Marketing Automation Manager that has many tasks running at one time.

I am wanting to reduce the number that is in the "my assignments" inbox by having applicable filters. Example: I have 24 "assignments" showing up currently but they are assigned to my entire team. They are not relevant until they get assigned to an individual so I don't need to see all 24 at this time. Would love the ability to check a box that says "my work" that would be for things I am assigned to by myself. Another option would be able to hide the overdue, today and future tabs since future has the majority of the things assigned to my team.

A big red 24 constantly being on my screen is irritating. I like to keep a clean and empty inbox if possible.
