  2. I'm a Admin for Opti products now supported by OptiID login.

    It would be useful if https://support.optimizely.com/ could be integrated into OptiID, so no need for separate credentials. Possibly this also allows admins to manage or have visibility for our users access to support portal (i.e as part of our our leavers/movers/joiners processes)

  3. Hi!

    We had a broken index in production.
    Graph Smooth Synchronization seems like a nice feature.

    Tested it in integration, when I had some issues there too, but issue wasn’t solved using this job.

    A reset and re-sync made it work again.

    That leaves us no reason to trust this job to fix a broken index, so, can you ensure the Graph Smooth Synchronization job is behaving like a complete Reset + Re-sync but with the nice feature you have, a slot testable and rollbackable feature?

  4. Customer would like to manage users in the platform, to remove users who have not logged in in 90 days or 180 days.
    Currently I have to generate a custom report each time, but self-serve would really improve this part of the relationship.

  5. Customer may have security requirements to refresh their token periodically. Currently, there is not an API available to refresh the token. There are manual methods revoke and create in portal, but this is prone to error and if you have lots of tokens then this is manually time consuming.

  6. When user has blocked his account (too many incorrect password tries), during the logging in the notification just states: "you cannot log in". It would be easier to detect problem, if there is a notification: "your account is blocked, please contact your local admin".

  7. When a user adds a link to a document from the media library on a web page, we want the search functionality to return the web page where the document is referenced, rather than displaying the document itself as a standalone search result.

    The goal is to ensure that users searching for relevant documents or files are guided directly to the context in which the file is used, providing more meaningful results and a better user experience. This is particularly important when documents are supplemental to page content and should not appear independently in search listings.

  8. Currently when Applications are provisioned, the application name is auto generated and not changeable. This makes it hard in the long term to align support tickets which align to a specific customer site/application, which delays support and contributes to errors. Creating the ability for these names to be changed will improve support and reduce confusion.

  9. We would like to restrict access to downloading the production database from the PAAS portal.

    Currently, anyone with access to the PAAS portal can download a copy of the production database. This represents a risk of PII exposer.

    We need to grant access to the PAAS portal to various users to assist in tasks such as deployments and troubleshooting... but not all of these users should have access to the production database.

    Ideally, users of the PAAS portal could download copies of the Preproduction and Integration databases but not production. This would allow us to configure the Preproduction and Integration…

Currently customer teams are submitting lots of duplicate tickets or constantly chasing Optimizely account team for updates on tickets - it would be great for customer admins to be able to see a full view of open and recent tickets, last updates etc so that they can chase updates directly from a central location

  11. Allow us to drop .webp images directly on a product. It now errors, saying it is an invalid file format. I can drop .webp images in assets folders without an issue, I should be able to drop them on a product page for images.

  12. PIM - Save Product Layout (columns) with Collection or Save View

    I constantly have to adjust my columns in Product View, mostly based on the category I am looking at to see/download the attributes. It would be extremely helpful if the Collection saved the columns so we didn't have to adjust all the time. Or allow us to save the column layout somehow so we can easily select.

  14. When updating a ticket on https://support.optimizely.com/ the comments box is always at bottom of page. When there are lots of replies to an issue, you are constantly moving up and down the page when creating replies. Could the comments box be moved to top, or at least make it a user option, so it can sit at the top of the page, above the latest comment to the ticket?

  18. Admin Center is below standards for usability and efficiency lacking a stack of features:
    - can't mass add users to groups and remove individual permissions
    - can't query all users and select to move the resulted users to a an existing group or create new one
    - can't filter users by their permissions level or product/ project
    - can't filter, search or sort users in the Invitations tab - absolutely useless

  19. Sometimes its useful to filter campaigns by the volume of comments on a campaign - these are generally the ones we like to discuss, so if its possible for a total count of comments associated to be displayed (and the ability to filter) would be helpful.
