Read only taxonomy field
We need to, via API, create a bespoke unique identifier for each newly created asset and store that in the taxonomy. Once entered in the taxonomy the value should not be editable. This ensures that published assets, especially printed ones, can always be identified by this field.

Plan: Filtering by Campaigns
In Plan View, Filter, Campaigns - Select Campaigns.
Don't have the option to search by the Campaign number like you can everywhere else in the platform. Others experiencing this issue also.5 votes -
“Reply” button is only displayed on the base comment and not on subsequent replies
The threaded commenting feature for multi-step workflows (as well as Work Requests) shows replies under the “Comments” tab in “Oldest → Newest” order.
When viewing comments from the “Workflow” tab, the same “Oldest → Newest” order is applied.
Currently, it appears that the “Reply” button is only displayed on the base comment and not on subsequent replies (in both the cases that you highlighted). This is currently expected behavior with the current design of the platform.3 votes -
Happy Face Emoji Missing Task Comment
In the task section, when another user comments, you can respond on the bottom of their comment with an emoji. The icon is a happy face, but when you click the icon there is no happy face. The happy face emoji is a staple of my daily operations. It is missed.

Allow more field types to be used for filtering
Allow "Date" type fields to be searchable in the left-hand filter - not just labels, dropdowns, etc.

Show/Hide logic for Work Request forms
We would like the ability to show or hide different fields in a Work Request form based on a user selected drop down.
For example, if a user selects Website Update from the Request Type dropdown, only fields in section Website Update would display and all others would be hidden.
In current state, you can choose to jump to a certain section, but other sections remain visible so the jump logic doesn't provide much value as users still have to scroll past irrelevant sections of the form to submit it. I did confirm with one of the IT engineers there…17 votes -

I'm looking for a way to upload a image to DAM when in CMS and selecting a image with the asset picker.

Recurring Tasks
We would like the ability to create recurring tasks, as we have a variety of work types that happen on a set cadence. For example - a blog post every Friday, quarterly reports, and yearly analyst reviews. Currently, we have to copy an existing task for every occurrence. Being able to set up recurring tasks would take the admin work out of it and also ensure we don't miss an occurance!

Product Feedback: Cross-Instance Reports and Saved Reports
Description: Requesting that we have the ability to report across instances and also save report configurations. Presently, the reports themselves are ok, but could be better, and are very limited in terms of configuring or saving pre-set templates.

Image Meta Data
During the development of our site, we have had some back and forth regarding images from the CMP (Welcome DAM. In modern web development, all images must have an Alt Text and explicit width and height in the markup:

We have had to jump through several hoops to even get close to this. Instead, this should be the default behavior.4 votes -
View Field Usage
Sometimes, when I make edits to fields or want to remove them, I would need to adjust logic on templates, routing rules, etc. It would be great if we could have a column in the fields area that would note where the field is in use across templates, workflows, and routing rules so we could adjust those settings more easily vs just having to blindly click into all areas we think it might be to make updates
