  1. We would like the ability to set out-of-office, PTO, holidays, and company-wide meetings in the platform. This would be used any time someone is unavailable for task assignment, @mentioning, etc. We would like to block assignment of work and/or send an alert to the person trying to assign work if someone is on vacation, doesn't work certain days (part-time, it's a company holiday, etc.

  2. Please can you add functionality to give the option to bulk change the end dates of all tasks and events within a campaign. I changed the end date for a campaign, thinking this would then update the dates for each task/event, but found that I needed to adjust each one individually.

  3. As a CMP admin, I want to be able to create global form components which can be replicated into multiple workflows. For example this could be sets of briefing questions which can be treated as a modular component and then included multiple workflows, to save the same sets of questions having to be added manually 1 by 1 in every workflow. It also means that edits would only need to be updated once, and then would filter down into any workflow where that component is integrated.

  4. Our taxonomy is very big - some labels could have thousands of options. We'd like a better way to organize it, as there is a hierarchy to the way things fit into verticals, product lines, products, etc.
    We want to ensure users only see relevant values. For example:
    If the top level label has values of "pets/wild animals" a user picks "pets", then we want to show them "cats/dogs" (and not allow them to pick from the list "elephant/lion". Next, if they pick "dogs", then we want to show them "husky/pug" (and not show them "ragdoll/shorthair".

  5. We'd love to see more control over how filters are applied, including the ability to choose "and", "or", and "not" logic. This would allow for more curated views, improving the end-user experience.

  6. It would be great for users to be able to customise their view to make Monday the first day of the working week by default (and or the option to hide weekends from the calendar). This would help to avoid accidentally scheduling work on Sundays.

  8. We use many workflow templates in the CMP. It would be very helpful to be able to edit the number of days assigned to a step on the fly in the task workflow, rather than the number of days strictly locked to the templated workflow.

  10. A member of our team has left the business. It would be good if we could replace that User profile in the CMP with a new user who is replacing that role, rather than manually changing every step in all the workflows that relate to that User.

  11. We would like to add labels to the bars in timeline view similar to how Microsoft Projects does it. The labels would include owners or the title of the campaign/task. This would help the team see a quick overview of what everyone is working on without having to scroll all the time. Attached is an example from Microsoft Project.

  12. We often build folders for specific regions, verticals, etc. and it would be nice to allow a single asset to be in multiple folders at once. Additionally, it would be great if we could push them to those folders from within the task!

We'd like the ability to rename things like campaigns -> programs, tasks -> projects, etc. We spend a lot of time teaching new users to "decode" the platform language, and it makes it harder to drive adoption. Renaming these objecsts to use our internal language would make things a lot easier.

  14. We'd like to be able to take the external URL content that we work on in Tasks and add it to the library to then be used in our sales portals. For example, sometimes I want to include a website that we have a partnership with but don't build ourselves, or a link to a video uploaded on a video platform.

  15. Sometimes the content we create isn't an entire page, but just a block of content that is consumed later by our content team. Examples include promotional content, banners, and content for lead generation.
    We'd like to be able to create a block similar to how we create a page today, schedule the publishing of the block, and use it later on a page. If we select an existing block, we need to be able to publish the block and have it updated on all pages it was previously included on.

  16. We would like to choose a thumbnail for a video file so that we can ensure we always have a quality image to represent the file. This is crucial if we plan to share our collections with prospects (we have to protect our brand image, but important even for internal users (as thumbnails help users find what they're looking for faster.

  17. When a request is approved and a task is created from the request, we want to keep the original requester informed of the process. While they can view the task via "related activities" in the request, it would be great if they were also added as a watcher so that they can get task notifications as we go along. We would like to see this for all user roles, including guests.

  18. It would be extremely helpful to be able to turn off the time function for start and due dates, or at least to be able to default start times to the beginning of the day and default end times to the end of the day (when creating a task/applying a workflow).

  19. I get A LOT of notifications, and I do want to hear about everything in them, but it would be great if I could get a roll-up instead. Once a day would be ideal, maybe first thing in the morning.
    And even for the time-sensitive notifications (like @mentions, batching them if several come in succession would be great. Maybe hold them for an hour?
