Easier testing of new trigger campaigns with test users
Problem:
When testing new trigger campaigns, the weekly and daily limits also apply to my test users and often block my tested triggers.
To find out if the trigger was setup correctly and the email was blocked due to limits, a support ticket must be opened to find oud if limits blocked the trigger or if it is due to misstracking, misunderstanding or misconfiguration of the new tested trigger. Which is also inefficient.
Proposed solution:
As a marketeer I want to define test users (userids that are exempt from all campaign or global limits, so testing could be done much more transparent and quickly.
Examples
1 Re-Testing after changing settings: I want to test in quick succession without using multiple test users to circumwent the global limits.
2 Testing new triggers in a customer journey where other triggers are supposed to trigger as well: An in session trigger is running and other daily trigger are already running. If I want to test a new daily trigger, the test user would often also match the two existing triggers and would then reach their daily or weekly limit.
For live settings this would not be true, because the time to trigger (post purchase for example would not have been shortened.
