User Administration feature should be independant from Budget Management feature
As a client, I want to setup user administration feature without enabling Budget Management.
In this configuration, the only role that shows on the User Administration page is "Administrator", and that means that customer admins can only create other admin users. It should also show at least the role "buyer3", so Admins could create buyers, and manage buyers.
Activating the Budget management feature does bring all roles to that page, but there's no interest in that feature from the client.2 votes -
Trying to identify how a product became discontinued
We're having products on our website getting discontinued. It's a feature we haven't utilized in the past so we certain we don't have any jobs that should be doing this but we're also looking incase it was put in somewhere by accident.
Is there anyway you can tell me how this product got discontinued?

The Publish Approved Product whole job should not fail for one product
If one product fails in the publish approved products job, it completely shuts down. It should instead just skip that product and lot it as an error vs a fatal error. I have 200k products and if the first one happens to have a duplicate URL, whole job fails. Should have better error handling.

Support translation APIs (e.g. Deepl
Certain customers have to support multiple languages and don't always have available resources to translate the content of their catalog, pages and attributes. Permitting the integration with translation systems (like Deepl would accelerate the support of multilanguage websites.

Split Customer on Punchout Customer Data Mapping into 2 fields (BT & ST
Our shared client would be interested in seeing the Customer field on the Punchout Customer Data Mapping split/separated into two fields, one for the Bill To and one for the Ship To. Once the user selects the Bill To, the Ship To options become available for selection.

Show which user is throwing errors in application logs
Often when a customer is experiencing an error, we can see some sort of notification within the console describing what API failed it's call, what service timed out, or some other details about the failure.
Typically, the error message includes no identifying information on which user had the error. Meaning that a frequent error could be either 1 user is having an issue 100 times, 100 users having an issue 1 time, or any range in between.
If a website user is logged into our site, and an error is thrown from an action they take, that should be an…2 votes -

Requisition and order requests feature needed on the app
Would like the requisition and order requests feature that is on desktop v. to also be available on the app. For some of our customers they're not at a desktop often and would like the option to approve orders while they are on the go. Piggybacking off of this, when that feature does become available, the app should have a push notification or an app icon notification when there is a pending request to be approved.

Recently Purchase List at USER Level
Currently the Recently Purchased list shows previously purchased items at the customer # (company level. It would be nice if you had the option to leave it like that or change to the username level. We have many customer #'s that sell plumbing and HVAC (etc. One user buys the plumbing and one user buys the HVAC. They would like to see only what they are buying, as seeing the entire company's purchase history is a lot of noise for them (unrelated products to their job.

Product Feedback: Exports rearrange columns
Description: Good morning. This happened a few days ago, but then after Saving my view again, the issue seemed to be fixed. Today, it resurfaced.
I have my current saved View arranged in the following order left to right:
Product Number, Product Title, Brand, Product Type, ProductSubType, Deactivated On, Template Name, URL Segment.
Once my export ran, it arranged the columns in the following order left to right:
Product Number, Product Title, Brand, Product Type, Deactivate On, Template Name, URL Segment, ProductSubType
This has also occurred on another export that has around 100 columns. 3 columns (Box 1 Width, Box…2 votes -
Order Upload - Add handling of duplicate part number prior to upload
Order upload can use any of the following as the "Item Number" in the file. However, not all of these are guaranteed to be unique. When there is a duplicate ManufactureItem number, for example, Opti just picks the first one and adds it to the Cart. Opti does not say "Wait, this is a duplicate. Hey user, what do you want me to do with this?" The result is the wrong product can getting added to Cart.

Order Approval - Sort By Ship To/Pick Up
Change the sort by Ship To/Pick Up on the Order Approval page to Company Name. The current sort order for Ship To/Pick Up is by the Customer Sequence, which causes confusion since Customer Sequence is not a data element end users are familiar with. Both Order History and Invoice History have sort by Ship To/Pick Up by Company Name, which is the expected user experience for Order Approval as well.

Make "Rule in Rule" feature available for out-of-the-box version
For Shipping & Fulfillment - Carriers - Shipping Services - Rule, when Products are excluded from Categories
As it stands, if a customer orders products from both categories excluded from a shipping logic and categories included in a shipping logic, Opti will consider all products, as opposed to only products in categories included in a shipping logic.
It appears this would be the "Rule in Rule" feature as mentioned by the Optimizely Team per the attached document.2 votes -
Improved Job Scheduling Options
This is probably scattered around other feedback entries, but in general, looking for improved scheduling options for job definitions.
1. Amore robust scheduling option, perhaps using CRON expression
2. A flag on the job definition "Allow Simultaneous Jobs" to restrict it so it can't run the same job definition more than once at the same time
3. Give us an option like our custom scheduler has - "Do Not Run If Any of These Other Jobs are Running" - To prevent incrementals from overlapping with fulls2 votes
