Work request
Please can you add functionality to make it possible to add a drop down list of all campaigns in the Work Request forms so that a requestor can select a campaign that their WR relates to - if it already exists, as this can be the case whereby a WR is made for a specific task within a larger campaigns. It's the same principal as the 'parent campaign' drop down when you create a new campaign. You have the option to associate it with an existing campaign.

notification
When CMP user is set up there should be ability to send notifications to more than one email address. In our case we have set up login for third party vendor using OptiID but they want to receive the notifications on their company email address which is not possible now.

Lock content for download until approved and final
It would be great if we could find a way to lock down content while it's a WIP (work in progress) for download. Once content has been approved and is final, it would be nice to be able to "release" for download and assign to project/task people once an asset is approved and uploaded to the library.

Expansion of Admin reporting capabilities
As a CMP Admin, I want to be able to report on expanded date range of at least two years at a time for year on year comparisons.

Ability to turn off time function for start and due dates
It would be extremely helpful to be able to turn off the time function for start and due dates, or at least to be able to default start times to the beginning of the day and default end times to the end of the day (when creating a task/applying a workflow).

Plan: Filtering by Campaigns
In Plan View, Filter, Campaigns - Select Campaigns.

When copying tasks dates should also carry over
It would be nice if when copying tasks, the dates within the workflow carried over. There are times where we have repeatable items due within a given timeframe (Opticon for example) and it would save a lot of time adjusting timelines.

Edit Word Doc When Uploaded To A Brief
A user is able to upload a word document to a campaign brief, but that word document cannot be edited. Is it possible allow editing capabilities to a word doc uploaded to a brief?

Improve search engine results please
We've received feedback that the search functionality in Plan feels quite limited and does not return expected results. For instance, searching for 'news article creation' brings up anything containing 'creation' rather than prioritising the full phrase. While using quotation marks improves accuracy, users don’t expect to rely on such techniques in modern web searches. Given the advanced AI capabilities within the CMP, the current search experience feels surprisingly restrictive. Most users expect intuitive search that works with natural language inputs.
Can you update me on whether this is on your roadmap please.

Expansion of details available in admin reporting module
As a CMP Admin, I want to be able to report on tasks where task assignee (not creator) is a core field, and include key details like granular detail on what these tasks are (e.g. are they website updates, emails or larger project items).
The "field options" should be a comprehensive list of all fields. relating to tasks including custom fields.

'File formats' filters showing irrelevant formats
'File formats' is a default filter within the CMP. for folders, collections, assets. However, the fact that it shows file formats that do not apply to our content is confusing and misleading for users.
Is there any way this can only show our content formats, instead of all formats that do not apply to us? Or is there any way I can delete some of the formats that appear as default?

Allow text fields in task preview in calendar view + make it configurable which fields should be shown in the preview
When using the Calendar view in CMP to look for upcoming activities in team meetings/status calls it would be useful to have the ability to show text fields or a 'description' field in the hover over preview that give a little bit more information around that task without having to click into it

Functionality to allow admins to enable access to workflows to specific teams or to disable access to specific teams.

Integration of Oracle HR system into Business Calendar/resource management module
It would be great if there was a way to integrate common HR systems into the business calendar functionality in CMP. The goal is to ensure visibility of planned time off when allocating work.
5 votesWe are building a new resource management module that will display team members' outages in a calendar view—this will allow more visibility when allocating work.
After the new module is launched, it is on our very long term roadmap to explore integrations with email/calendar and HR systems.

Request for date format in reports to display as DD/MM/YYYY
The date format has been changed from DD/MM/YYYY to September 19, 2025, which once again means the dates can’t be arranged oldest to newest in Excel and can only be sorted A-Z which isn’t what’s needed by the client.

“Reply” button is only displayed on the base comment and not on subsequent replies
The threaded commenting feature for multi-step workflows (as well as Work Requests) shows replies under the “Comments” tab in “Oldest → Newest” order.
When viewing comments from the “Workflow” tab, the same “Oldest → Newest” order is applied.
Currently, it appears that the “Reply” button is only displayed on the base comment and not on subsequent replies (in both the cases that you highlighted). This is currently expected behavior with the current design of the platform.3 votes -
Add quality parameter to Feed API v2
As a developer, I want to be able to select the quality of the image using the Feed API v2 (https://docs.developers.optimizely.com/content-marketing-platform/docs/feed-api#dynamically-resize-images-from-the-optimizely-cmp-api . This quality option should reduce the number of bytes sent through the Network to help with client-side performance.
