  1. In Opti ID, in the Admin Center, for each section: Users, Product Access, Group Access and Roles, each list should default to being sorted alphabetically. Additionally, we should have the ability to change the sort.

  2. This request is from Bunzl. Bunzl had an incident where their Configured Commerce Opti ID was enabled without permission to do so. This created an interuption with their ability to access the Admin Console on the production instance. 2 things are needed. We need to determine which user enable Opti ID and have the ability to disable the setting.

  3. I have access to multiple orgs when logging-in to Opti ID.

    My home org does not enforce MFA. However, some of the other orgs I am a member of do require MFA.

    If I login to Opti ID I can access Opti products for orgs that require MFA without passing MFA. This should not be possible.

    If I have not passed the MFA and I switch to an org that enforces it, I should be forced to enter an MFA code. Alternatively, if I am a member of any org that enforces MFA, I should be forced to enter an…

  4. Hello, I'm part of the CoE team within my company that supports all things Opti. We recently had some provisioning errors on our side due to not knowing that Opti changed their SCIM schema. If there is a way to notify us whether that is through release notes or some other email subscription, it will be helpful for us to catch these errors sooner and make the needed adjustments on our end. This is in relation to Opti Support ticket #1842842

  8. While we can block the "move" functionality when users save a version of a file, the user has to move the location separately in the DAM as two versions of the same file cannot live in two different locations at the same time.

    It would be great if the user did not have to manually move the asset after saving it.

  9. Allow us to drop .webp images directly on a product. It now errors, saying it is an invalid file format. I can drop .webp images in assets folders without an issue, I should be able to drop them on a product page for images.

  10. We’d like to request enhanced visibility in the Opti ID Admin Center user list. Currently, to see an individual’s roles and permissions, you must drill down into each user’s entitlements. It would be much more efficient to have additional columns at the organizational level—showing group access and role access —directly in the user list. This improvement would streamline user management and make it easier to understand permissions across the organization at a glance.

  15. When configuring Unified Audiences within Optimizely Feature Experimentation, we currently lack immediate visibility into the estimated audience size before an experiment goes live.

    Currently, this creates a workflow bottleneck for non-technical users. Experimenters are often forced to rely on technical team members to manually "rebuild" or cross-reference the same audience logic within the Profile tab or ODP just to obtain a preliminary size estimate.   18. After enabling SSO login for Admin and Website users, users are able to login using both normal username and password based login, and SSO login. How to disable normal username and password based login for SSO users ? So that they can only use SSO for login to Optimizely Admin site and Website.
    Can we add a flag "SSO User: Yes/No" to enable or disable users from login using normal UserName and Password ?

  19. PIM - Save Product Layout (columns) with Collection or Save View

    I constantly have to adjust my columns in Product View, mostly based on the category I am looking at to see/download the attributes. It would be extremely helpful if the Collection saved the columns so we didn't have to adjust all the time. Or allow us to save the column layout somehow so we can easily select.
