Ability for admins to create a field within the Workflow configuration area

AdminIssue: We'd like the ability to create a new field during workflow configuration, like what's avaialble in the Work Request dialogue.
Currently, while authoring a workflow a user has to leave the entire workflow dialogue and go to the fields area to create a new field. Then the must come BACK to the worfklow to add the new field there.
We'd like to havee the option to create AND ADD a new field right there in the workflow dialogue

Remove Padding in Work Request

Issue:
There appears to be a significant amount of padding between fields and text. Oftentimes, we need to use the text option to explain a field because there is a character limit on help text. So we're using the text feature to explain what ought to be in help text.1 vote -
Remove elipses from Checkbox items

When creating a field using the Checkbox function, all options in the field are limited to a certain character limit before an elipses appears. We'd like to remove those ellipsis.Expected Outcome:

In Work Request, if there are ANY fields in the form that are required, then everyone has to fill out that field (even if they would've skipped that field due to logic authored in a previous field.) We need a way to make only certain fields required for certain responders so that we segregate who has to answer certain questions.Expected Outcome:

Functionality that doesn't force dropdown list to be in alphabetical order

Issue:
In dropdowns, we'd like to be able to maintain the ordered list of items as they've been authored. Currently, no matter which order you author the content in a dropdown, it will be re-ordered so that the items in the dropdown list are in alphabetical order.Teams have been trying different things to get around this, as you can imagine they have a particular order they'd like to see their items, and for good reason. Owner/Creator user type for templates
We are creating workflows where steps of the workflow ALWAYS need to go back to the user who created/started the workflow.
It would be really useful to have an option to select "Task Owner", or similar, as a pre-defined user/team on a workflow template step, instead of the user having to assign steps back to themselves manually in every task.

Ability to annotate a PDF without a comment being attached
Our team regularly proofed large (think 200 page) PDFs. We often use annotation features like the strikeout for other team members to make changes, but currently every single strikeout requires an associated comment. I understand the need to have comments with other types of annotations for guidance, but given the intent of a strikeout is pretty clear, could there be a setting to make comments not mandatory for a strikeout?

After a WRQ is accepted and converted into a task, requester is not automatically assigned to task
Describe the challenge:
After a WRQ is accepted and converted into a task, seemingly the requester is not automatically assigned to task. They continue to reference and even add more comments into the WRQ form, instead of in the active task.What impact is this challenge having?:
By referencing and adding more comments into the WRQ form that has already been converted active task is confusing and time consuming. Use the holiday list for commercial purposes (not OOO)
I perceive the CMP organization calendar as an "external helper", and not a way to keep track on who is OOO - as other tools do that already.
Any way to add holidays without them impacting inviduals OOO settings?

Enhanced Task Permissions: contribute once assets or steps are approved but not edit
We need to limit some users in what they can do in a task, like they can add content or complete their steps, but they can't change fields or asset expiry date once the asset has been approved in the task

Limit workflow options based on brief type
Based on a brief type I would like users to have limited options about the available workflows they can select. For example, for a social brief, only a select range of workflows which are relevant to social briefs should appear as options.

Approval should clear when a new version of an asset is uploaded.
When a new version of an asset is uploaded we feel the previous approvals should be invalidated? It would also be really helpful to link the comments and resolutions to a version of an asset for accuracy of the audit trail.

Work request view only access for all users
Add functionality to allow view only access to all users. This will allow those not assigned to work requests to see them for the sake of awareness.

Be able to set up reoccuring tasks under campaigns
We have a task that we need to copy/paste with new dates very easily. It would be create to be able to set up reoccuring tasks (weekly basis) to be able to set up. This way we can have the right calendar view for each of the individual tasks but remove some of the manual work of copying/pasting tasks and then updating dates.
