Request to Add More Columns to User List in Opti ID Admin Center
We’d like to request enhanced visibility in the Opti ID Admin Center user list. Currently, to see an individual’s roles and permissions, you must drill down into each user’s entitlements. It would be much more efficient to have additional columns at the organizational level—showing group access and role access —directly in the user list. This improvement would streamline user management and make it easier to understand permissions across the organization at a glance.

Display company name in the usage and overage email notification
Email uses the account ID and not the company name which is what I am familiar in using

When signing into OptiID, it would be much faster (and safer) to use Passkeys where possible. We should offer the option to sign in password-less with passkeys

Customers would like the ability to edit dashboards (editing beyond selecting items from filters) to get the most out of Optimizely Reporting.

Graph Search Management developer instance json
As a developer, when I go to the Graph Search Management page for an instance, I can create a developer instance. It shows the keys in a dialog. That dialog should have a field that displays the keys in a way that I can easily copy/paste into a PaaS CMS configuration file.

Ability to allocate OPAL credits per user group
We work with a cluster organisation where multiple user groups manage different country websites within the same CMS environment.
Currently, OPAL credits are shared across the entire organisation. We would like the ability to allocate a specific number of OPAL credits to individual user groups and manage separate credit limits for each group.
This would allow us to:
Control OPAL usage per country or regional team.
Ensure fair distribution of credits across user groups.
Prevent one group from consuming the entire credit allocation.
Better manage budgets and usage within a cluster setup.Example

Admin centre should have a recycle bin that allows you to restore deleted users within a fixed period.
A recycle bin feature in the admin centre would allow any users deleted in error to be reinstated.

De-dupe reporting when user assigned multiple roles
Many users are added to multiple groups, and as a result appear as duplicates in mutliple reports leading to inaccurate tallies. For example: 1) It would be great if for example a user assigned to a system role (admin) and a group (also admin) could be de-duped. 2) it would be great if users who are assigned to collaborator and creator roles/groups etc could only appear once in the highest seat tier for contractual reporting purposes.

Graph
When indexing content with Graph, sometime a null reference is thrown when e.g. a link to a non existing block is there. This will cause the "containing" content not to be indexed at all. Not failing the complete indexing of a content item when a reference to non existing content is on that item would be a good thing

Audience Size Estimates for Unified Audiences (FX)
When configuring Unified Audiences within Optimizely Feature Experimentation, we currently lack immediate visibility into the estimated audience size before an experiment goes live.
Currently, this creates a workflow bottleneck for non-technical users. Experimenters are often forced to rely on technical team members to manually "rebuild" or cross-reference the same audience logic within the Profile tab or ODP just to obtain a preliminary size estimate. Enable and disable SSO login for specific users
After enabling SSO login for Admin and Website users, users are able to login using both normal username and password based login, and SSO login. How to disable normal username and password based login for SSO users ? So that they can only use SSO for login to Optimizely Admin site and Website.

PIM - Save Product Layout (columns) with Collection or Save View
I constantly have to adjust my columns in Product View, mostly based on the category I am looking at to see/download the attributes. It would be extremely helpful if the Collection saved the columns so we didn't have to adjust all the time. Or allow us to save the column layout somehow so we can easily select.

Add Hyperlinks to Experiment Names in Opti ID MAU Dashboard
In the Opti ID > Usage & Billing > MAU Breakdown Dashboard, the “Experiment Name” column currently displays plain text for each experiment. While this provides identification, users must manually search for the experiment within the relevant Optimizely project to view or edit its details. This extra step slows down workflows, especially for customers or internal teams who need to investigate experiment configuration, performance, or attribution quickly.

Can comments box in support portal be moved to top of page?
When updating a ticket on https://support.optimizely.com/ the comments box is always at bottom of page. When there are lots of replies to an issue, you are constantly moving up and down the page when creating replies. Could the comments box be moved to top, or at least make it a user option, so it can sit at the top of the page, above the latest comment to the ticket?

Auto redirect on login
On migration to Opti ID, users should be automatically redirected to login.optimizely.com rather than needing to click a link "Login with Opti ID."
