  2. Feature Request: Graph Smooth Synchronization improvements

    Hi!

    We had a broken index in production.
    Graph Smooth Synchronization seems like a nice feature.

    Tested it in integration, when I had some issues there too, but issue wasn’t solved using this job.

    A reset and re-sync made it work again.

    That leaves us no reason to trust this job to fix a broken index, so, can you ensure the Graph Smooth Synchronization job is behaving like a complete Reset + Re-sync but with the nice feature you have, a slot testable and rollbackable feature?

  3. Create audit logging for enabling Opti ID with Configured Commerce and make the change reversible.

    This request is from Bunzl. Bunzl had an incident where their Configured Commerce Opti ID was enabled without permission to do so. This created an interuption with their ability to access the Admin Console on the production instance. 2 things are needed. We need to determine which user enable Opti ID and have the ability to disable the setting.

  4. Can https://support.optimizely.com/ be integrated into OptiID, so no need for separate credentials.

    I'm a Admin for Opti products now supported by OptiID login.

    It would be useful if https://support.optimizely.com/ could be integrated into OptiID, so no need for separate credentials. Possibly this also allows admins to manage or have visibility for our users access to support portal (i.e as part of our our leavers/movers/joiners processes)

  5. Content Graph: Associate Linked Documents with Web Pages in Search Results

    When a user adds a link to a document from the media library on a web page, we want the search functionality to return the web page where the document is referenced, rather than displaying the document itself as a standalone search result.

    The goal is to ensure that users searching for relevant documents or files are guided directly to the context in which the file is used, providing more meaningful results and a better user experience. This is particularly important when documents are supplemental to page content and should not appear independently in search listings.

  6. OPTI ID - Enforce MFA When Switching Orgs

    I have access to multiple orgs when logging-in to Opti ID.

    My home org does not enforce MFA. However, some of the other orgs I am a member of do require MFA.

    If I login to Opti ID I can access Opti products for orgs that require MFA without passing MFA. This should not be possible.

    If I have not passed the MFA and I switch to an org that enforces it, I should be forced to enter an MFA code. Alternatively, if I am a member of any org that enforces MFA, I should be forced to enter an…

  7. PAAS Portal - Granular Access to Database Downloads

    We would like to restrict access to downloading the production database from the PAAS portal.

    Currently, anyone with access to the PAAS portal can download a copy of the production database. This represents a risk of PII exposer.

    We need to grant access to the PAAS portal to various users to assist in tasks such as deployments and troubleshooting... but not all of these users should have access to the production database.

    Ideally, users of the PAAS portal could download copies of the Preproduction and Integration databases but not production. This would allow us to configure the Preproduction and Integration…

  8. Ability to rename PaaS Instances to align with customer use cases

    Currently when Applications are provisioned, the application name is auto generated and not changeable. This makes it hard in the long term to align support tickets which align to a specific customer site/application, which delays support and contributes to errors. Creating the ability for these names to be changed will improve support and reduce confusion.

  9. Manage users who do not log in

    Customer would like to manage users in the platform, to remove users who have not logged in in 90 days or 180 days.
    Currently I have to generate a custom report each time, but self-serve would really improve this part of the relationship.

  10. Updated notification on the user's blocked account

    When user has blocked his account (too many incorrect password tries), during the logging in the notification just states: "you cannot log in". It would be easier to detect problem, if there is a notification: "your account is blocked, please contact your local admin".

  11. Admin Center unusable, broken and a dead product

    Admin Center is below standards for usability and efficiency lacking a stack of features:
    - can't mass add users to groups and remove individual permissions
    - can't query all users and select to move the resulted users to a an existing group or create new one
    - can't filter users by their permissions level or product/ project
    - can't filter, search or sort users in the Invitations tab - absolutely useless
    - can't edit product access in a user group if product has already been selected. Example: if some projects from Experimentation have been selected for a group and want…

    On migration to Opti ID, users should be automatically redirected to login.optimizely.com rather than needing to click a link "Login with Opti ID."

    In Opti ID, in the Admin Center, for each section: Users, Product Access, Group Access and Roles, each list should default to being sorted alphabetically. Additionally, we should have the ability to change the sort.

  17. Capture total count of comments on a campaign - for easy filtering

    Sometimes its useful to filter campaigns by the volume of comments on a campaign - these are generally the ones we like to discuss, so if its possible for a total count of comments associated to be displayed (and the ability to filter) would be helpful.

  18. PAAS portal - option to also display time in local timezone not just UTC

    as a PaaS portal user managing CMS deployments, I want to be able to understand time relative to local time in addition to UTC, so that I don't have to do the offset my self or search it up.
