audit trail
There should be an audit trail/logs for user and role management, so that super admins at the very least can track who added users - this is a major security concern that we cannot see this

"Download Data" In seat reporting should export user list
When downloading data from the seat tiles, I want to see the the list of all users who have that seat role type, not just the seat tally.

Change Guest Seat colour to black
As guest seats are usually unlimited, can the seat colour not be red - this causes a small concern when we check our numbers as it appears we are overconsuming. If the font colour for this tile in Admin centre can be black, that would be better, please.

New UI
The recent changes to the site's logo and font colors have made the content much harder to read. The current color choices are very harsh on the eyes and significantly reduce readability, especially during extended use.
Please consider restoring the previous default font colors or, at a minimum, adding a Dark Mode option so users can choose a more comfortable viewing experience.
Thank you for considering this feedback. Improving contrast and offering a Dark Mode would make the site much more accessible and enjoyable to use.

De-dupe reporting when user assigned multiple roles
Many users are added to multiple groups, and as a result appear as duplicates in mutliple reports leading to inaccurate tallies. For example: 1) It would be great if for example a user assigned to a system role (admin) and a group (also admin) could be de-duped. 2) it would be great if users who are assigned to collaborator and creator roles/groups etc could only appear once in the highest seat tier for contractual reporting purposes.

Dark mode/theme option everywhere in Optimizely no matter the product
Enable dark mode/theme for ALL Optimizely products so that users can personalize their experience as some of us get extreme headaches from Light and Bright mode, causes extreme eye irritation and pain in my case. 2026-06-29132337.jpg is Light mode example; 2026-06-29132809.jpg is Dark mode example.

Remove app directory access to non-admins
We don't want general users to be able to see the app directory as they do not have permission to configure integrations. This should be removed from visibility for non-admin centre admins please.

Graph
When indexing content with Graph, sometime a null reference is thrown when e.g. a link to a non existing block is there. This will cause the "containing" content not to be indexed at all. Not failing the complete indexing of a content item when a reference to non existing content is on that item would be a good thing

Audience Size Estimates for Unified Audiences (FX)
When configuring Unified Audiences within Optimizely Feature Experimentation, we currently lack immediate visibility into the estimated audience size before an experiment goes live.
Currently, this creates a workflow bottleneck for non-technical users. Experimenters are often forced to rely on technical team members to manually "rebuild" or cross-reference the same audience logic within the Profile tab or ODP just to obtain a preliminary size estimate. This dependency on technical support for simple validation prevents independent exploration and slows down the experimentation lifecycle.Without a real-time or pre-launch estimate of how many users qualify for a specific cohort, it is difficult to accurately…

Sort by Step
As a graphic designer, I would like to be able to sort by my "Step". Under My Work, I can only sort by due date, but my tasks are not associated by due date. I want to be able to sort by step. This will help to prioritize my tasks.

Provisioning Errors
Hello, I'm part of the CoE team within my company that supports all things Opti. We recently had some provisioning errors on our side due to not knowing that Opti changed their SCIM schema. If there is a way to notify us whether that is through release notes or some other email subscription, it will be helpful for us to catch these errors sooner and make the needed adjustments on our end. Edit existing Group for Product access roles
In the Admin Center, I'm trying to edit an existing group from the Groups tab so I can change roles within a Product (Instance).
However, this isn't possible at the moment, and the only option is to delete the Product (Instance), then re-add it and assign the correct roles.

Set boolean and numeric values in PAAS portal App Settings
Currently the 'App Settings' UI in the PAAS Portal supports only string values.
If I want to set a boolean field, I can't. If I add a value here it will be interpreted as a string.
e.g.

}If I want to 'disable' this from the AppSettings, I can't, because if I set the value to 'false' it effectively does this:

"ServiceEnabled" : "false"
}i.e. it adds the value as a string.
Note, the same issue exists for numeric fields.

Searching for instance by instanceId in OptiId
I am an organization admin managing a 3-digit number of instances across my whole org. To make sure I switch to the correct instance I need to search by the unique and non-changeable instanceId instead of the instance name for my product Campaign.
I would also like to see the unique instanceId in the overview in OptiId admin interface.5 votes -
Add reporting on related tasks/work requests
Add related tasks to the reporting on work requests. Similarly add work requests into "Related to" when extracting report on Tasks from the Admin view

Automatically move asset after saving in DAM folder
While we can block the "move" functionality when users save a version of a file, the user has to move the location separately in the DAM as two versions of the same file cannot live in two different locations at the same time.
It would be great if the user did not have to manually move the asset after saving it.

PIM - Save Product Layout (columns) with Collection or Save View
I constantly have to adjust my columns in Product View, mostly based on the category I am looking at to see/download the attributes. It would be extremely helpful if the Collection saved the columns so we didn't have to adjust all the time. Or allow us to save the column layout somehow so we can easily select.

PIM - Allow webp images to be dropped on Product page, like they can be in Asset folders
Allow us to drop .webp images directly on a product. It now errors, saying it is an invalid file format. I can drop .webp images in assets folders without an issue, I should be able to drop them on a product page for images.
