Make it possible to save different pieces of content in the same task to unique DAM locations.
We often add design elements to a task that will result in a new piece of content being created. The design elements should be located in a separate folder in the DAM from the finished asset. Allow cache-control headers to CDN for DAM assets
Currently you are unable to add cache control headers to assets served from the DAM's CDN.
We would like a DAM admin the ability configure response headers for their org and/or adding a special query param to the asset url to request the CDN to add the cache-control response headers.

Add Scroll Bar to Top Across UI
A scroll bar at the top of all pages in the UI would be extremely helpful. We recently submitted a ticket, 1803945, because columns were hidden but it was not clearly noticeable. To view the restore button in the recycle bin, it required scrolling 5x to the bottom of the page, then scrolling right. An example for the DAM is when needing multiple columns to view metadata. Add a save drafts / auto-save feature
Add a save drafts / auto-save feature in the Request module and comment fields, so users don’t lose updates or notes if they can’t complete them in one go. Currently, auto-refreshes can cause comments to disappear, so this would prevent data loss.

Improve CMP Task Experience with asset Expiry Date & DAM Notification

Add Review Option to Submitted Work Requests
Currently, when a user submits a request, the only available actions are Accept or Decline. This creates a gap in the workflow because there is no way to indicate that a request has been accepted but is still being evaluated or queued for setup.
We need an additional status, such as “Review” or “In Review,” that can be applied after a request is submitted. This status should be visible to both internal users and the requestor, so the requestor understands that their submission is actively being reviewed and has not been ignored.

Name and ID
CMP Graph.
We need to combine CMP assets results with Episerver search items. However, due to an issue in the CMP result set, the filter Id and Name values are coming in separate arrays, and the values do not align correctly.
Currently, the facets response returns only the Name and Count fields. The Id field should also be included in the CMP facet filters response so that each facet value can be uniquely identified.

“Reply” button is only displayed on the base comment and not on subsequent replies
The threaded commenting feature for multi-step workflows (as well as Work Requests) shows replies under the “Comments” tab in “Oldest → Newest” order.
When viewing comments from the “Workflow” tab, the same “Oldest → Newest” order is applied.
Currently, it appears that the “Reply” button is only displayed on the base comment and not on subsequent replies (in both the cases that you highlighted). This is currently expected behavior with the current design of the platform.6 votes -
Request: Add AND/OR Logic to Routing Rules
Current Limitation:
Routing rules only support AND logic. This significantly restricts flexibility because complex conditions require multiple separate rules instead of being combined into one.
Impact:
Increases setup time and complexity.
Makes routing logic less efficient and harder to maintain.Proposed Enhancement:

Strip out HTML formatting in reports
When reports are generated from free format fields collected from Work Requests the text includes the HTML formatting code.
This is unnecessary and should be stripped out before the report is displayed to the user.1 vote -
Placement of helper text for fields in work request forms
The helper text for fields in a work request form should be possible to place also directly below the field name and not only after the input field. You want to read the instructions first and then choose your option. E.g. if you have a radio button field with many options to choose from, the helper text is shown after all the options and you might not see it.

Ability to associate assets a task to be inherited / assigned to loaded assets.
I want to assign related assets to the images and videos I upload. These assets are already in the Library, but they are important to be linked to the new files as they concern the legal agreements which relate to the usage of the images and videos.
Currently the Related Tab only includes Milestones, Tasks, Activities or Campaigns.

Improve search engine results please
We've received feedback that the search functionality in Plan feels quite limited and does not return expected results. For instance, searching for 'news article creation' brings up anything containing 'creation' rather than prioritising the full phrase. While using quotation marks improves accuracy, users don’t expect to rely on such techniques in modern web searches. Given the advanced AI capabilities within the CMP, the current search experience feels surprisingly restrictive. Most users expect intuitive search that works with natural language inputs.
Can you update me on whether this is on your roadmap please.

Disable expiry date notifications for archived assets
Whether at the organisation level or the asset level, there should be a way to disable notifications for asset expiry dates when the asset has been expired.

Ai tagging
When loading assets via a task, the ai tagging should be applied to those assets. Currently we need to click a button to apply ai tags to each asset individually.

Could request-specific fields be added to the dashboard creator?
For example, being able to group/pivot/filter:
- 'Template' - by work request template submitted
- 'Requestor' - by individual(s) submitting the WRQ

Work request
Please can you add functionality to make it possible to add a drop down list of all campaigns in the Work Request forms so that a requestor can select a campaign that their WR relates to - if it already exists, as this can be the case whereby a WR is made for a specific task within a larger campaigns. It's the same principal as the 'parent campaign' drop down when you create a new campaign. You have the option to associate it with an existing campaign.

notification
When CMP user is set up there should be ability to send notifications to more than one email address. In our case we have set up login for third party vendor using OptiID but they want to receive the notifications on their company email address which is not possible now.
