  1. In Opti ID, in the Admin Center, for each section: Users, Product Access, Group Access and Roles, each list should default to being sorted alphabetically. Additionally, we should have the ability to change the sort.

  3. After enabling SSO login for Admin and Website users, users are able to login using both normal username and password based login, and SSO login. How to disable normal username and password based login for SSO users ? So that they can only use SSO for login to Optimizely Admin site and Website.
    Can we add a flag "SSO User: Yes/No" to enable or disable users from login using normal UserName and Password ?

  4. PIM - Save Product Layout (columns) with Collection or Save View

    I constantly have to adjust my columns in Product View, mostly based on the category I am looking at to see/download the attributes. It would be extremely helpful if the Collection saved the columns so we didn't have to adjust all the time. Or allow us to save the column layout somehow so we can easily select.

  6. In the Opti ID > Usage & Billing > MAU Breakdown Dashboard, the “Experiment Name” column currently displays plain text for each experiment. While this provides identification, users must manually search for the experiment within the relevant Optimizely project to view or edit its details. This extra step slows down workflows, especially for customers or internal teams who need to investigate experiment configuration, performance, or attribution quickly.

    Solution: Enhance the “Experiment Name” field in the Opti ID MAU dashboard to display each experiment name as a clickable hyperlink. The link should point directly to the experiment’s details page. The link…

  7. When updating a ticket on https://support.optimizely.com/ the comments box is always at bottom of page. When there are lots of replies to an issue, you are constantly moving up and down the page when creating replies. Could the comments box be moved to top, or at least make it a user option, so it can sit at the top of the page, above the latest comment to the ticket?

  11. On migration to Opti ID, users should be automatically redirected to login.optimizely.com rather than needing to click a link "Login with Opti ID."

  12. Sometimes its useful to filter campaigns by the volume of comments on a campaign - these are generally the ones we like to discuss, so if its possible for a total count of comments associated to be displayed (and the ability to filter) would be helpful.

  13. as a PaaS portal user managing CMS deployments, I want to be able to understand time relative to local time in addition to UTC, so that I don't have to do the offset my self or search it up.
