The customer has reported that within CMP tasks, there is no trigger or notice to add the expiry date before completing the task. Additionally, there is no pop-up message indicating that the asset will not be sent to the DAM. This can lead to confusion and a poor customer experience.

Introduce a clear trigger or notice within the CMP task to prompt users to add the expiry date before completion.
Implement a pop-up message to alert users when an asset will not be sent to the DAM.

Customer Impact:
Without these prompts, users may unintentionally miss adding the expiry date or assume assets are sent to the DAM, resulting in workflow errors and reduced confidence in the platform.
