Plan Module Board View - allow sorting of individual columns
In the plan module, when using the board view, the cards in a given column are sorted somehow, but it is unclear how. I can manually change the sort, but that is only for me, not other users. There needs to be a way to control the sort of these columns, even if its just by date, although context specific options would be good. But the current manual only sort is not really sustainable with a large team.

Color code search results by a designated field
We would love to be able to designate a field to color-code search results. For example, we have a "deliverable" field designating what kind of produce a task is creating. We could designate this field as the search primary so we could pick out deliverable type quickly and easily.

Product Feedback: Request Board Suggestion
Description: Hello,
It would be great to be able to add a column for "task" or "campaign" to be able to see if/when we've accepted request form submissions and their corresponding task or campaign without having to click in to the request, then click the related tab, and then click to navigate to the campaign. ?2 votes -
Acceptance date to be included in the Request export
We want to measure the effectivness oand turnaround of work requests submitted. In order to measure more effectivly we are lacking 'acceptance date' data in the report and export. You have included sumbission and completion date so why not also acceptance date.

Change logs for templates and workflows
We would like to have a change log of when briefs were edited. At a minimum, we'd like to see who made the change and when. Ideally, we'd also be able to see what was changed.
This would apply to all types of templates (campaign, task, etc. and workflows.2 votes -
Field Groups missing functionalty
Hello - recently you introduced the idea of field groups. Conceptually I like this feature. BUT, it is currently only available to add to an asset. With all the field inheritance, it would be really great if I could add a group of fields on a task, and then all those fields would trickle down to any assets on the task.

My Work filter for step due dates
When viewing my work, a filter that would sort the tasks by when the user's step is due rather than the task due date would be helpful. Several tasks are not due for several months and will be buried under other tasks with steps due far later. Overall, more filtering options would be appreciated on the My Work table.

Need ability to see calendar view of projects based on specific step in workflow
As a Creative Director and Project Manager, I need the ability to see all of my organization's upcoming projects based on a single universal workflow step from a task before that step is being worked on. This will help me get an editorial calendar-like view of all of the work that is going out in a given time period based on something like an in-home date for a print campaign, an in-inbox date for an email campaign, etc.

Copying Template Sections
I would love the ability to copy whole sections from templates to use in other templates. We have some complicated sections that I am continually having to recreate when we create new templates.

Plan view activity type filter synced with column settings
When filtering a plan view - calender you can select activity type 'Campaign', If you haven't toggled the 'show campaigns' it will show nothing. There should be a "warning" to set the toggle alternativly autoset the toggle to 'Show campaigns', otherwise the filter will be useless.

Product Feedback: SharePoint Document Integration
Description: My team utilizes SharePoint. Currently, the only way for us to share documents housed in SharePoint within Optimizely is put a link for a document in a brief or a comment. It would be very convenient for our team if we would upload a document from SharePoint, and be able to edit it within Optimizely. The key function we would need is for edits/changes made in Optimizely to sync with the document in SharePoint. Without the function of syncing changes, we end up having to manually update the document with all the changes made in Optimizely into SharePoint.

Overview of ALL assignees of a Task in Plan module
We suggest to enable an overview of who is working on what in CMP´s Plan module, by seeing all assignees of the respective Tasks (not only the Owner or Current assignee
So either it would list ALL assignees assigned to a Task throughout the workflow, e.g.:

Or having columns for assignee of each step of the workflow, e.g.

Product Badging - Create rule based on number of days
Current rule only allows a date range. I would like to create a rule that drops a new product badge on items that were created in the last xxxx number of days.

Ability to pull from Library from Attachments
As an admin, I would like to provide the ability for users to pull files from the CMP Library using the Attachments field in templates. Right now, they can only pull files from the Library using the Creative Assets field. Often, we do not pull creative files from the library, we are pulling documents.

Task Templates - load a blank Brief
Hello to the great Optimizely Product team,
We truly appreciate the new Task Templates feature and we are now setting up the Task Templates for the communications activity types which have a dedicated workflow (Social posts, Paid search, Webpage, .... So users only need to select the template and then the Task comes with the preloaded Brief, Workflow or files in Content tab.
However, if there are some mandatory Fields in a Brief template, these must be filled in in the "master" Task serving as a template. Hence, then the new tasks come with Brief with some values (e.g. Business…2 votes -

I want the ability to collapse all open campaigns with one click while in the List View in Plan.

Change multiple tasks at once
I want the ability to multi-select many tasks at once and make changes (such as archiving or changing the due date. Right now, this has to be done one by one or pay to have your off-shore team do it.

Drag-and-drop feature for tasks to be moved around in the plan module
As CMP campaigns evolve, sub-campaigns, milestones and tasks often need to be moved to better show the relationships between them. In plan view, it is a manual job currently to move tasks, as each task has to be opened and edited based on where/what it should be related to. Automation in plan view to move around tasks, milestones etc. would provide greater efficiency and effectiveness.

The platform should automatically recognise file formats rather than me assigning them when uploading.
As a content manager, i want to upload a PNG asset without having to specifically having to pick the "PNG" item from the field list. It would make using the filters much easier to use and then yield actual results from a search.t
The image in step 1 is a folder in our DAM. The system has recognised the file types in the main panel. I haven't added the file formats in the fields.
The image in step 2 is selecting the PNG filter, which provides me with 0 results. Thus making the filter tool redundant in this case.1 vote
