Strip out HTML formatting in reports
When reports are generated from free format fields collected from Work Requests the text includes the HTML formatting code.
This is unnecessary and should be stripped out before the report is displayed to the user.

Otherwise reports are difficult to read and is time consuming to remove the unneeded coding.
