Can comments box in support portal be moved to top of page?
When updating a ticket on https://support.optimizely.com/ the comments box is always at bottom of page. When there are lots of replies to an issue, you are constantly moving up and down the page when creating replies. Could the comments box be moved to top, or at least make it a user option, so it can sit at the top of the page, above the latest comment to the ticket?
