    We are looking to create a role for an admin Centre through an admin Centre UI.
    This is because there are only 3 roles available for admin centre at this instant and those are -

    1. Billings Admin - Control billing section
    2. Settings Admin - Control settings section
    3. Super Admin - Can control everything inside Admin Centre

    We are looking to create a new role for Admin Centre which has few more permissions than Billing and Settings Admin and a bit less permissions that Super Admin.

  2. I am an organization admin managing a 3-digit number of instances across my whole org. To make sure I switch to the correct instance I need to search by the unique and non-changeable instanceId instead of the instance name for my product Campaign.
    I would also like to see the unique instanceId in the overview in OptiId admin interface.

  3. When using the product switcher, please allow for opening in a new window/link. Being able to open other apps in new tabs from this dropdown would be a nice quality of life improvement.

    This include, shift+click and right clicking and selecting open in new tab/window

    Use Case:

    Use case is I might be on experimentation web, then want to open OA and Opal at the same time.

    In the current state I have to open up random new tabs using links in the product instead of just opening from the dropdown.

    If I forget and try to open new tab…

  4. Currently the 'App Settings' UI in the PAAS Portal supports only string values.

    If I want to set a boolean field, I can't. If I add a value here it will be interpreted as a string.

    e.g.

    {
    "ServiceEnabled": true
    }

    If I want to 'disable' this from the AppSettings, I can't, because if I set the value to 'false' it effectively does this:

    {
    "ServiceEnabled" : "false"
    }

    i.e. it adds the value as a string.

    Note, the same issue exists for numeric fields.

    The current work-around (hack) is to create all booleans and numeric app settings as string…

Currently customer teams are submitting lots of duplicate tickets or constantly chasing Optimizely account team for updates on tickets - it would be great for customer admins to be able to see a full view of open and recent tickets, last updates etc so that they can chase updates directly from a central location

  11. While we can block the "move" functionality when users save a version of a file, the user has to move the location separately in the DAM as two versions of the same file cannot live in two different locations at the same time.

    It would be great if the user did not have to manually move the asset after saving it.

  12. Customer may have security requirements to refresh their token periodically. Currently, there is not an API available to refresh the token. There are manual methods revoke and create in portal, but this is prone to error and if you have lots of tokens then this is manually time consuming.

  14. I'm a Admin for Opti products now supported by OptiID login.

    It would be useful if https://support.optimizely.com/ could be integrated into OptiID, so no need for separate credentials. Possibly this also allows admins to manage or have visibility for our users access to support portal (i.e as part of our our leavers/movers/joiners processes)

  15. Allow us to drop .webp images directly on a product. It now errors, saying it is an invalid file format. I can drop .webp images in assets folders without an issue, I should be able to drop them on a product page for images.

  16. We’d like to request enhanced visibility in the Opti ID Admin Center user list. Currently, to see an individual’s roles and permissions, you must drill down into each user’s entitlements. It would be much more efficient to have additional columns at the organizational level—showing group access and role access —directly in the user list. This improvement would streamline user management and make it easier to understand permissions across the organization at a glance.

  17. When user has blocked his account (too many incorrect password tries), during the logging in the notification just states: "you cannot log in". It would be easier to detect problem, if there is a notification: "your account is blocked, please contact your local admin".

  18. Admin Center is below standards for usability and efficiency lacking a stack of features:
    - can't mass add users to groups and remove individual permissions
    - can't query all users and select to move the resulted users to a an existing group or create new one
    - can't filter users by their permissions level or product/ project
    - can't filter, search or sort users in the Invitations tab - absolutely useless

  19. This request is from Bunzl. Bunzl had an incident where their Configured Commerce Opti ID was enabled without permission to do so. This created an interuption with their ability to access the Admin Console on the production instance. 2 things are needed. We need to determine which user enable Opti ID and have the ability to disable the setting.
