  1. We would like to choose a thumbnail for a video file so that we can ensure we always have a quality image to represent the file. This is crucial if we plan to share our collections with prospects (we have to protect our brand image, but important even for internal users (as thumbnails help users find what they're looking for faster.

  2. When a request is approved and a task is created from the request, we want to keep the original requester informed of the process. While they can view the task via "related activities" in the request, it would be great if they were also added as a watcher so that they can get task notifications as we go along. We would like to see this for all user roles, including guests.

  3. In order to encourage better interaction (opens, click-throughs, etc. of emails from the platform, we'd like the ability to customize the email notifications to represent our brand identify. Ideally, we'd like to have control over the copy, logos, colors, subject line, etc. Users are more likely to open the emails when they feel familiar, and we rely on user interaction to drive engagement in the platform like workflow step completion, comment responses, etc.

  4. We would love to be able to automatically create a task when a work request has been accepted. Ideally, the system would create the task and pick the workflow based on the completed labels.

  5. In addition to re-ordering the columns in the board view, we'd like to be able to do the same with rows/groupings. We like to group by campaign, and dragging important campaigns to the top would make it easier to find what you're looking for quickly.

  7. Occasionally, we get requests for work that already exists. When that happens, we have to tell users where to find what they're looking for in the library. It would save everyone a lot of time if we could suggest existing Library content during the request process.

  8. In Task board Plan view, you cannot view Work Requests. Viewing WRQs would be helpful because then we could plan/prioritize work that has not been built out yet, or view larger projects as a whole (rather than only the specific deliverables. We would also like to see campaigns to know the priority and status. (Currently can't prioritize or indicate what is in progress

  9. I am wondering if it is possible to apply an advanced filter to the "End/Due Date" of a task that enables the user to filter by the number of days overdue.
    For example, if a list upload is overdue an email cannot be sent on the planned email send date. We are looking for a way to flag tasks that are over 3-5 days overdue. The UI already provides this data upon hovering above the "End/Due Date" field -- can this information be leveraged as an advanced filter?

  10. We have certain brief templates that are always used with certain workflow templates, and we would like to tie them together. For example - every time we use the creative assets workflow, we would like to prompt use of the the creative assets brief template.

  11. We have created specific fields within templates that we would like to see in the Calendar View when we hover over the card. Specifically, we have created a field called "Publishing Date", which is different than the "Task Completion Date", so we would like to see that when users are in Calendar view without actually having to open the entire card.

  12. A bulk edit feature would be helpful, even from the plan view. Having the ability to select multiple items at a time and update things like due dates or even fields associated, workflows associated, etc.

  14. Allowing users to comment on task directly from the board view would save a ton of time during daily standups. Right now, we have to click into each card and open the related object in order to make a comment.

  15. The amount of notifications/emails from the system is a bit overwhelming. I understand that we can turn them off completely but it would also be helpful if, at least on the app side, notifications were rolled up to whatever is the most recent. As an example, I currently have over 130 notifications sitting on my list but there are multiple notifications lumped together and spread out for the exact same task. It would be helpful if the most recent notifications would appear on the list in order with an expandable view of related notifications that were sent previously by the…

Sometimes, when I make edits to fields or want to remove them, I would need to adjust logic on templates, routing rules, etc. It would be great if we could have a column in the fields area that would note where the field is in use across templates, workflows, and routing rules so we could adjust those settings more easily vs just having to blindly click into all areas we think it might be to make updates

  18. I really need to be able to sort ANY column in List View. Right now, only a few are sortable, which means I have to export the view and then sort in Excel if I want to arrange my data. It's frustrating and time consuming to have to leave the platform.

  19. Currently, when changes are made to work requests, for example changing the priority level, etc., the notification message just reads 'The requester has made changes to the request….'
    If it could be changed to something with more description/information like 'Natalia has changed the priority level of the work request….', it would be very beneficial.
