Ability for customers to see all open/recent support tickets across their organisation
Currently customer teams are submitting lots of duplicate tickets or constantly chasing Optimizely account team for updates on tickets - it would be great for customer admins to be able to see a full view of open and recent tickets, last updates etc so that they can chase updates directly from a central location

API to reset token
Customer may have security requirements to refresh their token periodically. Currently, there is not an API available to refresh the token. There are manual methods revoke and create in portal, but this is prone to error and if you have lots of tokens then this is manually time consuming.

Can https://support.optimizely.com/ be integrated into OptiID, so no need for separate credentials.
I'm a Admin for Opti products now supported by OptiID login.
It would be useful if https://support.optimizely.com/ could be integrated into OptiID, so no need for separate credentials. Possibly this also allows admins to manage or have visibility for our users access to support portal (i.e as part of our our leavers/movers/joiners processes)

Request to Add More Columns to User List in Opti ID Admin Center
We’d like to request enhanced visibility in the Opti ID Admin Center user list. Currently, to see an individual’s roles and permissions, you must drill down into each user’s entitlements. It would be much more efficient to have additional columns at the organizational level—showing group access and role access —directly in the user list. This improvement would streamline user management and make it easier to understand permissions across the organization at a glance.

Updated notification on the user's blocked account
When user has blocked his account (too many incorrect password tries), during the logging in the notification just states: "you cannot log in". It would be easier to detect problem, if there is a notification: "your account is blocked, please contact your local admin".

Create audit logging for enabling Opti ID with Configured Commerce and make the change reversible.
This request is from Bunzl. Bunzl had an incident where their Configured Commerce Opti ID was enabled without permission to do so. This created an interuption with their ability to access the Admin Console on the production instance. 2 things are needed. We need to determine which user enable Opti ID and have the ability to disable the setting.

Manage users who do not log in
Customer would like to manage users in the platform, to remove users who have not logged in in 90 days or 180 days.
Currently I have to generate a custom report each time, but self-serve would really improve this part of the relationship.4 votes -
Passkeys
When signing into OptiID, it would be much faster (and safer) to use Passkeys where possible. We should offer the option to sign in password-less with passkeys

Opti ID List Sorting
In Opti ID, in the Admin Center, for each section: Users, Product Access, Group Access and Roles, each list should default to being sorted alphabetically. Additionally, we should have the ability to change the sort.

Add Hyperlinks to Experiment Names in Opti ID MAU Dashboard
In the Opti ID > Usage & Billing > MAU Breakdown Dashboard, the “Experiment Name” column currently displays plain text for each experiment. While this provides identification, users must manually search for the experiment within the relevant Optimizely project to view or edit its details. This extra step slows down workflows, especially for customers or internal teams who need to investigate experiment configuration, performance, or attribution quickly.
Solution: Enhance the “Experiment Name” field in the Opti ID MAU dashboard to display each experiment name as a clickable hyperlink. The link should point directly to the experiment’s details page. The link…

Auto redirect on login
On migration to Opti ID, users should be automatically redirected to login.optimizely.com rather than needing to click a link "Login with Opti ID."

Bearer Token via API

Increase timeout and/or fix remember me
When logging into home.optimizely.com using Opti ID, it times out very quickly. It's not long enough to do/monitor anything. Please increase the timeout.
Additionally, the "remember me" doesn't seem to work, I still get logged out in like 20 minutes or so.4 votes -
Allow custom local hostnames for Opti ID CMS integration
Currently, in order to test Opti ID integration with Optimizely CMS in a local development environment, you must use https://localhost:5000 as the host URL. Custom hostnames are not allowed, and you will get an error message back from Opti ID if you try to use a custom URL.
For local development, we often set our sites up in IIS using the hostname format "sitename.local". However, when using Opti ID, we are stuck with using localhost:5000. If we were to have multiple sites using Opti ID, this could cause conflicts, since every site would need to use localhost:5000.
