I want to have the assets which have been uploaded into the DAM tagged by the ai
We are going live with CMP and loading all our existing Assets into the DAM, but none of the assets which are loaded using the API are being automatically tagged by AI with the contents of the images.

Ability to adjust image with quality and image output
As a developer I am expecting the DAM public url to be able to be querried with unique endpoints to format the original image.
I expect there to be the following endpoints queries:
- Quality (?quality=85) - a 0-100 range of quality index of the image

Adding folders in logic for saving views in the Library / DAM
Folders don't currently feature in the logic for saving a view within the Library / DAM. The logic only includes filters and saved search for the time being, but not folders.
We have checked with our Product team, and they have informed us that this should be submitted as feedback via the feedback portal. Thus, we're submitting it for Bentley Systems, Inc.

Featuring labels and their values in the unified filter panel by default within DAM if they are part of Saved View configuration.
If someone adds a label and choose value(s) to create Saved Views within DAM, then they should appear in the Unified Filter Panel by default instead of featuring under the "+Add Filters" section once someone selects a Saved View inside DAM.
Currently, If you click on "+Add Filters" and locate a label and it's chosen value (which is already appearing selected due to the Saved View), then clicking on the 'Done' button doesn't do anything either - it doesn't get added to the main filter panel view at all.

Self-Service Metadata Import and Bulk Update via CSV/Excel
Optimizely DAM allows users to export asset metadata to CSV/Excel, but there is no self-service way to update that metadata and reimport it. We were advised that bulk metadata updates require assistance from an Optimizely Success team member.
This functionality should be available to users with the appropriate permissions. If metadata can be exported, users should be able to edit the file and reimport it to update existing assets in bulk.
Providing a self-service metadata import capability would:
Reduce reliance on Optimizely support resources.
Improve operational efficiency.
Enable faster metadata governance and cleanup efforts.

Display Image Dimensions in DAM Browsing Views
Summary
We would like you to provide the ability to display image dimensions (width × height) directly within Digital Asset Management (DAM) browsing views, particularly in Grid View, without requiring users to open the asset details or information panel.
Currently, image dimensions are only available within the asset detail view, and there is no supported way to display them when browsing assets.
Business Need
Users frequently need to identify assets based on image dimensions as part of their selection process. When managing large asset libraries, opening each individual asset to verify dimensions is inefficient and interrupts the browsing workflow.

Warning if all mandatory fields and due date are not complete
It would be good if when uploading an asset, if the due date or the mandatory fields were not complete there was a warning sign rather than the asset simply not uploading

Zoom and Select images
Our users need to be able to review hundreds of photos in a folder, zoom to see details, and choose photos to download and/or create a collection of these selects. Right now this workflow is painful:
When you click to view a file, and you come back you have to scroll back to where you were before.

Notification on Folder Changes
When you rename a folder or move a folder it takes a long time to reflect changes even though you get notification that the folder was moved. Notification should only show when it has finished the process, there should be a progress bar instead.

UI on the collection looks outdated, we would love it if it looks more like a gallery. as this is what we send stakeholders and business leaders.
Can we remove the Opti logo on the bottom of the collections?

Add a tag dictionary to enable the removal of misspelt tags
As tags can freely be added to DAM assets, there is a risk that tags can be misspelt and currently there is no method of accessing a tag dictionary to remove or edit the tags, which are suggested.

Show file extension on list and gallery view and Filter by extension
We would like to filter by extension and also have the ability to see the extension on the list view.
Ability to expand the file name Column so you can see the file extension. (see attached) or have a column for extension.
Ability to filter by extension just like you can filter by File formatUse case someone is looking for a specific logo in SVG format. Right now they have to hover over each asset to see the extensions.

turn off visibility to nested assets/folders that are restricted through permissions to the parent folder
Currently if an asset with global visibility is nested within a folder that is restricted, then the asset is shown at the root level. A toggle to change this would be great so that assets no longer show at the root when they are nested within a folder that's been restricted.

DAM Filter Configuration Customization
The default arrangement of filters in the DAM causes confusion for users, as irrelevant filters appear at the top and cannot be removed or reordered, which may impact user efficiency. A solve for this would be to allow each account super admin the ability to customize their filter order in the platform.

I recently received a collection of decks from the Roadshow. One was larger and instead of opening, it pushed me to Google Slides.

Consent / model approval on assets
Consent / model approvals is something we get asked from a lot of customers. Every competitor have this. The customer want to select assets in the DAM and send for approval directly to the person/model via email/sms. The consent is then linked as a file and/or set as metadata. Notifications should be sent out before consent is expiring.

When I rotate an image, I need to tick a box and swap the height and width value to prevent letter box lines from appearing in the new image
I am trying to rotate and image within the image library but bars appear at the top and bottom of the image when I do, after the image has saved. When I contacted support, I was told that I need to follow these steps.
1. Rotate the image
2. Uncheck the Keep Resolution checkbox
3. Swap the width and height values in the Crop Size inputIn any other image editing software I have ever used, I just click a Rotate button, this seems like a big step backwards in usability.
