  1. Filtering workflow 'steps' on an efficiency dashboard so we can omit certain workflow steps from the efficiency dashboard chart.

    For example, if I set up a 'step bottlenecks' chart, it would be great to be able to filter by Step (is, not, is one of, is not one of). There are certain steps when spread out among many assignees, they start to clutter the chart.

  2. When using the ‘assignee’ filter, it would be nice if we could filter by team entities as well as individual users.

    As an example, a lot of our steps are automatically assigned to the ‘Web Team’. This works by anyone in that team completing the step when free. As a result, this means they do not get pulled through into this data, as the team is assigned to the step and not the user.

    Ideally, if filtering a team with 'assignee', it would be great if that pulled through the data of everyone in that team's completed steps and/or grouped…

  3. The date format has been changed from DD/MM/YYYY to September 19, 2025, which once again means the dates can’t be arranged oldest to newest in Excel and can only be sorted A-Z which isn’t what’s needed by the client.

When creating a TASK from a WRQ which has Attachments, these are NOT pulled over to the Task´s Attachments which seems counterintuitive as the Creative Assets are pulled over from WRQ (Creative Assets) into the Task´s Content tab. This means extra manual work for users who are annoyed why this is not working if it works for Creative Assets field (but not all files for a WRQ are necessarily creative assets). Would be great to see it harmonised. Thanks so much

    Issue:
    There appears to be a significant amount of padding between fields and text. Oftentimes, we need to use the text option to explain a field because there is a character limit on help text. So we're using the text feature to explain what ought to be in help text.

  9. Add logic to fields in workflows/task forms: A way to have the dropdown options trigger a sub-dropdown list with items that are only applicable to the item selected in the first dropdown.

    This functionality already exists in Work Requests.

    For example, we need to know if your dog barks at night, but only if you chose dog in the "Do you have a dog or cat?" field. Cat owners shouldn't have to respond to the question about barking since it's not relevant.

    Issue:
    In Work Request, if there are ANY fields in the form that are required, then everyone has to fill out that field (even if they would've skipped that field due to logic authored in a previous field.) We need a way to make only certain fields required for certain responders so that we segregate who has to answer certain questions.

    Expected Outcome:
    When authoring a work request, and logic is applied to certain fields, only those who logically land on that field should be required to fill it out.

    Issue:
    In dropdowns, we'd like to be able to maintain the ordered list of items as they've been authored. Currently, no matter which order you author the content in a dropdown, it will be re-ordered so that the items in the dropdown list are in alphabetical order.

    Teams have been trying different things to get around this, as you can imagine they have a particular order they'd like to see their items, and for good reason. Having a list of 20 items (and then "N/A" showing up in the middle of the list instead of at the bottom…

  13. We started to use Work Requests for managing intake of the marketing requests. The standard field "Deliverable Due Date" is obviously the essential one on all forms.

    Issue:
    Due Dates often change during the delivery but this is not possible to change in the Requests so many times they get overview. Why not to have the WRQ fields editable?

  14. We would like the ability to set out-of-office, PTO, holidays, and company-wide meetings in the platform. This would be used any time someone is unavailable for task assignment, @mentioning, etc. We would like to block assignment of work and/or send an alert to the person trying to assign work if someone is on vacation, doesn't work certain days (part-time, it's a company holiday, etc.

    We are looking into future updates for business calendar to support multiple regions, etc. There is no specific timeline for the update.

    You can currently set PTO/OOO at the user level. A user can go into their profiles and set PTO/OOO and that would reflect when someone is trying to assign them a step in a task.
