    Issue:
We are currently unable to filter by events/campaigns going live during a certain time frame.

    Desired Outcome:
We'd like the ability to filter content calendar by launch or event dates happening within a specific month

    Issue:
There are currently three campaigns types in Optimizely CMP, which effectively act like (1) a main "parent" campaign, (2) a sub-campaign, and (3) a third-level campaign. In the system, they are all titled and referred to as 'campaign.'

We'd like to be able to customize these titles so they are differentiated for users. So Campaign might still be the name of the first tier, but we'd like to call the second level a 'sub-campaign..' and the third-tier could be something else like, 'marketing initiative.'

    Impact:
By creating these differing names, users will better understand the hierarchy in…

  3. Role: Admin

    Issue:
Currently, when authoring help text, there is no way to add a hyperlink.
    Desired Outcome:
We'd like to be able to open up a simple WYSIWYG dialogue for Help Text that will allow a link title to be authored. If possible, we'd also like to have the option to bold, underline, and italicize text.

    Impact:
Currently, teams are not able to share critical information (that's in the form of a PDF or webpage) with users because there is no way to author this in Help Text.

  4. Role:
    Admin

Issue: We'd like the ability to create a new field during workflow configuration, like what's avaialble in the Work Request dialogue.

Currently, while authoring a workflow a user has to leave the entire workflow dialogue and go to the fields area to create a new field. Then the must come BACK to the worfklow to add the new field there.

We'd like to havee the option to create AND ADD a new field right there in the workflow dialogue

    Issue:
At the moment, there is no way to document SLAs for sub-steps. We'd like to be able to do this in the same way that it is done for whole steps.

We are currently working on a resource module that would allow time estimates at the sub-step level. Although duration will remain at the step level, the new time estimates at the substep level will hopefully allow users to track data at a more granular level equivalent to if we added durations to sub-step.

  6. Role: Admin

    Issue:
There appears to be a significant amount of padding between fields and text. Oftentimes, we need to use the text option to explain a field because there is a character limit on help text. So we're using the text feature to explain what ought to be in help text.

  7. We'd love to be able to remove the character limits for Help Text.. Currently, the help text limit is 120 characters, and most teams need more space than this to explain their ask.

  8. Role: Admin

    Issue:
When creating a field using the Checkbox function, all options in the field are limited to a certain character limit before an elipses appears. We'd like to remove those ellipsis.

    Expected Outcome:
No ellipses appears on any options authored in Checkboxes.

  9. Add logic to fields in workflows/task forms: A way to have the dropdown options trigger a sub-dropdown list with items that are only applicable to the item selected in the first dropdown.

This functionality already exists in Work Requests.

For example, we need to know if your dog barks at night, but only if you chose dog in the "Do you have a dog or cat?" field. Cat owners shouldn't have to respond to the question about barking since it's not relevant.

  10. Role: Admin

    Issue:
In Work Request, if there are ANY fields in the form that are required, then everyone has to fill out that field (even if they would've skipped that field due to logic authored in a previous field.) We need a way to make only certain fields required for certain responders so that we segregate who has to answer certain questions.

    Expected Outcome:
When authoring a work request, and logic is applied to certain fields, only those who logically land on that field should be required to fill it out.

  11. Role: Admin

    Issue:
In dropdowns, we'd like to be able to maintain the ordered list of items as they've been authored. Currently, no matter which order you author the content in a dropdown, it will be re-ordered so that the items in the dropdown list are in alphabetical order.

Teams have been trying different things to get around this, as you can imagine they have a particular order they'd like to see their items, and for good reason. Having a list of 20 items (and then "N/A" showing up in the middle of the list instead of at the bottom…

  12. We are creating workflows where steps of the workflow ALWAYS need to go back to the user who created/started the workflow.

It would be really useful to have an option to select "Task Owner", or similar, as a pre-defined user/team on a workflow template step, instead of the user having to assign steps back to themselves manually in every task.

  15. Our team regularly proofed large (think 200 page) PDFs. We often use annotation features like the strikeout for other team members to make changes, but currently every single strikeout requires an associated comment. I understand the need to have comments with other types of annotations for guidance, but given the intent of a strikeout is pretty clear, could there be a setting to make comments not mandatory for a strikeout?

  16. Provide Asset History in the DAM/Library, similar to the History in a Task. It is important to be able to see a log of what has been done to the asset, whether it was moved, a URL was generated, etc.

  18. I perceive the CMP organization calendar as an "external helper", and not a way to keep track on who is OOO - as other tools do that already.

Any way to add holidays without them impacting inviduals OOO settings?

  19. We need to limit some users in what they can do in a task, like they can add content or complete their steps, but they can't change fields or asset expiry date once the asset has been approved in the task
