API to reset token
Customer may have security requirements to refresh their token periodically. Currently, there is not an API available to refresh the token. There are manual methods revoke and create in portal, but this is prone to error and if you have lots of tokens then this is manually time consuming.

Content Graph: Associate Linked Documents with Web Pages in Search Results
When a user adds a link to a document from the media library on a web page, we want the search functionality to return the web page where the document is referenced, rather than displaying the document itself as a standalone search result.
The goal is to ensure that users searching for relevant documents or files are guided directly to the context in which the file is used, providing more meaningful results and a better user experience. This is particularly important when documents are supplemental to page content and should not appear independently in search listings.

PAAS Portal - Granular Access to Database Downloads
We would like to restrict access to downloading the production database from the PAAS portal.
Currently, anyone with access to the PAAS portal can download a copy of the production database. This represents a risk of PII exposer.
We need to grant access to the PAAS portal to various users to assist in tasks such as deployments and troubleshooting... but not all of these users should have access to the production database.

Opti ID List Sorting
In Opti ID, in the Admin Center, for each section: Users, Product Access, Group Access and Roles, each list should default to being sorted alphabetically. Additionally, we should have the ability to change the sort.

Create audit logging for enabling Opti ID with Configured Commerce and make the change reversible.
This request is from Bunzl. Bunzl had an incident where their Configured Commerce Opti ID was enabled without permission to do so. This created an interuption with their ability to access the Admin Console on the production instance. 2 things are needed. We need to determine which user enable Opti ID and have the ability to disable the setting.

OPTI ID - Enforce MFA When Switching Orgs
I have access to multiple orgs when logging-in to Opti ID.
My home org does not enforce MFA. However, some of the other orgs I am a member of do require MFA.
If I login to Opti ID I can access Opti products for orgs that require MFA without passing MFA. This should not be possible.
If I have not passed the MFA and I switch to an org that enforces it, I should be forced to enter an MFA code. Alternatively, if I am a member of any org that enforces MFA, I should be forced to enter an…

CMP Admin Centre Seat Reporting shows duplication
We constantly appear to sit above our licensed seat allocation in the system as one user can play multiple roles across teams and groups. Can reporting be deduped so we can easily see if we're over or under our seat allocation?

Pipeing logs
Currently, to view Opti ID activity logs, it is only through the Opti Admin console. We have to go into the Opti Admin console on a regular cadence and download the logs and upload the logs into our data lake. We want an automated way to pipe the Opti ID activity logs into a different data lake, where we can write alerts, control the data retention policy or have the ability to correlate events. Ability to Filter Users by Role in Opti ID Admin Center
Currently, we can view users and roles in the Opti ID Admin Center, but there is no way to filter users by specific roles. We would like a feature that allows us to see which users are assigned to each role for easier reporting and access management.

Please remove the chat widget from optimizely sites
On Optimizely websites, can you please allow me to permanently dismiss the chatbot widget? This is very disruptive when I want to just accomplish a task. It's also frequently in the way and over-top of areas I'm trying to interact with.

"Download Data" In seat reporting should export user list
When downloading data from the seat tiles, I want to see the the list of all users who have that seat role type, not just the seat tally.

Change Guest Seat colour to black
As guest seats are usually unlimited, can the seat colour not be red - this causes a small concern when we check our numbers as it appears we are overconsuming. If the font colour for this tile in Admin centre can be black, that would be better, please.

New UI
The recent changes to the site's logo and font colors have made the content much harder to read. The current color choices are very harsh on the eyes and significantly reduce readability, especially during extended use.
Please consider restoring the previous default font colors or, at a minimum, adding a Dark Mode option so users can choose a more comfortable viewing experience.
Thank you for considering this feedback. Improving contrast and offering a Dark Mode would make the site much more accessible and enjoyable to use.

Dark mode/theme option everywhere in Optimizely no matter the product
Enable dark mode/theme for ALL Optimizely products so that users can personalize their experience as some of us get extreme headaches from Light and Bright mode, causes extreme eye irritation and pain in my case. 2026-06-29132337.jpg is Light mode example; 2026-06-29132809.jpg is Dark mode example.

Enable MFA for specific environments

Automatically move asset after saving in DAM folder
While we can block the "move" functionality when users save a version of a file, the user has to move the location separately in the DAM as two versions of the same file cannot live in two different locations at the same time.
It would be great if the user did not have to manually move the asset after saving it.

PIM - Allow webp images to be dropped on Product page, like they can be in Asset folders
Allow us to drop .webp images directly on a product. It now errors, saying it is an invalid file format. I can drop .webp images in assets folders without an issue, I should be able to drop them on a product page for images.
