Filter Reports by Widgets
We would like the ability to filter our Product Recommendation reports by widget.
The answer to Why is below.
Products (and Conversion): This will allow us to see which products are most popular in specific widgets.
Orders: This will help us answer - is one particular widget driving an increase in average order value? Are others having little to impact so we should A/B test algorithms?It would also be nice, if on the Widgets page, we could deselect widgets. We have many widgets live and want to look at specific groups of widgets.

Include Date Range Comparison in Reports
We are trying to complete deeper analysis in the Reports section for Optimizely Product Recs. Typically we are comparing timeframes (WoW, YoY, PoP, etc), so adding a compare time range would be very valuable for me and my team. I'd like to see this implemented across all Reports Tabs. It would be nice to see the lift based on date range in the Total Boxes shown as well.

Make Quick Filters more consistent across algorithms.
"Remove Category Filter" under quick filters is only available on certain algorithms. I'd like to see this as a consistent filter in the platform. Currently its on Bestsellers by units sold in last 24 hours, but not Bestsellers by units sold in last 7 days. And its not included in "Emerging Products". There may be more algos where you can't use this quick filter, but these are the algos I've noticed this on.

Please support editing audiences with a large number of conditions by allowing the edit modal to open directly in code mode.Details:
Currently, when editing an audience with many conditions (e.g., 500), the page loads very slowly and sometimes crashes. This is likely due to local device or browser limitations when rendering the audience editing UI. We want to have a widget that will recommend items based on what is already in the customers cart.

Allow MCP server to query MAU data
I've got an IT support ticket to get my Claude connected to the remote server. In the meantime, I'm using the locally installed server to audit our MAU consumption. The MCP server is struggling to get users for each a/b test rule, which feels like a miss that might be easily fixed in a future release? I was able to create a workaround with a script that queries the Results API, but this took a while and was quite clunky.

Adding Orders and Revenue to Email Product Recommendations Strategy Report
As a marketer and eCommerce manager, it would be valuable for me to be able to see the orders and revenue generated by the strategy for Email Product Recs. It would be nice if this could be added to both the strategy and Positions reports. This would allow us to see which algorithms are actually driving sales. Adding this would help us to determine which types of algorithms work the best and make adjustments to strategies to help increase orders and revenue on future email campaigns.

I work with Hubspot and would like an OOTB connector for email campaigns and Triggered messaging. othis is very important as I want to utilise the Abandoned basket triggers and want to be able to quickly set up a connection for my email campaigns as well

Restrict Algorithms and Filters Based on Widget Type
Currently, there is no validation for Algorithms and Filters, and they can be added to any widget type. Please restrict them based on the following documentation and allow only the intended algorithms and filters for each widget type.

Recommend products that are "Due to Re-order"
For product recommendations, i would like to see an algorithm added to the website algorithms that would allow us to display items that are "due to reorder" or ready to repurchase which would be based on the frequency that that a specific customer orders specific parts.
I believe there is something like this for the email recommendations, but I'd like to be able to incorporate it into the website site as well

Folders for Reporting
This is a request to introduce a folder-based organizational system for experimentation reports within the Optimizely platform. Our enterprise customer, L'Oréal, is finding it increasingly difficult to manage their growing library of experiment results, leading to inefficiency and difficulty in locating historical data. Implementing a folder system would significantly improve workflow efficiency, support program scalability, and enhance the day-to-day usability of the platform for large teams.

Segment based algorithms
We see there is a bestsellers by segment algorithm available in the platform and would love to have this expanded to some other algorithms. mainly, viewed together and viewed then purchased/basketed

categories report update
The category report only works on a 1:1 level. I currently have all categories with 3 levels: grandparent>parent>child. this means only the level 3 reporting works for me in the category report.
I want to be able to also review how my top level categories are performing. the report should automatically roll up for me, and level 1 and 2 should populate without me needing to split out the category values.
we could technically split the categories out, but this then has a negative influence on any child category rules we have in place

More then 10 widgets on a given page
You can only have 10 widgets on a given page e.g. homepage, this no longer works for us as we have both web & app under the one instance and now we want to start testing different widgets (recommendations) for different audiences.

support True-Client-IP header to view actual client IP address
We are using Akamai in front of our Opti app which is configured with True-Client-IP header. On the Opti side, this site is configured to use Cloudflare as the origin, with WAF disabled. Opti cloudflare is only seeing Akamai edge server IP addresses in their logs which is not helpful. Akamai is sending the actual client IP address in the header, but support cannot configure Cloudflare to see it. The following process should allow Cloudflare to see it:

Allow for Feature Branches instead of Single Branches to allow for easier code management.
To improve our velocity and quality of deployments we would prefer Optimizely allow us to implement changes using feature branches instead of requiring us to either bundle all changes into a single branch or work them one at a time in series. This would enable developers to create separate branches for different features, allowing for parallel development and easier code management; essentially mirroring the standard Git branching workflow where you can create feature branches for individual functionalities.

Unfortunately, I check the code further, but customizing code to send email if any data is not passing through Marketo is complicated and when customizing it, it might cause another issues in the future.1 vote
