Support for Multiple configurable “Do Not Track” Widgets in Product Recommendations
As a customer, we would like the ability to configure multiple “Do Not Track” widgets to support contextual product recommendations when marketing consent has not been granted. This would allow us to:
Display less personalized, but still relevant, product suggestions based on the current area of the application.
Exclude specific products from recommendation logic using defined properties, ensuring inappropriate items are not surfaced without consent.
This approach would help us maintain compliance while still offering meaningful content to users who decline marketing cookies.

Recommend products that are "Due to Re-order"
For product recommendations, i would like to see an algorithm added to the website algorithms that would allow us to display items that are "due to reorder" or ready to repurchase which would be based on the frequency that that a specific customer orders specific parts.
I believe there is something like this for the email recommendations, but I'd like to be able to incorporate it into the website site as well

Restrict Algorithms and Filters Based on Widget Type
Currently, there is no validation for Algorithms and Filters, and they can be added to any widget type. Please restrict them based on the following documentation and allow only the intended algorithms and filters for each widget type.

company level tracking (B2B)
It would be great to track users at a company level. Currently tracking is done on a individual user level. However, we have multiple individuals who may log in against a given company email/ID and it would be great to have all information against that copmany tracked as a holistic profile, and use that to then influence recommendations for those company users.
use-cases:
User A purchased product A, do not recommend that to other users from the same company logging in.
serve recommendations based on the combined company data. this allows for a richer profile with more data to personalise…2 votes -

More then 10 widgets on a given page
You can only have 10 widgets on a given page e.g. homepage, this no longer works for us as we have both web & app under the one instance and now we want to start testing different widgets (recommendations) for different audiences.

slack
It would be great if the slack app could post when a new experiment was created or updated. We want a trail of when updates happen so if we get alerted about an issue or change we can reference whether an optimizely experiment may be involved

support True-Client-IP header to view actual client IP address
We are using Akamai in front of our Opti app which is configured with True-Client-IP header. On the Opti side, this site is configured to use Cloudflare as the origin, with WAF disabled. Opti cloudflare is only seeing Akamai edge server IP addresses in their logs which is not helpful. Akamai is sending the actual client IP address in the header, but support cannot configure Cloudflare to see it. The following process should allow Cloudflare to see it:
You can configure Cloudflare to log the True-Client-IP header instead of the Akamai edge server IP address by enabling the “Add True-Client-IP…1 vote -
Allow for Feature Branches instead of Single Branches to allow for easier code management.
To improve our velocity and quality of deployments we would prefer Optimizely allow us to implement changes using feature branches instead of requiring us to either bundle all changes into a single branch or work them one at a time in series. This would enable developers to create separate branches for different features, allowing for parallel development and easier code management; essentially mirroring the standard Git branching workflow where you can create feature branches for individual functionalities.

...g through Marketo. How can I do that. Please let me know if any suggestions.
Unfortunately, I check the code further, but customizing code to send email if any data is not passing through Marketo is complicated and when customizing it, it might cause another issues in the future.1 vote -
Restrict asset library date changes to certain user groups
As a regulated business we require the asset expiry date to be more controlled. We would like for this to be restricted to specific user groups or at team level in the CMP

Easier testing of new trigger campaigns with test users
Problem:
When testing new trigger campaigns, the weekly and daily limits also apply to my test users and often block my tested triggers.
To find out if the trigger was setup correctly and the email was blocked due to limits, a support ticket must be opened to find oud if limits blocked the trigger or if it is due to misstracking, misunderstanding or misconfiguration of the new tested trigger. Which is also inefficient.
Proposed solution:
As a marketeer I want to define test users (userids that are exempt from all campaign or global limits, so testing could be done much…8 votes -
Allow experimentation for email trigger campaigns
As a marketer I want to test different triggers and different prioritization against each other and get reports about scenario A and B.
For this I'd like to set up an independet set of triggers (set B with prioritisations and select a %, a set of ids or a target group, to belong to customer base B instead of A and have their events evaluated for trigger set B instead of A.10 votes
