Lock Expiry Date Field in Pod Workflows Post-Review
We need to ensure expiry dates in Pod workflows remain accurate and compliant by preventing unauthorised edits after review. Currently, users can change the expiry date field even after it has been reviewed, which risks compliance issues and undermines governance efforts.
Please implement a lock on the expiry date field once a designated reviewer (e.g. Marketing Compliance) has completed their step in the workflow. This will:
- Prevent accidental or unauthorised changes
- Reduce manual monitoring
- Support consistent asset governance
If full lockdown isn’t feasible, a conditional lock or warning prompt would be a helpful interim solution.

Spike Smart Duration + Sequential Due Date Issue with Due Dates going to the past or going out of order
When a user completes a step on a Task made using a template, the Step Due Date is updating to a past date. This is causing the cascading update to Smart Duration. The original issue was thought to be that the Smart Duration is working as expected. But its really the first date being on a wrong date that is causing the whole problem. On the screenshot attached, notice how an action taken on June 12 is making the Due Date shift to June 9th automatically. Which should not happen.

Tab/Section For Final Campaign Results
We need to configure a centralized Post-Campaign Results section within our campaign workflows to standardize how we report on performance. More specifically, we require custom fields or a dedicated analytical format that allows team members to input final data points such as overall social engagement metrics, webinar attendee/conversion stats, paid digital performance, and total leads generated. The goal is to move away from spreadsheets and move into Optimizely to ensure that every completed campaign has a structured, searchable record of its impact directly within the platform for future benchmarking.

We would like the ability to adjust the number of days assigned to a task step in the workflow rather than just through a template
We use many workflow templates in the CMP. It would be very helpful to be able to edit the number of days assigned to a step on the fly in the task workflow, rather than the number of days strictly locked to the templated workflow.

Need ability to see calendar view of projects based on specific step in workflow
As a Creative Director and Project Manager, I need the ability to see all of my organization's upcoming projects based on a single universal workflow step from a task before that step is being worked on. This will help me get an editorial calendar-like view of all of the work that is going out in a given time period based on something like an in-home date for a print campaign, an in-inbox date for an email campaign, etc.

Allow cache-control headers to CDN for DAM assets
Currently you are unable to add cache control headers to assets served from the DAM's CDN.
We would like a DAM admin the ability configure response headers for their org and/or adding a special query param to the asset url to request the CDN to add the cache-control response headers.

Enable editing of key fields directly within the Plan module, including fields such as Depends On, Status, and Cur
Currently, these fields cannot be edited inline and require opening each individual item. This slows down workflow management and makes bulk updates or quick adjustments inefficient. Allowing inline editing would improve usability, speed up resourcing and timeline changes, and reduce administrative effort when managing multiple tasks.

DAM Search by DATE
To improve the user experience and DAM functionality, the requirement to search for an asset in the DAM based on "upload date" or "last modified" is necessary.
As an example, we have 50,000+ assets tagged similarly (200+ automatically uploaded daily, and it is very difficult (and time consuming to find assets from previous months.11 votes -
Add Asset to Multiple Folders
We often build folders for specific regions, verticals, etc. and it would be nice to allow a single asset to be in multiple folders at once. Additionally, it would be great if we could push them to those folders from within the task!

Make it possible to save different pieces of content in the same task to unique DAM locations.
We often add design elements to a task that will result in a new piece of content being created. The design elements should be located in a separate folder in the DAM from the finished asset. For example, two headshots will be added to a final graphic. The headshots have a unique location in the DAM, and the final graphic has a unique location. Ability to turn off time function for start and due dates
It would be extremely helpful to be able to turn off the time function for start and due dates, or at least to be able to default start times to the beginning of the day and default end times to the end of the day (when creating a task/applying a workflow).

Many users who are not admins need to have the ability to generate reports. Can there be a new seat permission level created to allow for this?

Once a workflow is created and an existing asset has been added allowing that asset to retain it's meta data instead of replacing it.
At the moment if an existing asset is added to a task where a workflow is already added the fields within that existing asset are blanked and whatever is in the task fields are used. This is regardless of if you toggle not to inherit fields from the task.
We'd like to be able to keep the metadata in the fields of an existing asset and for it to be used at task level when added.

Requirement to select more than 100 assets at a time in the DAM
