  1. It would be great to track users at a company level. Currently tracking is done on a individual user level. However, we have multiple individuals who may log in against a given company email/ID and it would be great to have all information against that copmany tracked as a holistic profile, and use that to then influence recommendations for those company users.

    use-cases:
    User A purchased product A, do not recommend that to other users from the same company logging in.
    serve recommendations based on the combined company data. this allows for a richer profile with more data to personalise…

  2. You can only have 10 widgets on a given page e.g. homepage, this no longer works for us as we have both web & app under the one instance and now we want to start testing different widgets (recommendations) for different audiences.

  3. Problem:
    When testing new trigger campaigns, the weekly and daily limits also apply to my test users and often block my tested triggers.
    To find out if the trigger was setup correctly and the email was blocked due to limits, a support ticket must be opened to find oud if limits blocked the trigger or if it is due to misstracking, misunderstanding or misconfiguration of the new tested trigger. Which is also inefficient.

  4. As a marketer I want to test different triggers and different prioritization against each other and get reports about scenario A and B.
    For this I'd like to set up an independet set of triggers (set B with prioritisations and select a %, a set of ids or a target group, to belong to customer base B instead of A and have their events evaluated for trigger set B instead of A.
