  1. Allow selecting more than 30 customers at a time. Currently modifying a user with access to almost 800 customers and having to go page through page to modify as it has a 30 quantity limit

  2. Order upload can use any of the following as the "Item Number" in the file. However, not all of these are guaranteed to be unique. When there is a duplicate ManufactureItem number, for example, Opti just picks the first one and adds it to the Cart. Opti does not say "Wait, this is a duplicate. Hey user, what do you want me to do with this?" The result is the wrong product can getting added to Cart.

  4. Change the sort by Ship To/Pick Up on the Order Approval page to Company Name. The current sort order for Ship To/Pick Up is by the Customer Sequence, which causes confusion since Customer Sequence is not a data element end users are familiar with. Both Order History and Invoice History have sort by Ship To/Pick Up by Company Name, which is the expected user experience for Order Approval as well.

    We are able to create Product List variants based on Product Categories.
    There are rules that specifically point to Product Lines, yet it does not work (unclear on why they would be available in the first place.
    What can be done in create a Product Detail variant based on Product Brand Product Line.
    What is also required is the ability to have Brand Product List variants that can be customized based on Product Lines, the same way we are able to create Product List variants based on Product Categories:

  7. For Shipping & Fulfillment - Carriers - Shipping Services - Rule, when Products are excluded from Categories
    As it stands, if a customer orders products from both categories excluded from a shipping logic and categories included in a shipping logic, Opti will consider all products, as opposed to only products in categories included in a shipping logic.
    It appears this would be the "Rule in Rule" feature as mentioned by the Optimizely Team per the attached document.

  8. Most of our customers print out a copy of their order confirmation for their records. The HTML confirmation doesn't isn't always printer friendly depending on their email software. It would be great if we could include a pdf copy of the order on the confirmation email that was print ready for them.

  9. This is probably scattered around other feedback entries, but in general, looking for improved scheduling options for job definitions.
    1. Amore robust scheduling option, perhaps using CRON expression
    2. A flag on the job definition "Allow Simultaneous Jobs" to restrict it so it can't run the same job definition more than once at the same time
    3. Give us an option like our custom scheduler has - "Do Not Run If Any of These Other Jobs are Running" - To prevent incrementals from overlapping with fulls

  11. Request to format the data for customers when they upload a list. Currently, if customers upload a list where the numerical data is inserted into the template as a number instead of text it fails to upload the list.
    If this can not be an automated fix - no where in the template or the list upload feature is there any indication that customers need to format numbers as text. Most users will naturally enter numerical data in the sheet as numbers, so it's essential to update the template or provide clear guidelines on how to format the data properly.

  12. Creating promotions that apply to a category, product group or the entire catalog is not possible of certain products are set as "Not Equals" in the rule manager.
    We should be able to exclude products from promotion so that the user can still receive the promotion and purchase the non-promoted product in a single transaction.
    Current Functionality Example: The site has a 25% promotion that is global, however, Product A, B and C are not included in this promo. A user adds a few different products and then navigates to the cart page, their total is reduced by 25%. The…

  13. This is a request to either place the actual to/cc/bcc emails into the email body if the test email setting is on, OR at least let us customize MailMessage or the CheckTestMode method. It's basically impossible to test if cc and bcc functionality is working in lower environments because of this.

  15. When the status is "PunchOutOrderRequest", the only option is to "Resubmit to ERP". However, if the orders we called in/manually submitted to the ERP, I can attached the ERP Number to the "ERP Order Number" input but can't update the status.
    There should be a way to manually "close" out that cart.

  16. The Console role access for Library ? Media and Marketing ? Search ? Indexing are hard coded in the base code. So I can not give a new console role access to Indexing or Media by doing changes in Application Dictionary.
    You should be abele to give access to these two menus when its possible to change the access to everything else.

  17. We have a requirement on promotions from client, it is not possible to configure it OOTB so requesting you to provide provision to customize the same OOTB.

    Requirement: BOGO promotion
    If user purchase 4 products and applies required promotion then user should get 50% off on products. Also in case user adds more quantity then any available price matrix discount should get applied.
    Note: When giving 50% off by promotion then product pricing should be on base price of the product and should not contain any discount.

  19. As of early 2024 or late 2023 (not exactly sure which release, a change was made in the PIM Refresh Published to prevent running in any environment other than Sandbox and Production. This causes hardship/extra work for customers and partners to get PIM data into local/dev environments, as every time new data is needed we have to request a sandbox backup, and take a decent amount of time (per developer to update settings, clear PII data, etc. It adds unnecessary effort.
