  1. Please update search within the Library to return images where the keywords are similar to what is entered.
    Our employees are searching the Library for words which are similar to, but do not exactly match which has been added as metadata through tags or to the description. Unless the exact word is used, the image won't be returned by search.
    Two examples based upon popular keywords used by our employees for image searches:
    1 Employees search for "Celebrate" but many of our Getty purchased images are tagged with "Celebration" and those images are not returned in search in this case.…

  2. We would like the ability to create recurring tasks, as we have a variety of work types that happen on a set cadence. For example - a blog post every Friday, quarterly reports, and yearly analyst reviews. Currently, we have to copy an existing task for every occurrence. Being able to set up recurring tasks would take the admin work out of it and also ensure we don't miss an occurance!

  5. We are finding that Library role users (our regular employee base are accidently adding images to our Library. In order to obtain an image size they want, they chose "Download As" and then "Custom". The "Save" button does not work for them (browser clocks but SAVE AS does work and this creates a second copy of the image with the same file name in our Library. Attached screenshots shows how a user does this.
    Optimizely can maintain the Custom feature for and let users modify and download a copy for themselves but please do not allow this copy of the…

  7. Description: When you exit out of a brief without saving, the message says - would you like to discard your work before exiting.
    The standard option is to SAVE your work before exiting - a few times now I've clicked through automatically thinking I was saving but lost work.

  10. We would like the ability to set out-of-office, PTO, holidays, and company-wide meetings in the platform. This would be used any time someone is unavailable for task assignment, @mentioning, etc. We would like to block assignment of work and/or send an alert to the person trying to assign work if someone is on vacation, doesn't work certain days (part-time, it's a company holiday, etc.

    We are looking into future updates for business calendar to support multiple regions, etc. There is no specific timeline for the update.

    You can currently set PTO/OOO at the user level. A user can go into their profiles and set PTO/OOO and that would reflect when someone is trying to assign them a step in a task.

  11. Adding a request to create the 'Creation Date' field on all reports in order to report on number of tasks by created date.

  14. It would be helpful to have a new work request to attach itself to a campaign even before being accepted. Once accepted the task would also automatically be added. This would make for a much more efficient process.

  15. If you have more than one task rolling up to a campaign, once you update one task under "related" they should all automatically update. Right now, you have to go into each task to add all "related" tasks which seems inefficient.

  16. During the development of our site, we have had some back and forth regarding images from the CMP (Welcome DAM. In modern web development, all images must have an Alt Text and explicit width and height in the markup:

    We have had to jump through several hoops to even get close to this. Instead, this should be the default behavior.

  20. Our taxonomy is very big - some labels could have thousands of options. We'd like a better way to organize it, as there is a hierarchy to the way things fit into verticals, product lines, products, etc.
    We want to ensure users only see relevant values. For example:
    If the top level label has values of "pets/wild animals" a user picks "pets", then we want to show them "cats/dogs" (and not allow them to pick from the list "elephant/lion". Next, if they pick "dogs", then we want to show them "husky/pug" (and not show them "ragdoll/shorthair".
