  1. The ability to be in multiple instances simultaneously. Right now, if we have multi tabs opened for different content/task/view in a single instance, when we change instance in a tab (new or existing), all the other tabs are forced to change to that instance as well. This makes us lose all the other tabs we had previously opened.

  2. I am suggesting improvement to the notifications box. The notifications is how I primarily work in Optimizely. I do not prefer emails as a way to keep up with my work.

    1. Having the ability to view removed notifications in case you accidentally remove one before you are ready would be nice.
    2. Figuring out a way to condense notifications for the same task would be nice. There are times that I get a notification when someone comments on an attachment, tags me in a comment and a task moved back into my step. Three separate notifications for the same thing. Seems…

  3. As a user managing a campaign with multiple deliverables/tasks, I want the ability to add an asset already approved in another task of that campaign and located in the campaign's Content tab, directly to the Content tab of another task of that campaign.

  4. Make file format filters clearer, more distinct and more contextually relevant.

    1. The system has baked in rules that can end up allocating the same file to multiple filters, e.g. PDFs have their own filter option but also appear in the documents filter. Instead give us control of how files are allocated to filters so we can match that to our users.

  5. I have successfully implemented the CMS + CMP publishing integration as outlined in the following documentation:

    The current setup allows me to manually trigger workflows in CMP once content is manually selected in CMP. However, I would like to extend this integration further.

    Requirement:

    When a content author creates a page or block in CMS, I want this action to automatically trigger the creation of a task in CMP (any API integration), thereby initiating the relevant CMP workflow without manual intervention.

  6. When CMS content is created through the CMP it doesn't publish all the content items, like blocks and images. The CMP creates a Project in the CMS and only publishes the page. This leaves a broken page live on the site until a content creator jumps into CMS and manually publishes all the individual content associated with the page. The expected behavior would be that the CMP publishes everything selected for publishing in the CMS Project, including all its assets.

  10. Marketing Automation Manager that has many tasks running at one time.

    I am wanting to reduce the number that is in the "my assignments" inbox by having applicable filters. Example: I have 24 "assignments" showing up currently but they are assigned to my entire team. They are not relevant until they get assigned to an individual so I don't need to see all 24 at this time. Would love the ability to check a box that says "my work" that would be for things I am assigned to by myself. Another option would be able to hide the overdue, today…

  14. As a user from several - task management - systems, i'm used to copy a task/campaign ID and share it within Chatter or Teams to gain more speed or point straight to the high priority task. This is common in DevOps, Jira and Office.

    Expectation is to copy the Taks ID and get a URL including the Task ID (or ID and name) as a hyperlink to share.

  16. Hello - it would be great if linked tasks could automatically carry over from the request stage level and appear as "related".

    For example - when a new request is added to the request board, we sometimes link to ongoing existing tasks and create a new separate task with a workflow to match the request needs (rather than manually adding steps to the existing linked task).   17. To improve the user experience and DAM functionality, the requirement to search for an asset in the DAM based on "upload date" or "last modified" is necessary.
    As an example, we have 50,000+ assets tagged similarly (200+ automatically uploaded daily, and it is very difficult (and time consuming to find assets from previous months.

  18. My suggestion is to allow for the workflow list to be able to expand when pulling in from a task view. Kind of like how we can expand by pulling on the bottom right corner while editing a brief for example. Sometimes workflow names are a little lengthy and get cut off.

  20. As a marketing operations manager, we utilize the Work Requests feature to screen what gets created as tasks for our creative teams. We don't want everyone in the organization to be able to create and assign them tasks directly.

    However, we do want to enable anyone to submit a task to our compliance team directly. Our compliance team doesn't want to mess with both Work Requests and Tasks, they just want to see Tasks that are assigned to them.
