Ability for admins to see a full list of open zendesk support tickets
It would be really helpful for admins to be able to see an organisation wide view of open support tickets, ideally filterable by user, product, status, and sortable by date submitted and date last modified.

Admin Center unusable, broken and a dead product
Admin Center is below standards for usability and efficiency lacking a stack of features:
- can't mass add users to groups and remove individual permissions
- can't query all users and select to move the resulted users to a an existing group or create new one
- can't filter users by their permissions level or product/ project
- can't filter, search or sort users in the Invitations tab - absolutely useless
- can't edit product access in a user group if product has already been selected. Example: if some projects from Experimentation have been selected for a group and want…3 votes -
Display company name in the usage and overage email notification
Email uses the account ID and not the company name which is what I am familiar in using
