Allow for requestor to submit multiple request items
I'm a CMP admin and would like for request forms to have functionality added so that our stakeholders/requestors are able to request multiple items across 1 request form submission. I've already discussed this with Natalia and Shadab however am adding this for others to provide additional thoughts or upvotes so we're able to prioritize as soon as possible.

Hyperlink name of collection when adding asset to collection
When adding an asset to a collection please could we make it so that the collection name is hyperlinked (not just the selection box). It's very unintuitive that you select the name of the collection and it links you to 'home' instead of the collection

Users with view only should not be able to download assets on a CMP Task
Users with view access can still download assets in task!
Why can a user with view-only access be able to download an asset inside the task. I thought the expected behavior was that you could not download it.3 votes -
Adjust dates AFTER a step only
When using smart durations and adjusting a step, we'd like the option to adjust dates AFTER a step only -- everything before the step being adjusted remains the same.

Board View Task Status
In the board view within planning, the cards (tasks) does not have the option to show their current status (Not Started, In Progress, etc). This does not allow the team to quickly see what status the tasks have.

Asset level permission settings
It would be great if we could have different privacy or permission options for content on tasks. I can see this helping in a number of different scenarios. For example, there are times where we want to use CMP for internal reviews or sharing but don't want the entire project team to be able to access content and often times end up hopping in and out of other tools and programs to achieve this.

A time frame should be assigned to a task type when entering a request Task
Describe the challenge:
Since there is no time frame assigned to a task type when entering a request, the requester can make up any due date for any request great or small. Requesters are entering physically impossible turnaround times that are beyond realistic.What impact is this challenge having?:

Comments in the WRQ request do not transfer over to the accepted TSK
Describe the challenge:
Important information being shared by the requester within the comments of the WRQ request does not migrate into the accepted task. Which means I have to copy and paste any pertinent information over manually.What impact is this challenge having?:
It is time consuming to manually add information from multiple comments from one WRQ into the TSK brief of the same project. There is no room for error if details are missed.What does good look like?:

Download all selection within Request Form board or comments
It would be really convenient if there were an option to multi-select or download all attachments from within the comments of a request - as opposed to opening each individual preview and downloading 1 by 1.

Show/Hide logic for Work Request forms
We would like the ability to show or hide different fields in a Work Request form based on a user selected drop down.
For example, if a user selects Website Update from the Request Type dropdown, only fields in section Website Update would display and all others would be hidden.
In current state, you can choose to jump to a certain section, but other sections remain visible so the jump logic doesn't provide much value as users still have to scroll past irrelevant sections of the form to submit it. I did confirm with one of the IT engineers there…21 votes -
Add the option to add new versions in the DAM detail view
When you're in the (fullscreen) detail view of an asset, you can see an asset's history today, but you can't add a new version, you have to back out of the asset, use the ellipsis and then access "versions and history" in order to add a new version. Would be great if you can access this from the detail screen too

Plan view concern || Group title is hidden or pushed at bottom when you expand the list of tasks
In a recent UI upgrade or change in Optimizely we have noticed that the grouping title is now being moved to bottom of the list when you expand the group :
See below example: On a collapsed view all looks good, when I expand the group "None" as given in below example, all the tasks are listed on top and the group name is pushed to bottom.
The tasks list is too long so when scroll down the value of group title is not visible and it confuses what list we are looking at.

Group mailbox notification settings
We use team mailboxes (eg social media, web team, event team...) as users in CMP so we can assign Tasks or Requests to these shared mailboxes. These then receive the email notifications from CMP and it´s easier for our teams to stay on top of tons of the notifications in one inbox accessed by the whole team, than notifications sent to each member of a Team in CMP - so e.g. 10 people receive the same notification and when someone reads the email, the others might not be aware it has been already responded.

Campaign Content - Stop it From Being Automatically Added to DAM
The campaign content section currently is meant for completed assets and is where assets from tasks goes into rather than the other way round.
For Campaigns we are working on, we would like to be able to add Assets to a Campaign without it automatically being pushed to the DAM. Perhaps a feature setting where you can control this?
