  1. GIF Support in Opal Chat

    Currently, GIF files cannot be uploaded or sent in Opal Chat, as the format is shown as unsupported.

    It would be great if Opal could support GIFs in the future. GIFs are useful for our daily communication and creative workflows. I’ve also built a GIF Agent for weekly GIF tasks, but I’m currently unable to fully use it because GIF files aren’t supported.

    Request: Please consider adding GIF support to Opal Chat. Is this already planned or being considered on the product roadmap?

  2. Log agentic changes between Opal and CMP

    On the integration between CMP and Opal.
    When an Agent is triggered by a Webhook, and makes updates to a Campaign or Task, the logs in CMP show the user that created the agent as the responsible for the changes.

    As a Partner, we setup agents for the client, and after we go live, they are seeing our names as the responsibles of the changes in CMP when actually it was a agent triggered by a webhook.

    It would be nice to log that those changes were made by the Agent/Workflow, to avoid confusion and also, to understand where to…

  3. More details needed on logging agent's activity

    1. Triggered by - always shows agent owner, which is misleading. Show actual user who triggered owner
    2. add option to download agent activity details in csv
    3. allow deeper search through activity logs, e.g. by any term that may have been used somewhere in the execution
    4. display execution ID as column in activity logs (at least optionally)
    5. keep column selection in activity logs between sessions (aka save view). I need to turn off some columns each time I want to clear up the view

  4. PPT needed as downloadable format

    Operation Manager here who uses Opal every day. I'm very impressed by Opal's ability to create presentations, but the format prevents this from being as effective as it could be. We only get HTML, PDF, or plain text format. That means that if I have to put my content into a larger organizational presentation, I have to copy the content from Opal or one of the downloaded formats and put it into Powerpoint or Google Slides. Then all the animation disappears. I would like to be able to edit in Canvas as normal, then download as PPT or PPTX.

  5. More granular reporting on agent usage

    More granular reporting on Opal usage, i.e. the most used agents, # of runs per agent, agents run per user.

    One benefit would be to give more detailed reports to leadership team on how the product is being used and driving value, as well as cleaning up unused agents periodically
