Improve search engine results please
We've received feedback that the search functionality in Plan feels quite limited and does not return expected results. For instance, searching for 'news article creation' brings up anything containing 'creation' rather than prioritising the full phrase. While using quotation marks improves accuracy, users don’t expect to rely on such techniques in modern web searches. Given the advanced AI capabilities within the CMP, the current search experience feels surprisingly restrictive. Most users expect intuitive search that works with natural language inputs.
Can you update me on whether this is on your roadmap please.

Hide/Arrange Archived Dropdown Values
A way to hide or rearrange archived (grayed out) values in label or dropdown fields so end users do not see them in the middle of the list when using work requests.

Business Calendar - Time Off
-Allow there to be a "Global" region in the Business Calendar
-Allow users to import calendar of time off regardless of whether "Region" is selected (e.g. for Global companies)
-In a workflow, automatically adjust SLAs based on when calendar is blocked (e.g. not allowing users to select a due date for when the calendar is blocked)4 votes -
Happy Face Emoji Missing Task Comment
In the task section, when another user comments, you can respond on the bottom of their comment with an emoji. The icon is a happy face, but when you click the icon there is no happy face. The happy face emoji is a staple of my daily operations. It is missed.

OOB asset fields in CMP workflow
OOB fields are unavailable to update content that has been uploaded to a task in the planning section of a campaign. Would like to be able to add/edit description, alt text and attribution on the asset.

DAM Filtering - Limit Results to a specific Folder
At this time, the filters search all assets, regardless of the folder they are in. Ciena would like the ability to filter within a specific folder

Toggle on/off for password protection or permissions on Collection public links to prevent the links being forwarded continually outside of intended recipients.

Approval By email
As a user I need to have the ability to approve workflow tasks assigned to me on Email, without logging into CMP.
Other workflow tools like Asana /ServiceNow let you do that.

Integration of Oracle HR system into Business Calendar/resource management module
It would be great if there was a way to integrate common HR systems into the business calendar functionality in CMP. The goal is to ensure visibility of planned time off when allocating work.

Brief only pulling over from work request when creating new task in a campaign not when linked to existing
A user received a work request for a campaign that already exists. They accepted the work request and linked it to the task that already exists within the campaign. Ideally, this would bring across the brief from the work request. However, it did not but we know that this works when you create a new task within an existing campaign. So can it also do this for existing tasks with a campaign?
Please see example campaign below.
Steps are:Go to Work request 239 which has a Brief in it and link that WRQ to Task-673.
Now go to tsk-673…

Adding Asset from Library - Labels
When adding Content to the Content tab from Library, the fields/labels on the asset uploaded should be brought over from library items automatically. Right now, this only happens when "creating a task" from a Library asset, but that is not how our current workflow operates. When the new labels come in, flag any conflicts with existing fields and ask to choose the correct tag.

Start week on Mondays as a setting (not default)
Feature request:
Hi, for European users I think a setting where we could start the week on Mondays would be preferable.Wherever there is a weekday picker we have to stop and think for a second.
I do not know every instance in the app where the week starts on Sunday. But I am referring to the calendar view under List under Plan.

Add Current step assignee in reports
Please add the Current step assignee in the reporting module apart from the task owner. This will be very helpful for reporting purposes to reflect the current assignee.

Column Width Expansion in Plan View
In plan view, when you have expanded a column to be able to view the column title, it would be great if it could stay that way in a saved view.

Attachments not taken from Work Request into Task
When creating a TASK from a WRQ which has Attachments, these are NOT pulled over to the Task´s Attachments which seems counterintuitive as the Creative Assets are pulled over from WRQ (Creative Assets) into the Task´s Content tab. This means extra manual work for users who are annoyed why this is not working if it works for Creative Assets field (but not all files for a WRQ are necessarily creative assets). Would be great to see it harmonised. Thanks so much
