Group mailbox notification settings
We use team mailboxes (eg social media, web team, event team...) as users in CMP so we can assign Tasks or Requests to these shared mailboxes. These then receive the email notifications from CMP and it´s easier for our teams to stay on top of tons of the notifications in one inbox accessed by the whole team, than notifications sent to each member of a Team in CMP - so e.g. 10 people receive the same notification and when someone reads the email, the others might not be aware it has been already responded.
This works well for us, but some teams would need to adjust notification settings for these team mailbox accounts in CMP so they are not bombarded with too many updates, in particular on the Work Requests. This is unfortunately not possible at the moment, since all users access CMP with their individual SSO and cannot login with the team mailbox email address. Hence, we would appreciate that this is addressed so the teams receiving tons of notifications can manage what they would like to see. I believe the shared mailboxes are commonly used in CMP and would be relevant also for other clients. At last, if there is any other solution to our challenge, I am happy to learn more.
