Create a role in Admin centre
Hello Team,
We are looking to create a role for an admin Centre through an admin Centre UI.
This is because there are only 3 roles available for admin centre at this instant and those are -- Billings Admin - Control billing section
- Settings Admin - Control settings section
- Super Admin - Can control everything inside Admin Centre
We are looking to create a new role for Admin Centre which has few more permissions than Billing and Settings Admin and a bit less permissions that Super Admin.

Currently I do not see a way to be able to export a list of users, per product/role/access level within the admin center. Are we able to add this as functionality?
3 votesHello! We do have this on our roadmap to be able to export a list of users with access details, as well as the ability to bulk upload new users with their access. Right now, the only place in Admin Center to export a list of users is from the Usage & Billing tab using the 3-dot menu from the Opti ID User Activity Log which will export all users and their last login data.

Show credit consumption by group
I'd like to see credit consumption by Group created in Admin Center so I can bill other teams for their Opal usage

Admin Center unusable, broken and a dead product
Admin Center is below standards for usability and efficiency lacking a stack of features:
- can't mass add users to groups and remove individual permissions
- can't query all users and select to move the resulted users to a an existing group or create new one
- can't filter users by their permissions level or product/ project
- can't filter, search or sort users in the Invitations tab - absolutely useless
- can't edit product access in a user group if product has already been selected. Example: if some projects from Experimentation have been selected for a group and want…7 votes -
Display company name in the usage and overage email notification
Email uses the account ID and not the company name which is what I am familiar in using

Text messaging alerts
When a customer is having platform issues at their site(s, our Incident Management team gets an automated ticket that also get sent to the customer's alert contact list.
However, many users need to actively update their email inboxes to be able to see this email. One of our customers came up with the idea that there's also a need to send out an SMS when an alert is sent out, as it's easier to be notified as it pops up in your notifications unlike email does.32 votes
