  2. Request to format the data for customers when they upload a list. Currently, if customers upload a list where the numerical data is inserted into the template as a number instead of text it fails to upload the list.
    If this can not be an automated fix - no where in the template or the list upload feature is there any indication that customers need to format numbers as text. Most users will naturally enter numerical data in the sheet as numbers, so it's essential to update the template or provide clear guidelines on how to format the data properly.

  3. Currently bundles and kits work identically in Configured commerce - allowing you to create a BOM. I have reached out to support and they tell me these are identical features so I'm not sure why they both exist in Configured commerce. For users who have integrated to an ERP this feature is not usable as you need the item in your ERP to accept an order, at which point you would just make it in your ERP.

  4. As an [Implementer/User admin] I want to be able to Activate Sales Representative Users without assigning them User Customers. They are assigned through the Primary Sales Rep field of the customer, not through the Users Customers assignment.
    Right now I need to add a ficticious customer to the user just to activate it, and then remove it. This is very error prone, and a security risk.
    This is specially bad in case we automate the user creation for sales reps (we intend to.

  8. In Audit logs, we are getting admin user logins and password change related logs. But we are not getting incorrect password login attempt logs and user locked out logs.
    * How do we know if someone's account was locked due to incorrect password login attempts ?
    * How do we know if someone trying to login with brute force attack ?

  9. You have whitelisted the following Azure libraries but not Azure.Storage.Common:
    1. Azure.Core
    2. Azure.Identity
    3. Azure.Storage.Blobs
    Could you please whitelist Azure.Storage.Common as this is a Microsoft .NET native library and we need it to upload files to our Azure storage cloud container.

  10. When the status is "PunchOutOrderRequest", the only option is to "Resubmit to ERP". However, if the orders we called in/manually submitted to the ERP, I can attached the ERP Number to the "ERP Order Number" input but can't update the status.
    There should be a way to manually "close" out that cart.

  11. As a B2B users, we're constantly updating datasheets and tech drawings for products when the manufacturers make updates to their documents. We can overwrite some of the documents. It would be helpful to be able to upload a list to archive documents in mass rather than doing them 1 by 1.

  12. Order upload can use any of the following as the "Item Number" in the file. However, not all of these are guaranteed to be unique. When there is a duplicate ManufactureItem number, for example, Opti just picks the first one and adds it to the Cart. Opti does not say "Wait, this is a duplicate. Hey user, what do you want me to do with this?" The result is the wrong product can getting added to Cart.

  14. Whitelist this nuget package: https://www.nuget.org/packages/Azure.Security.KeyVault.Secrets
    We have a need to leverage AzureKeyVault to pull configuration settings from client Infrastructure, hence the need for it. So if they were to change the secret key on their end, the site will not be impacted as we just pull it directly from the source.

  16. As of early 2024 or late 2023 (not exactly sure which release, a change was made in the PIM Refresh Published to prevent running in any environment other than Sandbox and Production. This causes hardship/extra work for customers and partners to get PIM data into local/dev environments, as every time new data is needed we have to request a sandbox backup, and take a decent amount of time (per developer to update settings, clear PII data, etc. It adds unnecessary effort.   17. As a client some basic information available on all the email templates, to provide a better experience to our customers.
    WebsiteUrl -> Will help link back from the email back to the website. This variable is available on some templates, but not all.
    LogoImagePath -> Will help stylize the emails with the company logo. This variable is available on some templates, but not all.
    WebsiteName -> This will help make the website name visible and more recognizable.
    CurrentYear -> To be used on the copyright footer, so we don't need to update the templates on every year change.

  18. As a client, I want to setup user administration feature without enabling Budget Management.
    In this configuration, the only role that shows on the User Administration page is "Administrator", and that means that customer admins can only create other admin users. It should also show at least the role "buyer3", so Admins could create buyers, and manage buyers.
    Activating the Budget management feature does bring all roles to that page, but there's no interest in that feature from the client.

  19. We would like to assign a badge to all products in a specific category.
    Example of use
    All products in the Clearance category must have a badge to indicate that they are on final sale.
    If I'm browsing in category X and one of the products in this category is also in the Clearance category, I'll know that this product is on final sale because it will be identified by a badge.
    At the moment, if you add category rules to assign to badges in settings, they don't work. (See attached files
