PDFs, so we'd like to be able to with other files. Even if we can't edit, we should be able to give feedback about specific portions of files - so perhaps that could be a Phase 1, then editing is Phase 2?

This is crucial for our team as well. We are auditing our workflows and not having the ability to export (with all the metadata/fields) is genuinely costing us dozens of hours of times that could be solved with a single export button.

Just piping in here since this was reported many months ago and the same issue remains.
The system requires a specific time for every due date, which is unnecessary for many teams. This creates extra work and errors. We would like to be able to CHOOSE whether or not we enter a time for each task.Bevin Gregory
