Set default notifications levels at org level
As an admin I want to set a default range of notification settings for all new users, instead of having each user to apply a specific list of notification settings individually.

Saved View - Allow Saved Views to also Save Column Order
Saved views currently only save field values, but not the Columns in a specific order. We would like that possibility to update Saved Views

Lock Task Due Date
It would be great if the task due date wouldn't adjust based on new timelines added to the task's workflow steps. Sometimes projects change and shift planned timelines, however the task due date remains the same. Instead I think we should have to manually update the task due date at the task due date level only.

My Assignments inbox update
Marketing Automation Manager that has many tasks running at one time.
I am wanting to reduce the number that is in the "my assignments" inbox by having applicable filters. Example: I have 24 "assignments" showing up currently but they are assigned to my entire team. They are not relevant until they get assigned to an individual so I don't need to see all 24 at this time. Would love the ability to check a box that says "my work" that would be for things I am assigned to by myself. Another option would be able to hide the overdue, today…

Would like to receive email notifications when a step requires my Team's action
We utilize Teams in Optimizely to put work into Team Queues. Steps in our workflow are assigned to those teams.
However, users on those Teams do not get a notification when it's their turn in the workflow, because that's not an option at the Notification level.
Today the choices are:
- Receive a notificaiton when a step is assigned to you or your team
- Step requires action (notifies you when a step requires your action)We'd like that second option to be inclusive of Teams as well. If you are on the Team, it should notify you. Today it…

Sorting in the Board View
In the Board View, you're able to Group by Date, but from there, there's no option to sort the dates so that the tasks with the most pressing due dates appear first

Show/Hide logic for Work Request forms
We would like the ability to show or hide different fields in a Work Request form based on a user selected drop down.
For example, if a user selects Website Update from the Request Type dropdown, only fields in section Website Update would display and all others would be hidden.
In current state, you can choose to jump to a certain section, but other sections remain visible so the jump logic doesn't provide much value as users still have to scroll past irrelevant sections of the form to submit it. I did confirm with one of the IT engineers there…17 votes -
Apply group fields to tasks/assets
Would like to have the option to apply field groups on the task/asset level in the CMP and not just when you are directly uploading to library.
We know the capability of field inheritance from WR to campaign to the task but if we need to add/replace it would be great to be able to apply the field groups in the CMP portion of the platform as well

Tickets sorted as per calendar Due dates in board view
As a manager I would like to have the board view with due dates in the columns. The due dates should be the actual calendar dates like, 1-July, 2-July, 3-July and so on. Now the due dates is taken as Today, tomorrow, future which is of no use if I want to check the bandwidth for the entire week.
By having the actual dates we can see the weekly task allocation within the team.

Ability to add whole folders from the library to multiple tasks or campaigns
When we create a folder in the library, it would be good to be able to add the whole folder to a task or campaign rather than single assets.

CMP and Experimentation
We would like to have an Integration between CMP and Experimentation. Collaboration is a awesome application to plan and manage experimentation ideias and campaigns. Would be great if there is an integration between both in order to create an a flag and respective rules based on campaign and their hypothesis. Ability to update what the subject line is of the auto email notification that comes from Opti
If we had the ability to update the Subject Line of the automatic email notifications I think it would be more in line with how the Marketing dept sends emails expecting response and help with notification fatigue from Opti

Ability to insert a new step in a workflow where you want it not at the bottom of the workflow
Marketing Manager with workflows that have a lot of steps and sometimes new ones needed to be added. If the task has 40 steps and I need to add a new step I have to currently add to the bottom of the workflow and drag it to where I want it. It would be better if we could insert where we wanted it or change the # of the step so the system can automatically insert the step in proper order.

Implementing shared block functionality via CMP publishing
A user wants to be able to use Shared Blocks in the CMP in the same way as one can in the CMP so that the CMP/CMS publishing integration can benefit them effectively.
'In terms of actually using the publishing integration feature on CMP, it may not be entirely useful for us when using shared blocks (which we use on almost every page we create or edit).

Deleting Steps with Substeps
Would like to just be able to delete a step with a sub-step without having to delete all of the sub-steps underneath.

Customize a big campaign template start and end date/times based on start and end time of the main campaign
Allow users to customize the "Starts in" dates in a large campaign template.
I need to update the start times for each sub-campaign and task based on the main campaign's start and end dates. Currently, these are set randomly. Tasks could be set up more quickly if the system already knew their start and end dates, which should be determined by the main campaign's schedule and the specific requirements of each task type.
