Add a column (or option for a column) at the end of Plan and Library exports that is a direct link to that individual asset. If I export and share, I need my users to be able to go directly from the spreadsheet into that library item, task, campaign, etc. Long story short, add a column for the direct link in the export that goes into the Optimizely item.
