  1. Multistep Select for CMP Tasks

    It would be great if while in a task we had the ability to multi-select for updating step assignments and due dates as opposed to editing each step line by line.

  3. End-users are often confused and "Add Content" instead of adding a new Version under the Content tab, leading to confusion despite having been trained. One way to make this easier would be to have a "Upload new version" button that is as prominent as "Add Content" under the content tab to help prevent user error.

  5. Export Plan data or Saved views from CMP via the open APIs. As of now, no Open API is available for this. We can export Campaign, tasks, users, fields, etc. but there is no way to associate them together to create a plan. I Believe this should have already been there as plan or saved view is a major component in CMP and since there is already a way to manually export this data into csv files, there should have also been a way to automate the export.

  7. Marketing Automation Manager that has many tasks running at one time.

    I am wanting to reduce the number that is in the "my assignments" inbox by having applicable filters. Example: I have 24 "assignments" showing up currently but they are assigned to my entire team. They are not relevant until they get assigned to an individual so I don't need to see all 24 at this time. Would love the ability to check a box that says "my work" that would be for things I am assigned to by myself. Another option would be able to hide the overdue, today…

  8. Provide Asset History in the DAM/Library, similar to the History in a Task. It is important to be able to see a log of what has been done to the asset, whether it was moved, a URL was generated, etc.

  11. Marketing Manager with workflows that have a lot of steps and sometimes new ones needed to be added. If the task has 40 steps and I need to add a new step I have to currently add to the bottom of the workflow and drag it to where I want it. It would be better if we could insert where we wanted it or change the # of the step so the system can automatically insert the step in proper order.

  12. For internal marketing teams, it would be really powerful if we could add internal team documentation, brand portal, and other files to a wiki-like portal.

    Ideally this sits within the Optimizely ecosystem. CMP already has 'collections' and this would just add the option to add rich-text style pages, extending that existing functionality.

  13. I'm a CMP admin and would like for request forms to have functionality added so that our stakeholders/requestors are able to request multiple items across 1 request form submission. I've already discussed this with Natalia and Shadab however am adding this for others to provide additional thoughts or upvotes so we're able to prioritize as soon as possible.

    Currently when submitting a Creative request, our stakeholders are able to request multiple items as long as it falls under the same multi-select field option - so for example if they're requesting multiple digital asset items. However, if they would like to…

  14. A user wants to be able to use Shared Blocks in the CMP in the same way as one can in the CMP so that the CMP/CMS publishing integration can benefit them effectively.

    'In terms of actually using the publishing integration feature on CMP, it may not be entirely useful for us when using shared blocks (which we use on almost every page we create or edit).

    When editing these shared blocks on a page, you have to publish the individual block, not the whole page, for any changes to appear on the page.

  19. When adding Content to the Content tab from Library, the fields/labels on the asset uploaded should be brought over from library items automatically. Right now, this only happens when "creating a task" from a Library asset, but that is not how our current workflow operates. When the new labels come in, flag any conflicts with existing fields and ask to choose the correct tag.

  20. When using smart durations and adjusting a step, we'd like the option to adjust dates AFTER a step only -- everything before the step being adjusted remains the same.
