Allow csv and more filetypes to be uploaded to Opal
If I want opal to review things like analytics data, right now I have to convert it into PDF in order for Opal to see it

Instance selection should remain sticky between sessions
When you select instances, it resets every time you reload the page. Ideally it remains sticky per conversation, or even sticky by user's browser. Most likely I'd want to continue conversation where I left off.
Also, if re-auth happens, it resets this to blank

Improved visibility on credit consumption
A recurring theme in user feedback concerns the predictability of credit consumption. Two related issues come up most often:
Lack of upfront visibility — users are unable to anticipate how many credits a given task will consume before running it.
Inconsistent consumption — when users have an expectation, actual usage varies run-to-run for comparable tasks
The underlying ask is for greater predictability and traceability: a clearer sense of expected cost before execution, and a transparent breakdown of what was actually consumed afterward. This would meaningfully increase customer confidence and reduce hesitancy around running larger or repeated tasks.

Log agentic changes between Opal and CMP
On the integration between CMP and Opal.
When an Agent is triggered by a Webhook, and makes updates to a Campaign or Task, the logs in CMP show the user that created the agent as the responsible for the changes.As a Partner, we setup agents for the client, and after we go live, they are seeing our names as the responsibles of the changes in CMP when actually it was a agent triggered by a webhook.
It would be nice to log that those changes were made by the Agent/Workflow, to avoid confusion and also, to understand where to…

More details needed on logging agent's activity
- Triggered by - always shows agent owner, which is misleading. Show actual user who triggered owner
- add option to download agent activity details in csv
- allow deeper search through activity logs, e.g. by any term that may have been used somewhere in the execution
- display execution ID as column in activity logs (at least optionally)
- keep column selection in activity logs between sessions (aka save view). I need to turn off some columns each time I want to clear up the view

Can we sync skills across enterprise AI tools?
Currently there is the ability to import and export option. Could there be a way to have enterprise skills synced across systems eg with Copilot?

ODP - Customer Summary Generator
I would like Opal to be able to generate customer summary reports using my ODP data. Similar to the built in customer summary generator which can be used on 1:1 level, I would like Opal to have access to run this thorugh chat, as well as have Opal generate group custmer summary reports. I.e. provide me the top 5 areas that customer type A visits. This would be beneficial to help understand our cusotmers better and provide inspiration for RTA and personalisation efforts

organize opal chats with folders
It would be helpful to have, even just a single level folder structure, where i could group similar chats and even move the folders around to put more commonly shown chats at the top of the list versus a few pages down on the list.

Agent Creator/Date/Usage/Metadata
With a lot of Opal admins in one instance, we have a lot of agents. It would be great to see more system metadata about the agents. Who created them? When? When was the agent last edited? When was it last run?

Awkward flow after activating an agent
After I activate an agent, I am taken to the agent page, where the available options are only delete, cancel, and update. It's confusing because I don't actually want to take any of those actions. So then I have to choose cancel, but did I cancel the activation of the agent? (Turns out, I did not. The agent activated successfully.)

Bulk activate agents
Would be great if there was a way to activate agents in bulk from the directory. I want them all!

Display which agents have been downloaded already/are new
When looking at the agent directory, there's no way to tell from the cards whether or not the agent has already been installed. I want to go "shopping" for new agents. So a way to see what has been installed would be great. Same with a way to see which agents are new since I last checked.

Instruction versioning
When you're constantly testing and improving instructions, it would be nice to see older versions of instruction sets. Ideally keeping a log of older versions so we don't have to copy paste it to a document for safe-keeping
