Fixing Formatting Issue with List Upload
Request to format the data for customers when they upload a list. Currently, if customers upload a list where the numerical data is inserted into the template as a number instead of text it fails to upload the list.
If this can not be an automated fix - no where in the template or the list upload feature is there any indication that customers need to format numbers as text. Most users will naturally enter numerical data in the sheet as numbers, so it's essential to update the template or provide clear guidelines on how to format the data properly.2 votes -
Enable DotLiquid in email subject, using the same model as the email body
As a business user I want to add dynamic fields to the email subject of emails sent by Configured Commerce.
Specifically, the Subject field of an Email List (Marketing / Email Lists / <selected list>
Example: OrderConfirmation
Subject: Order Confirmation: [[Model.OrderNumber]]
Result: "Order Confirmation: WEB001117"
With DotLiquid evaluation of the subject, we could even add logic like:
Subject: Order Confirmation: [[Model.OrderNumber]] [% if Model.CustomerPO != null and Model.CustomerPO != "" -%] (PO: [[Model.CustomerPO]] [% endif -%]
Result: "Order Confirmation: WEB001117 (PO: 12345"
if the order had a PO assigned.

Email CC's when test email is set
This is a request to either place the actual to/cc/bcc emails into the email body if the test email setting is on, OR at least let us customize MailMessage or the CheckTestMode method. It's basically impossible to test if cc and bcc functionality is working in lower environments because of this.

It would be useful and efficient to delete categories in bulk. This functionality should also automatically unassign products from the categories.

Cart History Status Option for PunchOut
When the status is "PunchOutOrderRequest", the only option is to "Resubmit to ERP". However, if the orders we called in/manually submitted to the ERP, I can attached the ERP Number to the "ERP Order Number" input but can't update the status.

Cant give a new console roll access to media and indexing
The Console role access for Library ? Media and Marketing ? Search ? Indexing are hard coded in the base code. So I can not give a new console role access to Indexing or Media by doing changes in Application Dictionary.
You should be abele to give access to these two menus when its possible to change the access to everything else.2 votes -

Allow "Refresh Published Products" in local/dev environments
As of early 2024 or late 2023 (not exactly sure which release, a change was made in the PIM Refresh Published to prevent running in any environment other than Sandbox and Production. This causes hardship/extra work for customers and partners to get PIM data into local/dev environments, as every time new data is needed we have to request a sandbox backup, and take a decent amount of time (per developer to update settings, clear PII data, etc. It adds unnecessary effort. How it works:
When you set this option, the system stores a certain number of your past passwords, and when you try to set a new password that matches one of those stored, it will not allow you to do so.
Configuration:
You can usually set the number of past passwords to remember, meaning how far back the system checks when you try to set a new password.

Order checkout rules
We received requests from several customers that their business required users to fulfill certain conditions before they can checkout. For example:
- Minimum order amount.
- Shipping carrier is required.Please implement the capability of creating checkout rules to provide customers with controls over their incoming orders.

group lines in my list
Provide the ability to group items in a My List. For example, if a user is creating a My List to capture all the materials used to install bathrooms in a house they could group them by Master Bath, Half Bath, Guest Bath. If there are groups and a product isn't assigned to one, have a default category or "Other"

Send order confirmation as pdf attachment
Our customers want to receive their order confirmations as a PDF attachment. Many still want to print them, attach a digital copy to their ERP, or save a digital copy. PDF's make this much easier.
Many won't order online since they don't like the order confirmations. Others require us to manually send a PDF version out of our ERP after they have placed their order.

Rename Pages in Content Admin Tree
I would like the ability to rename the Page Title that shows in the Tree of the Content Admin.
2 votesWhile we do show the 'Page Title' and 'URL Segment' when editing a existing page these values are not used within the display of the page tree. Instead there is an internal page "Name" which is not shown anywhere except the page tree and the only way to adjust currently would be to delete the entire page and make a new one.
We may consider this in the future based on impact and business needs of our customers, but this is not a small effort change and will require prioritization with other roadmap items.
Please continue to share feedback and impact so that we may consider this in the future.

HTTP Security header support
We need the Optimizely platform to support the following HTTP security response headers:
-Permissions-Policy
-Content-Security-Policy
These headers are essential for instructing browsers on how to handle website content securely. They enhance overall security by enforcing specific rules, such as preventing cross-site scripting (XSS) and clickjacking attacks.
Our cybersecurity provider is now requiring that these policies be implemented on all public-facing web servers. As such, support for these headers is a critical requirement moving forward.
Please advise on the platform’s capability to support and configure these headers.

Marketing lists with no assigned customers should be shown to all customers
As a marketer on Hero Tools, I want to add campaign lists to show for all customers.
Currently, you have to assign all customer(s) to a list in order for it to show.
I have thousands of customers, and if I want the list to show for all of them, I have to assign them all to the list.
If no customer is assigned, the list should be shown to all customers.

I understand the current concern being that it can be too difficult to maintain the customers assigned especially when 'all' customers should be assigned and encourage others to vote and support improvements to this feature.
Importing Customers is another means currently available which can be used today in situations where there are a large number of customers to assign to a various list:
- Navigate to Marketing -> Lists
- Click on "import" icon (located on the upper right near the edit options)
- Change dropdown from "Lists" to "Customers"
- Leverage the "Download Template" to populate and import the desired customers.

Order Status not showing product images
We are configuring Product Restrictions on a new site and found that Order Status and Order History detail pages do not show product images if the product is restricted. This leaves a block of white space on line items and it looks incomplete to the user.

Provide hooks for automated translation of non-product content
Need the ability to translate non-product pages in the CMS - pages like about-us, contact-us, etc.
Most translation providers can handle HTML, so something like pipelining the save event in the CMS or the ability to export a single page and it's content.

Spire CMS - Identifying widgets missing content in current language
In the Classic CMS, we were able to see a warning or indication style on widgets that did not have content in the current language. However, in Spire CMS, this visual indicator does not seem to be available.
We would like a way to clearly identify in Spire CMS which widgets have been localized to the current language and which have not, similar to the warning indication available in Classic CMS.
