Admin Center unusable, broken and a dead product
Admin Center is below standards for usability and efficiency lacking a stack of features:
- can't mass add users to groups and remove individual permissions
- can't query all users and select to move the resulted users to a an existing group or create new one
- can't filter users by their permissions level or product/ project
- can't filter, search or sort users in the Invitations tab - absolutely useless
- can't edit product access in a user group if product has already been selected. Example: if some projects from Experimentation have been selected for a group and want to add more or remove some, I can't. Experimentation is not selectable if I want to add. Have to remove all current, save, go back and edit, select new ones.
- Can't search/filter for a permission level when editing groups
- Can't sort users
- Can't search users by product nor permission level
- Can't send comms to users in groups/ all users or any users at all
All in all, the new experience introduced last year is appalling and the product is not really been worked on or improved at all since. Disappointing!

The admin center is unusable. I cannot audit my users. I cannot see the connects between users and product access, group access, or roles. Can't filter, sort, organize, or export anything to get a view into what's happening.
I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated in the admin center. We had a lot of this basic functionality in the legacy system before migrating to Opti ID and feel we've moved backwards instead of forwards. The admin center needs to be more usable or it will severely impact our ability to use the system overall.
