  1. Issue:
    When looking at renditions, the sort order defaults to the date created, which is kind of unintuitive, because a rendition is an automatically generated so who knows when it was created.

    Suggestion:
    I would like the system to remember the last sort order applied to renditions for the next time, or to have a setting which allows a user to set their preference.

  2. A user is able to upload a word document to a campaign brief, but that word document cannot be edited. Is it possible allow editing capabilities to a word doc uploaded to a brief?

  3. Customer is working with Tasks originating from Requests. Often the content writers cannot execute the tasks, they archive them. In this case the Request does cannot get Completed and cannot be Declined since there is a task already. The customer is looking for a solution to keep the task and cancel/decline the request.

  4. Currently, when a user submits a request, the only available actions are Accept or Decline. This creates a gap in the workflow because there is no way to indicate that a request has been accepted but is still being evaluated or queued for setup.

    We need an additional status, such as “Review” or “In Review,” that can be applied after a request is submitted. This status should be visible to both internal users and the requestor, so the requestor understands that their submission is actively being reviewed and has not been ignored.

  5. The system prompts for confirmation every time a date or time is changed, adding unnecessary clicks and time to the process. This may seem small, but it adds up significantly when you have 80+ steps in a workflow AND times are required for every task. Our teams are being delayed daily by this requirement.

  6. Adding a subtask for the same day requires being careful that its due time is not earlier than the preceding task's time, or the system will reject it and cause more manual work to fix. 
    This would be solved if time wasn't required. But we're open to other solutions.

  7. For my role it would be very useful to have all campaigns, I'm the owner of, appear in the 'My work' section.

    At the moment, it mainly shows tasks assigned to me, but it would be much easier to navigate if all of my campaigns were listed there as well. I still need to keep track of overall activity, add assets and content, and monitor progress etc. even for campaigns where I don’t currently have a task due.

    Right now, when I need to find those campaigns, I have to search for them or rely on 'recently viewed' which isn’t…

  8. We have a large volume of similar requests being entered into the system. We want ways to make the amount of data entry for each form simpler. Could you prefill from a previous form or copy an existing form as a template for small edits? Can opal anticipate likely form answers based on a users previous submissions? Open to your ideas.

  9. Client requests the ability to edit existing campaign templates directly, including moving tasks into subcampaigns and reordering tasks within both active campaigns and templates. Currently, this functionality is not available, and users must work around it by editing a campaign and saving it as a new template.

  10. We would like the ability for our leaders to view content and approve it via email. They would get an email with a copy of the content and be able to approve (not make edits) by clicking a button the email that signifies their completion of their step.

  13. As a CMP admin and main responsible for digital assets, i need to be able to sort my assets from A-Z so that it's easier for me to handle asset by asset in accordance with files in my windows file explorer.

    This will also help providing a numbered hierarchy for asset and folders, such as 01 Main folder
    20 Second topic folder
    21 Sub folder of 20
    etc

  14. Currently you are unable to add cache control headers to assets served from the DAM's CDN.

    We would like a DAM admin the ability configure response headers for their org and/or adding a special query param to the asset url to request the CDN to add the cache-control response headers.

  15. It would be nice to update prioritization options (showing at the request level) to more than "low" "medium" "high". For example and "urgent" or "hot".

    It would be great to be able to update these or add when needed. However I don't think we have the ability to create new priority options (if we do please let me know!)

    And for lifecycle progression options - at the request level - currently we have "submitted" "accepted" and "declined". It would be great to have an option for when something isn't "declined" however we're not able to accept because (for example) more…

  16. We need to be able to quickly identify when the first version of an asset is being brought in from the Library or uploaded directly from a user's computer.   17. When copy is drafted in the comments section, we cant change the font colour, but if we past text from MS word that has colour, then CMP picks it up. A longer workaround to get the same outcome. It would be great to just have a colour selection feature

  19. I'm a Proofreader/Editor. When in Proofing & Versioning, the view of my document is teeny tiny because I cannot minimize or resize the Comment section/list on the right side. When I resize my browser window to do a split screen, the only thing that gets smaller is the actual document, nothing else. This is really adding a lot of extra time to my review process. I'm not able to see all the tools at the top because I can't adjust any view sizes. See screenshot.

  20. Be able to configure List views particularly what people see when you click a campaign name at a global level.

    At the moment, I've been told that, "List Views are user-specific, meaning individual users can customize which columns they see. While there is no global config to "lock" this view for everyone simultaneously".

    Since clicking a campaign is such a fundamental thing in Optimizely it's not the same as creating your own list view, this should be configurable globally as to how campaign views appear.
