I love the Efficiency Dashboards feature and have heard from a lot of clients that they appreciate the ability to see how long it took to complete a task or the lead time for steps. However, what would take this one step further is if we show the lead time for a step vs. how long that step was supposed to take or the completion time for a task vs. how long that task was mean to take. It will help put the data in context for a lot of customers.
