Admin user (Console user creation via SSO authentication allows us to map email, givenname and familyname but we are not able to map User Name, Company, Position, Phone, Extension, Fax attributes.
Company: We have multiple segments/branches available within our company and we need to be able to map company with segment/branch name.
Position: We need to be able to map admin user role/position
Phone: We need to be able to map admin user's phone number
Extension and Fax attributes: Other user attributes
We understand that currently, only OpenID standard attributes are mapped to Optimizely user attributes. However, OpenID Connect allows for the mapping of custom attributes as well. If we can extend the user attribute mapping to include all attributes, we would be able to map both standard and custom attributes from OpenID to Optimizely.
We can add additional user attributes in SSO provider depending on the customer's environment. Regardless, we will map OpenID attributes to Optimizely attributes through the attribute mapping process. This means we should be able to map all relevant attributes and update any values that exist in Optimizely.
