It would be useful and efficient to delete categories in bulk. This functionality should also automatically unassign products from the categories.

Visible Alert/Warning When Site Logs User Out
Per PCI compliance, eCommerce websites must log the user out after a specified period of time of inactivity. However, when B2B Cloud does this, it only logs the user out in the background, leading users to believe they are still logged in.
This can cause frustrating/confusion when a user moves forward in a checkout or other "logged in" activity, and is suddenly logged out.
Would be great for B2B Cloud to provide some sort of alert or notification to let the user know they they were logged out due to inactivity. This would help improve this part of the user…2 votes -
Include PDF on order confirmation email
Most of our customers print out a copy of their order confirmation for their records. The HTML confirmation doesn't isn't always printer friendly depending on their email software. It would be great if we could include a pdf copy of the order on the confirmation email that was print ready for them.

Pricing with promotion applied rounded to 2 decimals
Our client wants to round the price with a promotion applied to 2 decimals, because the ERP was setup to allow only 2 decimals and they want all calculations with 2 decimals.
For example, a customer ordered 101 EA with a price of 8.973 / EA. The total from Optimizely is 101 * 8.973 = 906.27. Even if in the screenshot you can see only 2 decimals (frontend, there are 3 when the calculation is done in backend.

Add General Content to Search Results
It would be very helpful to add articles and general content on the site (anything not a product to the search index, and then display them in the search results as a new tab.

Include information about errors on the email notification triggered by a failed integration job execution
Currently when the execution of an integration job ends in failure, we get notified; however, the email itself says nothing about the reasons as to why the job failed, it only says "job failed".
I'd like to suggest that the email notification should have more information to troubleshoot without having the users to go into the admin console. As a use case, some users that are on the distribution list that were notified may not even have admin console accounts, but probably need to be notified that an order was not integrated correctly into their ERP. PIM - Improvement to digital assets upload process
Managing digital assets is one of the features of PIM. For entire catalog products, digital assets volume is very large.
PIM only allows uploading digital assets through browser(confirmed with Optimizely #885640, which is not reliable for large volume of digital assets. We observed issues like digital assets duplicated and not uploaded in some cases. This approach also involves comparatively more efforts to upload digital assets.

Allow Block /admin with impersonation
We would like to be able to block /admin on the primary domains, for security purposes as that's most likely to get scanned/brute forced. However, /admin/account/canimpersonateuser needs to be able to work to impersonate. Please adjust the blocks to allow impersonation but block the rest on /admin

Support translation APIs (e.g. Deepl
Certain customers have to support multiple languages and don't always have available resources to translate the content of their catalog, pages and attributes. Permitting the integration with translation systems (like Deepl would accelerate the support of multilanguage websites.

iFrame and Punchout integration
Our punchout customers are requiring us to keep our punchout catalog in a frame within their procurements systems. We have been told that Optimizely does not support this functionality as it causes conflict with their authentication API. We ask that this be reviewed and an update put in place to support framing of the punchout catalog.

Additional Brand Information
Currently the PIM really only supports brand name. Enhance the product to be able to provide all the other brand information for commerce - such as assigning a Brand Asset (Image, Page Title, Meta Description, Featured Asset (Featured Brand Image, Description, Website URL, URL Segment, etc.

Surprise Logout
Web Users are logged out with no warning. Their pricing changes to Guest pricing and they loose access to some of our products.
I sure would like to see a window that says "You were Signed off" with the option to single click to sign back in and continue.

Get notifcation if product is in stock
We wanted to have a new feature that would help a customer get registered to an email feed when a product will be back in stock. In the mobile application, this could be a push notification instead

Reject an Order
If a Buyer1 places an order, it kicks off to the Approver to approve the order.

Multiple Customer Part Number
Customers should be able to add multiple part numbers for a given product per customer in the admin console. Currently, it allows single part number for a given product per customer.
