Improve logging
Some clients have voiced their frustrations with finding it difficult to identify issues in the system. Please see the feedback below from one of the clients below.
* The Elmah instructions are great information and could potentially be helpful. Unfortunately, the log file is so massive that I am not able to navigate it in any meaningful way. Unless I am mistaken there are not any ways to filter the data. I have attempted to download the csv file but the page never returns any results.

Abandoned Carts - email recipients and products in cart
Is it possible to find out and export the list of recipients that Configured Commerce sends abandoned cart emails to as well as the products in their respective abandoned carts?
When going through the email message logs we only see HTML code and we cannot seem to export the recipients and the products in the cart together.6 votes -

Add the ability to grant impersonate permissions to custom roles
I want to be able to create a custom role for the admin console users that while given limited permissions through the Application Dictionnary would also be granted the ability to impersonate website users. Currently, the impersonate feature is limited to 4 roles: ISCSystem, ISCImplementer, ISCAdmin, ISCUser. Being able to customize the CanCurrentUserImpersonateAnotherUser method used by the AccountController would give more flexibility.

Pricing with promotion applied rounded to 2 decimals
Our client wants to round the price with a promotion applied to 2 decimals, because the ERP was setup to allow only 2 decimals and they want all calculations with 2 decimals.
For example, a customer ordered 101 EA with a price of 8.973 / EA. The total from Optimizely is 101 * 8.973 = 906.27. Even if in the screenshot you can see only 2 decimals (frontend, there are 3 when the calculation is done in backend.

Ability to Discount a Portion of an Order
Currently the way promo codes work, you cannot exceed the highest threshold tied to the promo.
For example, if I have a promo code saying to give a 5% discount on a $5,000 order, if a customer has $6,000 in their cart and try to use the promo code, it will say Invalid Promo Code.
It would be nice if the website would give the 5% discount on the first $5,000 and not discount the remaining $1,000. Instead, we have to tell our customers to place two orders. One with the discount and the remaining $1,000 without.5 votes -

Control Panel Scheduler Must take Time Changes into account without re-scheduling jobs twice a year.
1) Goals
• Users can schedule jobs using their local date/time and time zone, and the job will run at the correct absolute instant even across DST and zone changes.
• This must take into account Daylight Savings time changes in the Spring and Fall
• The current Opti control panel only allows one time zone to be used (UTC). Need the ability to handle more than one.

Sales representative's user shouldn't need Customers Assigned to activate their accounts
As an [Implementer/User admin] I want to be able to Activate Sales Representative Users without assigning them User Customers. They are assigned through the Primary Sales Rep field of the customer, not through the Users Customers assignment.
Right now I need to add a ficticious customer to the user just to activate it, and then remove it. This is very error prone, and a security risk.

Many customers change their SKU and it's not really supported in Configured Commerce
We have several client which rename SKUs in their ERP instead of deactivating and create a new one for multiple reasons. Recently one of them ask us to create a "Master UID" for them to map and update our products, but this field is internal only and not visible to the customers, so it's an internal ID used between the ERP, PIM and Configured Commerce to update the product.
Can such a field be added and could be used as an alternate natural key to simplify everything? Seems to us like a common issue.
