Add a save drafts / auto-save feature
Add a save drafts / auto-save feature in the Request module and comment fields, so users don’t lose updates or notes if they can’t complete them in one go. Currently, auto-refreshes can cause comments to disappear, so this would prevent data loss.

We often tag our subject-matter experts, industry partners or events in our brand's LinkedIn posts. Without the ability to do this tagging within CMP, it diminishes the value of scheduling/posting content through the platform.

Enable upload on search results in the Library
After searching for assets in the Library, the “Add/Upload” button grays out on the search results page. It would be more efficient to upload on the same page rather than exiting out of search.

Customer needs other business units in the company who do not use CMP to submit work requests. Allow for email to be captured through SSO, and for users to be able to submit a form using a Public URL. Recipients are then notified through Email notifications.

Auto-Attach Metadata Fields at the Moment of Upload
Current Limitation: When uploading assets to the DAM, users must manually add and populate metadata fields after the upload is complete. There is no ability to pre-configure or auto-attach specific fields during the upload process, and required fields cannot be scoped to specific folders or asset types — they apply globally or not at all.
Use Case: Many organizations rely on specific metadata fields to drive downstream integrations (e.g., web publishing, POS delivery, SFTP triggers). Scalable Bulk Metadata Updates — Increase UI Limit or Enable File-Based Import
1) Current Limitation: The DAM/CMP Library UI restricts bulk metadata edits to a maximum of 100 assets at a time. There is also no native way to update metadata on existing assets via bulk update either through file-based import using unique asset identifiers or the UI.
Use Case: Organizations managing large catalogues (100K+ assets) need to update metadata across thousands of assets for integration triggers, seasonal updates, data corrections, or onboarding. Re-assign Campaign and Tasks when Users are Removed
When Users are deleted from the platform on leaving the team (or business), all Assets, Tasks and Campaigns are orphaned, and there is no way to bulk view or assign them - you have to go into each one individually and re-assign it.

Replies and tagging
When it comes to replies, we always have to tag users even if you are replying to a comment from that person. If you reply to someones comment and you dont tag them, they don't even get notified, which is odd as you're replying directly to their comment.
It would be great if this could be updated so that it recognizes the people that were previously tagged, or who you are replying to. It's a bit tedious to always have to tag the same group of people.

Ability to highlight the size and importance of a task
It would be helpful to have a default field in work request forms/briefs that encourage the user to highlight the size of a task (small, medium, large) and also express whether urgency is high, medium or low.

CMP: Multiple Assignees for Tasks
Allow more than one person to be assigned to a task (currently limited to 1 person or 1 team). This flexibility, already available in Requests, would help manage collaborative work more effectively.

Proposal to Update Default Watcher Assignment in Workflows
Current Challenge:
The current workflow automatically assigns all participants as watchers on every task. This approach results in excessive and often irrelevant notifications, creating unnecessary noise and reducing overall efficiency.
Proposed Change:
Update the default behavior so that no watchers are automatically assigned to tasks. Instead, individuals can opt in by adding themselves as watchers for tasks they wish to monitor.
Result:
Reduce notification overload for team members.
Improve focus by ensuring only relevant updates are received.

Switch off advertising pop-ups
Our users are seeing increasingly frequent advertising pop-up in application for Opal-related features/events and other stuff we are not subscribed to use.
Please add a global setting within the platform (and other Opti products!!) which allows us to hide these non-critical, "up-selling" notifications from our users, as they cause confusion around what capabilities are available within the core platform to which we are subscribed.

The 'priority field' on requests shouldn't be editable by the requestor
Can Optimizely disable requestors’ ability to edit the “Priority” field present in all intake forms? It is impacting our ability to accurately assess the pipeline, as some jobs have their priority level heightened by the requester simply to speed them up.

Plan: Filtering by Campaigns
In Plan View, Filter, Campaigns - Select Campaigns.
