Allow to override the Built In Prosperities from the Contact and Organization Entities

I would like to override the build in properties of Contact/Organization Entity. For ex: Email property from Contact Entity I wish to make it read-only/disable to prevent update it.

Add horizontal scrollbar to page/asset pane and model windows.

As a CMS user, the page pane, asset pane, and page/asset selector modal should display horizontal scroll bars when trying to view deeply nested content items. This will improve navigation and prevent content item names from being cut off.

Paasportal does not support different levels of access on Production

It would be very helpful to have different levels of access to Production on Paasportal. We do not want everyone to have the ability to deploy, but it would be helpful to grant access to QA to view logs and other troubleshooting functionality.
