A scroll bar at the top of all pages in the UI would be extremely helpful. We recently submitted a ticket, 1803945, because columns were hidden but it was not clearly noticeable. To view the restore button in the recycle bin, it required scrolling 5x to the bottom of the page, then scrolling right. An example for the DAM is when needing multiple columns to view metadata. When viewing a large volume of assets, you have to scroll to the bottom of the page and then scroll to the right, then scroll back up to view metadata. It is time consuming unfortunately. Adding a scroll bar at the top would save a considerable amount of time.
