  2. Currently, when a task is completed slightly outside its expected timing (e.g., by a few hours), Smart Duration may shift downstream tasks by a full business day (or more). This behavior can create unnecessary schedule changes that don’t reflect the actual delay. It'd be great if there were configurable thresholds (e.g., only shift schedules after X hours of delay).

  3. "The CMP seems to mishandle Outlook files. When uploading them to a task, you cannot review them in the Content tab preview area. When downloading them, Outlook appears unable to open the files. Is this intended? Is a fix for .msg files in development?"

    "The email attached is what was uploaded to the Request form. The user did change the name of the file after uploading.

    When uploading a file to a request form, you have the option to change the title. When changing the title it removes the file extension. This doesn't happen for other file types. "

  4. A client wants to prevent certain users from creating campaigns while allowing them to create/edit tasks. Where the current Collaborator and Collaborator+ roles don't allow this flexibility/customization. Can customizable permissions be a new feature?

  5. We are using Webhook handlers to catch New Task events and to auto populate some taxonomy data on Task creation. However, we notice that the Copy Task function on the platform cannot be differentiated from the New Task event currently, but we would need to distinguish between these two events to handle them slightly differently.

    Can a new event be created, or an attribute be added to the existing event, to allow us to identify whether a Task is new or a copy of an existing Task?

  6. A scroll bar at the top of all pages in the UI would be extremely helpful. We recently submitted a ticket, 1803945, because columns were hidden but it was not clearly noticeable. To view the restore button in the recycle bin, it required scrolling 5x to the bottom of the page, then scrolling right. An example for the DAM is when needing multiple columns to view metadata. When viewing a large volume of assets, you have to scroll to the bottom of the page and then scroll to the right, then scroll back up to view metadata. It is time…

  7. Enable URL links / hyperlinking in standard free text fields on forms. Currently, hyperlinks work only in updates or rich text fields, but not in regular free text, limiting flexibility for adding references or resources.

  8. Background / Current Behavior:
    The customer has reported that within CMP tasks, there is no trigger or notice to add the expiry date before completing the task. Additionally, there is no pop-up message indicating that the asset will not be sent to the DAM. This can lead to confusion and a poor customer experience.

    Requested Improvement / Feature:

    Introduce a clear trigger or notice within the CMP task to prompt users to add the expiry date before completion.
    Implement a pop-up message to alert users when an asset will not be sent to the DAM.

  11. CMP Graph.

    We need to combine CMP assets results with Episerver search items. However, due to an issue in the CMP result set, the filter Id and Name values are coming in separate arrays, and the values do not align correctly.

    Currently, the facets response returns only the Name and Count fields. The Id field should also be included in the CMP facet filters response so that each facet value can be uniquely identified.

  12. In all our setup and configuration of CMP, we are told that using Teams in place of Users for Tasks, Workflows and assignation of steps "makes sense" as it means things are not reliant on a single person/point of failure.
    However, it is still not possible to assign ownership of a folder or asset to a Team! Our business doesn't have names individual users responsible for individual assets, we work in a team structure so having to assign a specific person as owner of an asset or group of assets goes against everything we are trying to design the solution…

  13. When a User comes to allocate a step, there is no restriction on who can be allocated from ALL the users on the instance (currently 400+ for us). Whilst we can "pre-allocate" a Step in the Workflow template to a Team (or User) this doesn't have the desired effect of ensuring the User allocates it to the right person in the Team...

    What we would like is for the option to restrict allocation of a certain step to a pre-defined list of Users, (or Users within a pre-defined Team) when working through a Task so that ONLY that user got…

  14. Current Limitation:

    Routing rules only support AND logic. This significantly restricts flexibility because complex conditions require multiple separate rules instead of being combined into one.

    Impact:

    Increases setup time and complexity.
    Makes routing logic less efficient and harder to maintain.

    Proposed Enhancement:

    Introduce AND/OR logic within a single routing rule. This will allow more advanced conditional logic without creating multiple redundant rules, improving efficiency and scalability.

  16. Currently, only Article, Image, Video, Raw file can be added in the "Related Assets" section of assets in the DAM.

  17. Currently, offline pdf annotations (highlights, comments, etc) do not appear in proofing and versioning in Opti. We need the full history of these annotations. If non-Optimizely users make changes offline it disrupts the history. We either need to work completely offline, or completely in the system.

  18. When reports are generated from free format fields collected from Work Requests the text includes the HTML formatting code.

  20. The helper text for fields in a work request form should be possible to place also directly below the field name and not only after the input field. You want to read the instructions first and then choose your option. E.g. if you have a radio button field with many options to choose from, the helper text is shown after all the options and you might not see it.
